Wanted to buy a new mattress at a decent price. Went to a few places and decided to try them out. What a great decision! Lynn helped me out and he was so helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Their prices were very affordable compared to other places and higher quality. Also I’m receiving the mattress within the same week.

The manager, Glen is very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. He let me put a down payment for my mattress, and is holding it for me. I really like the selection and how they are not pushy. Very happy so far. Will post more when I have paid for mattress and used it for a bit.

Mgr is knowledgeable, large choice of mattress types, decent warranty, price is somewhat high.

Cant say enough how positive the customer service experience is at this location and the factory store in Maplewood. Genuinely nice sales people and knowledgeable about their products. Non-pushy sales tactics. We now have three beds from Original Mattress Factory (OMF) in the house and soon a fourth. I had back issues in the past from mattresses from much more expensive retailers. None since purchasing our first from OMF. USA built mattresses and USA built bedframes, built to last.

Outstanding customer service. Glenn was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, and he helped us choose a mattress that would work for both of us. We love our new mattress and are happy to once again have a double-sided mattress that can be flipped and will last more than a couple of years. We know the quality and craftsmanship are superb.

I just have to say that working with Glenn Kray the manager of the Apple Valley Minnesota location was a pleasure. The mattress was delivered promptly and it is sooooooooo comfortable!!!!!!!!! Great low-pressure shopping experience, and lots of mattress education. Prices were outstanding compared to the big furniture stores of the world - but the quality is obviously there! We are very very happy with our new mattress.

Glenn was very helpful, friendly and patient as we spent a lot of time testing and making a decision. Delivery and set up was quick and they made it look easy. And our new bed - love it! After coming from one of those bed in a box foam mattresses it is so nice having a real bed!

So far, very pleased with the beds I bought. I feel like I sleep better & feel more rested. The beds provide good support & you need to give them time & allow your body to adjust as the beds “break in”. The one year exchange policy is very comforting should one need to adjust up or down in firmness of the bed.

Horrible will not ever go back there again, we purchased a $1,200 matress and a week later the matress started to sag on one side I called to complain they were not very helpful,I ask for a refund they said NO REFUNDS, itfelt like they sold me a used mattress and I was not happy. they offered an exchange but why would i want the same poor quality matress again.they never told me at the time of purchas that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

My husband and I visited the Apple Valley store and had a great experience . Glenn was very informative and helpful, and we never felt pressure to buy anything. We did decide on buying a king mattress, and we have been very pleased with our decision!

The in-store experience was easy and informative and the salesperson was pleasant and easy to work with during the purchase process. The delivery process was just a good as the sales process, with the delivery made on the day the salesperson initially scheduled and in the timeframe that was promised the day before delivery. I like these beds, made in MN, beware of the floor model frames in the back room. The return was easy, though.

Waited for the sales person to finish with a customer. We were there to pick up. Got waited on. Told to go wait by the door. While he helped the next customer waiting to by made us wait another 5-10 minutes.

Very professional delivery staff. Took off their shoes without prompting and was respectful of the furniture when moving the mattress into the house. 10/10 will buy from again.
