This place is awesome! Pulled up, walked in (had a flat tire from my other vehicle in the bed of my truck) and was greeted. Told the guy at the counter and he said ok and disappeared out the back door. I figured he was seeing how busy they were or deciding who hed put on it, and I catch him grabbing the tire out of the truck. He came back in and said well have you back on the road in no time. While we waited I saw him ask a dad to offer his little girl candy. Also saw a woman pull up with an elderly woman in the passenger side. While she was inside he was helping the elderly lady with items piled in the back of the vehicle and then their tire as well. I think the entire time spent was about 12-15 minutes from start to finish. Anyone can patch a tire but the customer service is amazing here.

My second time here for service. I bought a full set of tires for my Cadillac on my first visit. The price was reasonable/affordable. I got an oil change on my second visit. I use synthetic oil which can be pricey. But again the price was reasonable/affordable. I like the friendly customer service. I plan on taking my Cadillac back for aircondition service.

Went in to get my air pressure checked and I was in and out in no time. Excellent service and friendly service.

I took my truck to town and country thinking they would do a good job, boy was a wrong! It was supposed to be a simple alignment and I got my truck back worse than it went in. After they kept it all day and giving it back right at closing time i drove it away thinking it was right and everything was fine, I ended up having to have it towed again because it pulled hard to the right eating up my tire and probably would have gotten me in an accident. I had my truck towed to another shop where they fixed it right the next day and charged me very fairly. Im still out $100 and the alignment from the other shop but I know for next time not to go anywhere near TOWN AND COUNTRY!!!

Take my car here regularly for the past 5 years. They are Honest, and reasonable prices. They take time to explain problems with no attitude or shadyness. I trust them to take care of my car, never a long wait to get work done. Recently they replaced the cheap lugnuts on my tires for strong, quality steel nuts at very good price. Happy with the work done.

I am a retired mechanic that has always prided myself on offering honest service and only performing work that is necessary. I do not recommend town and country because they will try to convince you that parts on your vehicle need replacement when you just replaced them 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately for them they were dealing with someone who knew cars well. If youre looking for an honest mechanic go to AV Auto Clinic. They will offer you honest service regardless of your knowledge of cars.

As a mechanic I do most of my own automotive work my self. I do not have an alignment machine at home so I brought here at town and country. They wanted to charge me 60 bucks for a bolt that broke (they could of broken it) but giving them the benefit of the doubt. They charged me 40 bucks for nothing. So I told them if I fix it will they credit my 40 towards the alignment they said yes. Went back the next day and said if they do the work they will credit it. These guys will try to sleaze there way into your pocket. I suggest to people to take there vehicles somewhere else. You have been warned. ⚠️

Took my beloved lowered maxima in for a front wheel alignment. And the alignment tech called me to get any specific requests i had on my camber and over all adjustments. That call gave me assurance and extra confidence that its being done right and by a knowledgeable tech. So i had to give town & country a big shoutout and thank you for REAL excellent customer service. This aint no fake review. Stop wasting time other places and go there next time you need a alignment or tire service.

Took my wife’s Jeep in for an oil change. They forgot about it until I showed up 5 hours later to pick it up. They rushed through, didn’t complete everything I asked for, and broke the oil cooler. Now I’m only going to the dealer for work until I find a good shop up here you can trust. But hey, they gave me $10 off for forgetting about the Jeep in the first place.

I have been using this company since their startup. I have a Dodge dually, VW Passat, and a 69 Camaro. I am also a certified mechanic of 50 years. I have never experienced the issues with this company that some people have complained about. I find their work and service to be on par with other auto repair and tire companies out here in Apple Valley. I also know a lot of business owners out here. The one thing they all have in common with customers is that there are those that will always complain about something. If you are running a business you will have negative critics. No business owner is a saint. If the fella working on your car just got done with an irate customer, it is likely his mood will be damaged from that and may reflect towards the next customer. People are human and make mistakes sometimes. We all do.

Incredible service fast and efficient

Husband had the ball joints and arms done on his suburban, took it to town and country for an alignment and they told him they couldnt do the alignment because the arms needed to be replaced and that it would cost about $1200. He said ok Ill have to wait. Then they charged him $40 dollars for doing no work, just an inspection.. Keep in mind i took my car to les Schwab and got an inspection for free

I took my vehicle in for a break job. I provided all the parts (later found out I needed additional parts) I dropped it off on a Monday and didn’t pick up until Thursday! I had to call or go in to see what was going on, very frustrating and zero communication from their end. Then the next day my remote on my vehicle wasn’t working, they took the battery out of my remote! I would never go back again, it used to be a good place when I went before but I’d never go back again. Total ripoff and frustration. Go across the street where you actually get some customer service and they don’t steal your stuff!

Dont go to them the owner and his employees. Will try to over charge you and rip you off. James Spencer only wants your money he tried to charge 840.87 for a tire strut that my car only needed one of. He said it needed both which isnt true. He was rude so are his coworkers. I called to talk with him he yelled at me and I told him that I was going to inform the BBB he replied laughing saying I dont care Ive been in business for 15 years. So, please dont let him rip you off I didnt and so you shouldnt as well.

Quick honest work.

The service was good. The price was fair. And didnt take long to install 4 new tires on my truck. Only issue I had Was The next day I drove to work 36 miles on the 15fwy the back of my truck felt weird like I was diving on ice and any turn Id do the. Back tires would squeal and wanted to break free. Once I got to work I checked the tire pressure. The rear was aired up to at least 80psi when warm measured 90psi on a rear of a unloaded truck. (Very little weight on the back) I corrected the pressure and put it down to 50psi. The front. Tires where aired up fine at 60psi.

My son got new rims and tires from Town and Country and was charged a $40 alignment assessment fee! Just for them to say they couldn’t align it. Watch out! I think my son was swindled!

Bought truck tires about 3 years ago which includes free rotation every 6000 miles . Never have to show receipt. Just go in tell them what you need and it gets done promptly.

Stopped in to ask if they carried trailer tires. They did! Not only do they but we got a very great deal and it was done right then and there within 30 minutes it so. They have our business! Great experience!!

If I could leave negative stars on this place I would. Worst tire shop I have ever been to. Brought my wife’s car in because the tires that are on, are not even that old and are already bald and we have warranty on them. My wife was told this was because she was doing burnouts or drifting the car. Mind you this is a front wheel drive car and my wife does not do burnouts nor drifting. The fact that the guy was just rudely accusing her instead of listening that she doesn’t do anything of that nature just reflects how bad the business is conducted there. It’s honestly worth spending extra and going to a place that has better service as I have never had issues with other tire shops I have been at in the high desert.

Came here to get tires and to get a flat fixed. Staff are helpful. Theyre really busy so expect a bit of a wait at some times. Prices were pretty good for tires - they put everything on pretty quickly (I waited in lobby). They do have a TV for those who wait. Love the Jeep that they mount on a rock outside (used to drive by it every day) - pretty cool.

Wasted my time and $40 to tell me I have bad bushing on my lower control arm. And somehow will completely prevent them from doing an alignment. They also expect me to pay 900 to get 2 control arms replaced just for an alignment. would not waist my time here again.
