He was just the nicest guy ever and helped my friend understand how the process would go during this age of Covid. He was super knowledgeable and eager to show us the difference between a few models she was trying to decide between (she had done some prior research). I went to check out the new bronco, I never enjoy dealing with sales when Im just wanting to see a new vehicle. However, Solomon Rosa came up to me and I let him know right away I wasnt interested in purchasing. He was very helpful in simply showing me everything the bronco had to offer while not being pushy with a sale. In the end, he sold me on wanting to pull the trigger on the new bronco simply because he had so much knowledge about the vehicle that I never knew. Cant wait to come in and put an order in!

I had issue with my car called multiple dealership to get an appointment as well as having a rental while my car was getting fix other Ford dealership had appointment scheduled weeks out I always bring my car to Ford dealership in Apple valley because I work in that area but every dealership said there are no rental available until December 3 which was stressful but I was set that Expectation of knowing they were not available. when bringing my car in I went in the Ford dealership in Apple valley I was working with Eric Ackerman his services was above and beyond I was telling him how I was having trouble setting an appointment and also having the option to have a rental and with me living 45 minutes from the shop it was hard not to have a vehicle and I was willing to come back and have my car looked at and if they needed a part to order I would bring my car back for repair he was so amazing he apologized and he really cares about his clients he told me he didn’t want me to be stressed or overwhelmed by not having a car and he got me a rental car without me even asking he kept me posted on what was going on with my car as well this location has the best customer service and now days it’s truly hard to find a company with excellent service thank you Eric for your amazing service we definitely need more people like you who truly care about there job and their clients you definitely are making a huge difference in your company !!! 10 star ⭐️ service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Ive never really had any issues with the customer service. I bought my car from here, and I thought the entire process was smooth. The salesman I was working with, Mark, was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about me. However, the last time I brought my car in for a 5k mile check up in the Quick Lane, I was very disappointed with the quality of service. I voiced my concerns politely as a private review (they automatically send out review emails after your service), and I was expecting a response to clear up my concerns, but I never got one. So I thought Id take my review one step further and post it publicly on their google page.Ive had great Quick Lane service, but also not so great. So I guess its just hit or miss taking it to them

Was interested in exploring the different options available to me with the current market with a trade. Matt Hoffman was very thorough and took the time necessary to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars I looked at and the whole buying process. Overall good experience. Greg was a calming presence through my first car purchase. Jared and everyone else I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the car, which is a grey/blue, was listed as black and the pictures which were taken in poor light made the car appear black. I had come 70 miles and everything else about the car was great so i did buy.

My purchase here a few days ago, a 2015 Ram, was a fast, high quality, and painless process. Bought a f150 two weeks ago tire keeps going flat.There srevice department tells me there so back logged that they cant fix my leaky tire and to keep filling with air. I asked before i bought truck if there sevice had gotten any better. They said yes. Fool me once, there mistake. Fool me twice, my mistake. Never again will get my business.

Happy with the actual service performed which was a recall however my car was picked up at my request from my home and I had asked for a phone call once they arrived to get my keys/FOB and instead my doorbell was rung which I was trying to avoid that due to an injured dog with an ACL tear that keeps trying to get up at any doorbell ring. I asked the driver if she had tried to call first and she said no. I told her why I wanted the call instead of the doorbell rung due to my injured dog and she said nothing and smiled and asked me for my key FOB. A few hours later I got a call saying my car was complete and being washed and vacuumed and how would I like it delivered? Would I like the car dropped off at my house with the FOB left inside? No, that doesnt make sense to me being anyone could have my car if that happened. So I requested again to call me once they arrive to my house and I will come out and get the FOB. A short time later the same woman driver showed up and rang my doorbell which set my injured dog off running again. I specifically told her earlier why I didnt want the doorbell rung and when I opened the door this time I said You had to ring the doorbell again didnt you? She just smiled and said heres your FOB and left. Unbelievable-very rude!-The drivers seat is programmed into its memory to my personal fit however that was changed as well- the seat was set for a taller person than I and I couldnt reach my pedals without resetting it. The seat could have been moved without removing my programming from its memory.-Also my paperwork says my car was washed and vacuumed however vacuuming never had happened.Like I said earlier, the actual service to the car went fine unfortunately the before and after service werent anything to brag about.

Me and my Wife brought her EcoSport into Service for an unknown issue. While we were not able to get the issue fixed, our Service Advisor Jamie was amazing and very helpful for us and showed genuine care and concern for our vehicle and helped us get in contact with Greg on trading in the vehicle for something new. Greg was very helpful with us and got us into a bigger and better Explorer that we couldnt be happier with! We will definitely be buying other vehicles from here and servicing them here!

The recent purchase of a used vehicle for my son was a very positive experience at Apple Ford Lincoln. The test drive and buying process were professionally handled by the sales person Corey and Brian the finance person. I left there feeling satisfied and happy that I chose to buy a car at this dealership, and I recommend others to do so as well.

I made an appointment online and received an email confirmation as well as a phone call. Went to Apple Ford at the time of my appointment and they said that they had no record of my appointment. I brought my car in for 10k mile service and to check a rattle in the sunroof. The service person said the 10k service would be quick and they would do their best about the rattle but its probably an overnight thing since I didnt have an appointment and they were really busy(frustration setting in). Car was dropped off by 11am. I called at 3pm to inquire as to the status. They said they would call me back. Over the next 2 hours, I called a total of 3 times, with zero callbacks. Finally by 5pm, I just had my wife drop me off. Checked in with the same service person and they hadnt checked out the rattle in the over 6 hours they had the car. So I then had to wait while they drove it around. I now have to go back to get the rattle fixed. Service person was apologetic but in my opinion, a horrible customer service experience.

Just go to Matt H, hes the absolute best. Hes so friendly and knowledgeable, youre in the best hands working with him. Thank you for making what can be a stressful experience awesome!

I have been thinking of trading in my car but a bit overwhelmed thinking about what car to get instead, what color, financing, etc. Pretty much psyching myself out before even getting to the car lot. I know how car sales people usually are. They run out, try to push a sale, try upselling you more than you need, etc. My experience at Apple Ford was FAR from that. The person I worked with was SUPER helpful, caring, kind and didnt pressure me at all. He came out asking the right questions, asking what I wanted or what I was looking for, never once put himself, the sale or anything first which was HUGE. He answered all of my questions and has been great with follow ups. I didnt purchase a car with them yet but plan on doing so this year and when I do it will be with Salesman Matt Hoffman. I HIGHLY recommend Matt to anyone going in to look for a new vehicle. Do car shopping right, go to the right person and that is Matt.

We had an issue with our vehicle that my husband had just purchased a couple of months back. After dealing with other dealerships in the past, I figured it would be a fight to get this issue resolved. Boy was I wrong! I called Corey (our salesman) who said he would call me right back after I explained what was going on. He did not but instead, had Kevin (The Sales Manager) call me back within minutes who arranged a loaner vehicle free of charge, even had it delivered to my home within about an hour. Kevin came with a mechanic to retrieve our vehicle to take it in for the needed repairs. A day later, Kevin drove it back to me fully repaired, washed, carpets vacuumed and oil and filter changed! Corey also follows up to make sure we are happy customers, hes AWESOME! We are beyond satisfied with the service we have received from Corey, Kevin and the team that we havent had the pleasure to meet yet but had made sure our family is traveling safe! Ive been an Apple Valley Ford customer for over 20 years. They are an exceptional dealership filled with people that are honest and caring, and Ive never had a reason to be disappointed.I recently purchased a slightly used 2019 Ford F150 Platinum, to replace our 2000 F150. My intent was to purchase the vehicle from them; my original salesperson was still there after all these years..what does that tell you?!Unfortunately, they had nothing in their used inventory at that time that met the requirements I needed for trailer towing. I found the vehicle I have by looking at cars.com. When I discovered it at a local dealership, not Ford by the way, I pulled the paperwork for the gang at Apple Valley Ford to have a look at. I had looked at the vehicle myself, so I knew it was a pretty good deal. Three people, my service advisor, a head mechanic, and the salesperson I purchased my original truck from, all indicated the deal on this used vehicle was too good to pass up.....talk about honest!I did make the purchase, but had all my add-ons done at Apple ValleyFord, and they continue to service my new truck. I cant speak more highly of a dealership than these folks!

We received great help from the Apple Ford Lincoln Apple Valley sales staff to help us pick out our new SUV. We were looking for something bigger than the Ford Edge we currently had. Steve Hunt helped show us the Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator and reviewed what vehicles were in stock. We discussed the features we were looking for, and after a test drive, we really thought that the Lincoln Aviator fit what we were looking for the best. Wed go back to Steve when were looking for our next vehicle.

I asked about a car listed on their website. Got a response that it wasnt ready yet because it needed repairs still. I messaged the salesman what the repairs were. He avoided the question but said I can put down $500 to have the car reserved (yeah, without telling me what they were fixing). I told him to tell me when the car is ready so I can come look. Never heard back so I emailed AGAIN and she said she wasnt sure when it would be ready but shed have a salesman look into it. I again asked what they were fixing, no response. The salesman never contacted me. Another few days and they had it listed again for a higher price and nobody told me it was listed again. And then when I emailed them a 3rd time that I was disappointed with their service/communication (in the hopes they would rectify the experience) they didnt answer again. Great service!

After a minor accident, we had them do the repair. They were timely and very professional and courteous getting the job done. The finish, paint and repair was excellent. Highly recommend this shop

I saw a truck i liked on a Sunday. On Monday i call to see if I can look at it. Was told it wasnt ready, it need to be inspected. Why put it for sale if its not ready to be seen? Ok fine. They offer to reserve it for 500. Ok i put 500 to hold it. Tuesday goes by, nothing. Wednesday afternoon i check online and see it was sold. I was disappointed in the fact that I wasnt call about it. I had to call and ask. They told me that there was too many damages and going to whole sale it. But what I think happen was that it got sold on Tuesday...now Im waiting for the 500 to be credited back to my account.

Had a great experience shopping for a car here. The salesman, Matt Hoffman, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Eric Ackerman was a great service rep and communicated everything in a timely manner. The repair itself was done correctly and havent had any problems a week later. However, there were some scratches left on the interior dash area where the work was done as well as the interior floor mat covered in something they claimed was water (it was pretty greasy for water). Eric had them promptly clean it though. Service/repair was done, the team just left a mess behind on the dash, mats, and interior windshield.

My Ford Focus PowerShot Transmission issues continue. My car has been in there for service on this several times. Last time they replaced the clutch. And now it needs another one. However I am 1 month out of the warranty. Talk about service. They sold me a car that knowingly had this issue and continue to not provide for customers

Joe Murphy was awesome and helped a ton. This little tiny leprechaun of a man is amazing. I swear he has these tiny magic hands and shows the tech off and presents it Better than Vanna White can. He even helped offer putting my garage door opener to my visor permanently, since a brand new Ford XLT doesn’t come with it standard. We dub it the “Murphy Opener”. Yet he rose to the occasion and helped. He is cool, calm and collective. Was very patient with me, when I’m a picky man. He is a huge asset to Ford and his team at Apple Valley Ford. Changed my screen and it doesnt seem to be freezing anymore since, but it does look different from my old one. Still getting used to the new map screen with the arrow always pointing in the direction Im going with the map rotating. Seems a little counter intuitive and different from my last one that showed my direction rotate in corners and the map always pointing north.

My daughter (23) took her car in for an oil change and to have them listen for a grinding sound in the front of the car. The car was at the dealership for about 4 days. When the guy came back he quoted her $4100 to fix it. She was overwhelmed, and beyond frustrated. The guy kept saying you “bought the car as is.” That we already knew when purchasing their used car- 9 months ago. A mechanic friend called and spoke with the guy. “She didn’t need to fix everything.” He listed everything that could be fixed. Big difference. We had the car fixed elsewhere for much less. We have always had great experiences with Ford. We won’t be returning to this location.
