First, the folks at the retail stores are great! But did you know if you change your delivery address for a sleep number bed you get moved to the back if the delivery queue? We’ll you do. We change the delivery address to a different apartment in the same complex and as a result the delivery date got pushed an entire week. Sleep number out dated system And poor delivery department is not able to keep your original date. Wow! Modern beds but outdated support systems.As you can tell I am not impressed nor happy about this. I spoke to 4 people about this and no one able to get a hold of their non-responsive delivery department to get answers. Makes me wonder what future support for the bed will be like.

Caleb our salesperson seemed very knowledgeable about all of the features of each of the different models of beds. He got use into the bed that fit our needs

They dont try and sell you more than what youre looking for which is a huge PLUS for me! They ask right away what youre interested in and they go from there. We had Jeff help us pick out our bed and he was great! Definitely recommend this store :)

Do not buy from here or any sleep number bed. The customer service here is horrific, bought a bed 6 months ago and took 1 month to deliver then in 2 months it broke. When reaching out to the store wouldnt even look at my account just nothing they could do.

So I bought a sleep number bed about a year ago at the Apple Valley location. My sales rep was Jamerson who listened to my needs/wants and helped me choose the right bed. The delivery and installation was very quick and easy. One of the main reasons I was considering a sleep number bed at the time was because I used to have severe back pain, so I liked the idea of being able to adjust the firmness. I absolutely love this bed even a year later and I haven’t had any back pain since having a sleep number mattress. I also like that I can recline my bed up at the head and near the feet. The feet warmers work really well and the sleep number app is very easy to use. The bed was very expensive, but definitely was worth the money in my opinion. I work at a Honda dealership and after a long days work, I look forward to getting home every night and relaxing in my sleep number bed. If you go to the Apple Valley location I definitely would recommend speaking to Jamerson. He was very helpful, and even followed up with me after the sale several times.

May be it was me. My wife and I stopped today to buy a mattress. At first it seemed ok, then when I asked about the warranty Im told 15 years. I asked if it was 100% for 15 years Im told it ulis pro-rated. I asked what the % drop was each year Im told all that information is online. Are you kidding me. I have to go online to find out about the warranty when im ready to spend 5K. Nope. We left went to Slumberalnd and I was happy to spend my money there. I bought what I am sure is every the equal of sleep umber, spent over 4k with them because I was told look it up online.

Our experience was nice! Our sales associate was very knowledgeable on the product. We purchased a king bed.Jamerson was so kind.

Muhamad at the Apple Valley Sleep Number store was FANTASTIC!! He was low pressure, which actually made it easier for me to upgrade my bed from a queen to a king :) I would recommend this store, and Muhamad all day! Their customer service and ease of purchase was one of the best experiences I have had recently!!! GO MUHAMAD :D

Got our bed here for our new place it was amazing! We got out numbers and sleep better then we have ever before! It is a must for married couples! He does not snore anymore i did not think it was possible 10 even 5 years ago to not have to listen to my husband snore every night! They made me one beyond happy customer and have been telling all of my friends!

We really loved our experience, no pressure just different options for us to try and ultimately make our own decision on which bed fit our needs:)

I recently bought two pillows for me and my wife that helped with our neck and shoulders pain. Good supportive service and friendly staff in testing with several pillows and recommended appropriate ones, really appreciated.

No complaints about the staff, they were very helpful. Unfortunately the product is not worth the price point. We have had our bed for 8+ months and despite trying a variety of settings have not been able to get consistent good nights sleep. Having spent a significant amount on a product that we thought would help us get consistent good sleep, what a disappointment. If I could return the bed and frame for a full refund I would. This is the first and last sleep number I will purchase.

The Apple Valley MN store and sales rep were nice and we got the bed and frame that we wanted.When you spend big money on a bed you dont want to wait 3 weeks before it can be delivered.Bed was purchased on 9/14/19 and they wouldnt deliver it until 10/4/19. Thats not good enough... thus the reason for the low rating.

My rep was super knowledgeable and the whole experience was comfortable and revealing.

Jamerson did an excellent job explaining all the features of each of the models. He made us feel valued and was never annoyed with our many questions. We appreciated his thoroughness and honesty.

They are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The salesperson we had initially didnt seem as knowledgeable, like she had memorized a script, and didnt seem to really know how the bed worked (sensors, auto-adjustment) but seemed to wing it. When I asked for more clarification on a few things, she started with, As I explained,.... each time, as if to say I already told you that, but here it is again. Like I need to hear that. Who does? A person came to answer the questions better so we stayed and bought a system. Great sleeping so far!! Glad we finally got one.

Was a good experience except for the fact they mislead you about warranty. It’s not a full 25 year warranty but instead they prorate it after 3 years. They don’t mention this until you have gone through the whole purchase and they read the term to you. Also the sales person helping us was tell us how to set up app to use bed and didn’t know we had to use different email and now my wife and I have each other’s emails set up on account.

UPDATE: Well, the purchase went well. So did delivery. However... first night with the bed... Im beginning to see why they make it so hard to return these beds. Unable to connect our phones to the bed, could make no adjustments to either the bed or the adjustable base. Slept as poorly as a person can sleep, awoke with a nightmare back ache, and the Sleep IQ technology suggests a score of 83 out of 100 for my night. Further stating I was only awake once, with only a single episode of light or disturbed sleep- both are blatantly false. Have ordered actual remotes in hopes of being able to use the bed as we intended- I understand there is an adjustment period, but how long can I wake up with fewer than 3 hours sleep with a back as painful as his?Great Sleep Number store. Nathan made sure we were well informed and had an opportunity to try all if the models. He checked in on us over the decision process but not annoyingly so. Eventually we did settle on a mattress- insanely expensive however... Like on its own level of expensive. But anything is worth a good nights rest, right?

Today they came to set it up. They couldnt because ups was late with deliveries. So now they are shipping the bed back. I cant get it installed for a week! My fiance is 9 months pregnant and THEY ALREADY TOOK THE OLD ONE. Not kidding. We have no bed.I knew it was too much for a bed but I Thought they would make up for it with Excellent Customer Service. So far that is not the case. So if you want to pay for a luxury item you arent sure when your pregnant wife can use, I reccomend fully.Bottom line: Jamerson and his staff are very nice and polite. They ultimately cannot help if there is a real problem after the sale. They have no way of influencing their company to help you.

I bought one pillow. I believe it was called Vadiacool. It went flat in a few weeks. I returned it, got the most expensive, thicker foam pillow, which provided great support, but again in a few weeks it went flat. Now, the company says shipping another pillow will be the final one. So much for that 5 year warranty!

We have had our extremely overpriced sleep number bed for two years and its even worse than at purchase. Not only did I have to get my air mattress replaced in the first couple months, now not yet two years later, we have to replace my husbands s side air mattress.These beds leak air like crazy so you go to bed at full strength and by morning, you have reinflate it again.We hate this bed and wish we never purchased it. Several thousand dollars down the drain. We do NOT recommend buying it.Their service is good until you purchase but then after purchase is horrendous.

Store was fine, sales people were good and knowledgeable. Not in love with the product. We purchased the P5 bed thought it would get better with time and adjustments, but no its miserable and uncomfortable. More back pain than with my old cheap ikea bed. Spend more money on the I series or move along.

My wife and I went to Sleep Number in Apple Valley to look for a bed. Nathan was great. Not too salesy, really listened to what we were looking for and no pressure from start to finish. We ended up buying the i6 and cant wait for it to be delivered on Friday!!!

My husband and I just checking out the beds with a hint of interest in buying if expectations were met. Had a Lovely trial and information recieving visit with Kate. We returned a few days later to buy the bed. Nate from th AV location was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales people are very friendly and promote the 100 day trial run but what they dont tell you is if you dont like the bed, you will be charged $199 for the delivery and $213 for the pick up of the bed. You will lose a substantial amount just for giving the bed a test run. DO NOT purchase a bed from Sleep Number unless you a 100% sure it will be the right purchase for you.
