Were enrolled in the My Chevy reward program. Do we need to go to a Chevy dealer to get those points? Because Valley hasnt given us a single point despite buying a Chevy and 2 sets of tires, multiple oil changes and a brake job

I didnt really intend to buy a car, but the whole process was very easy and stress free. I LOVE my new Encore GX -- it has everything I want/need in a car. I appreciate that Doug scheduled a second appointment to review all the vehicle features a few days after purchase so my husband and I could ask meaningful questions.. Welcoming place. First dealer took care of COVID protocol seriously and could see that through the level of preparation before performing the service. They deserve 5 star rating but going with 4 for now because of the below reason.Requested for Buick 45K miles service and didnt see those were performed (could understand from the multi point inspection report as only few things are checked as against comprehensive list I usually see it).

The Valley GMC in Apple Valley has an excellent service department. I have brought many cars of different makes and models and they always give me great prices and EXCELLENT service. This is why I buy my cars at this dealer and will continue to do so. The recent repair of my Chevy Silverado pickup was excellent and it now does not make the front end noises that is did and my warning message that I was getting is gone. I could not be happier with everyone at Valley!!!!!!

My immediate family has a long experience with this dealership, and for the most part have been very satisfied with the work they do. The requested repair was fairly simple, just perform a transmission fluid flush on my 2017 Cadillac CT6 per Service Bulletin 18-NA-355. I was quoted $350 for the procedure, and the bill came to over $450, which was disappointing. Other than that, I am satisfied with the work done.
Set an appointment on-line and everything worked well from there. I received a confirmation email and texts reminding me of my appointment.When there I was met by a friendly staff and maintenance and repairs were handled quickly and competently. I was set up with a nice loaner vehicle which made my day so much easier. The repair needs were communicated well and the fix was complete and now my vehicle is problem free.
Excellent experience! Arrived on time for my appointment. Was quickly met by service writer who clearly described the service I was about to receive. Within minutes I was in the customer lounge which was clean and comfortable. My service was completed within 90 minutes. Excellent experience!
Took my Cadillac SRX in to have the oil and filter changed and tires rotated. The service adviser, Curt, was very helpful and professional. Everything was done as expected. The issue I have and indicated it to Curt after getting home was the service technician. He apparently didnt put paper down on the carpet and being a tan carpet he left a nice dirt, grease or oil mark which now will have to be shampooed out. Also, left the same dirty mark on the plastic guard when getting in the vehicle. There was oily finger prints and hand prints on the hood and all over the 4 chrome wheels that were rotated. There was oil on top of the engine that was not wiped off. The tires also were not rotated according to the manual, not sure why. I brought my vehicle to the dealer in a very clean condition and left with the above condition. I was hoping to start a relationship with this dealer but will have to reconsider if this is the condition Ill be getting my vehicle back after services.

I would not recommend any Valley dealership. Valleys trade manager told me they would only pay $10,000 less than trade-in book value. When I asked what their number was based on I was only told sources.I asked to speak with the trade manager and that request was denied.When I told the salesman I was not going to trade for 10k less than the trade-in book value the salesman threw the paperwork at me and told me then were done here.This would have been the 4th new gm vehicle Ive purchased and Ive never been treated so poorly by a dealership. They have lost my business & I would recommend purchasing elsewhere.
EDIT: I have to bump my 5 stars down to 3. Within a month of having the vehicle, I was informed I desperately needed new tires. This is something that someone has no knowledge of cars (me) wouldn’t notice upon purchasing. I really wish they would have at least let me know so I could have factored that into how much I was spending. In addition to that, the water pump when out and there was a leaky valve on something having to do with the oil. I don’t know if these are things they knew about, or if they just unluckily happened a month after I purchased. At any rate, the cost of new tires and a new water pump and valves was about $1,800. As a mother of two, this was a huge hit financially. I hope I have better luck with the vehicle from now on. Even a great sales team doesn’t make up for the fact that I think I got a lemon :(Jerry helped me with my car. He was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I got my vehicle. He even came in on his day off to close the deal. He moved over my car seat and all my belongings to my new car because I had my young daughter with me. He was so nice and so helpful! I will be getting my vehicles from him from now on.
Decent prices but service for a GM dealership is average at best. I came in for a general oil change. Then was given a small list of things that were wrong with my SUV and refused to rotate tires. I then proceeded to take it to another place as I already had scheduled wheel replacement to be done and had them double check the items in question and there was nothing wrong with listed items. Also I have been to other GM locations before and they provided a video of items that were checked so you could see the underneath of your vehicle.
I bought my vehicle out of state due to them being the only ones that had what I wanted on the lot. Even from 1000 miles away I experienced top quality customer service and a smooth process. When I was finally able to visit the dealership to purchase the truck the paperwork was already completed and waiting for me. By far the best dealer experience Ive ever had.

Went to look around in search of a car. Was in the parking lot nobody really came up to ask me if I needed any help but there was a great guy as I was leaving that was very nice and friendly and gave me his card even though he wasnt a floor guy he was willing to help.

Similar experience to other reviewers. Received a bid on a specific vehicle. Contacted dealership to accept the bid. Went through credit approval process but when final numbers were presented, numbers were different from initial bid.I certainly do not begrudge dealers setting prices as they see fit, but it is completely different making a low bid, get the customer in the dealership and then present them with a higher number.Theres a name for that; bait & switch.

My husband had been researching getting a new car when he stumbled upon the Buick Envision Premium--all wheel drive. Within a couple days of research and discussion we headed into the dealership Valley Buick GMC. Upon arriving, we were at a desk with Leon who was knowledgeable and seasoned-a real sweet man who got things underway. It is extremely important to me that relationships are formed when doing any kind of negotiations --especially one like this. It could not have gone better. We took a spin in the Envision. My husband and I looked at each other--we knew it was the perfect car--in the perfect moment. I was smiling like crazy, my husband said he had never felt so secure in driving a car. We drove back to Valley Buick GMC and went through the process of buying the car...Joel, who worked the financials was outstanding. All of us were wearing masks during this pandemic. I only wish they could have seen our smiles! Hands down, this dealership, this car, are the real winners. I will mention one last thing, not only did we buy a car but we had a wonderful experience doing so.

They fixed our Buick and provided a rental car. When we brought our car back with more concerns (that was not on their doing) they provided another rental for us. In addition the manager of the service department advocated for us and made sure we did not pay for the repairs that were caused by another company. It left us satisfied and happy we chose a company and team that wants to make things right!

This is Karens Husband and I had a very poor experience yesterday.Valley GMC had my truck for less than 6 hours to replace a condenser. Charged me 6 hours labor for a 2 hour job. Also found out tech took 4 hours (supposedly) but was still charged for 2 more hours at 154 an hour.Manager would not adjust bill.Be careful.

Tom Monson (service person at check in) was super helpful and took care of everything I needed.I was disappointed with the repair, everything the mechanic did was great, it all works as it is supposed to but when the mechanic took off the oil lines he needed to replace, the oil in the old lines must have drained on to the bottom pan. I had leaking oil on my garage floor for two days. Don’t like my vehicles leaking, that is why I get them fixed. I crawled under and wiped it all down and it has not dripped for a couple days.That pan or protection plate should have been taken off and cleaned off so the customer does not think the repair was done wrong.

Got new tires put on. Was provided a loaner vehicle which was awesome. Also did a price check to make sure I got the best price, and provided me with everything I need to request the rebate.
Check-in was prompt and efficient. The only problem was at check-out when she gave me my bill, the $25.00 voucher wasnt readily apparent to her. It was tagged onto A sheet under the original bill. If I hadnt questioned the total when she gave it to me, I wouldnt have gotten it.
LOVE the Service Dept at Valley GMC. Have trusted this dealership for 15+ years. Purchased one used vehicle here and had multiple vehicles serviced. On this occasion, I had a flat tire and needed two additional services. They squeezed me in on a Friday, fix the issues and gave me a courtesy ride. It was an excellent experience working with Valley Sales to purchase my 2017 Terrain. This was my first GMC purchase. The service advisor was not overly friendly and seemed to not be happy about me using my GMC points to pay for the service.The most frustrating thing was discovering a pool of oil on my driveway the day after the oil change though. Thankfully I have a mechanic background and knew I should check the drain plug and filter. The oil filter was very loose and dripping oil. I tightened the filter and that stopped the leak. Not something I should have to do for a $75 oil change though

I bought a car I was told was certified or passed a certified inspection. The only reason it’s not certified was because of the millage. The day I drove off the lot the car had a bad wobble. A week later it went bakc it and had warped rotors and bad brakes. Then after getting it back the parking brake didn’t work anymore. Then on the way back to the dealer a week later because I couldn’t get me in sooner. The check engine light goes on. Another week later it gets in and a injector bad. It’s all fixed now I pick it up as soon as I leave the dealership the check engine light goes back on. Horrible service and quality .

If you want your vehicle fixed right and looking amazing then these are the guys to take it to. They treat your car like it was there’s and make sure to make everything perfect. They fix everything and make sure that it works properly. If you get anything painted by these guy, you could drop your car in the ocean and it would never rust. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I waited 2-3 weeks to get my truck into the shop to have it looked at for a starting issue and when I finally brought it in it wasnt even looked at or diagnosed. I mentioned I had a strong feeling it was the starter based on the symptoms that it was having but was told there was no way it could be a starter with only 20,000 miles on the truck ( things fail ). I had another Certified mechanic take a look at it and they told me it was in fact the starter. The truck is now sitting because it will not start or turn over. This truck has a lifetime warranty which this could have been taken care of by the dealer but now I cant wait weeks again to waste my time so I will now have to get it towed and have another shop replace the starter for me and pay out of pocket because time is urgent. I will not be coming back to this dealership again and my new company trucks will never be another garbage GM product.I tried to get reimbursed but because GMC couldnt take care of it like they should have from the start I got stiffed because I had another reputable shop replace the starter outside of GMC. Id highly recommended to not buy a GM product.
I’m 110% Happy with the service, They were able to find the oil leak - which was only a seal, replaced my headlight bulbs & completed the oil change in a amazingly time.

Honestly this is the best place ever, I come here for my oil change every time now . I used to go Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Eagan but my experience there was not good at all .
