I went to get a new mattresses this location, since I had been sleeping on the floor for the last month and had been on the same mattress for the last 17 years of my life. Eugene greeted us quickly and made sure I knew what I wanted with certainty. After going from firm beds to the comfortable realization of the soft beds, I realized this guy was great at his job. Although he was new, he seemed like a professional and I trusted every word he said. He gave us a great deal on a great one after talking it over with his very welcoming manager! I left with a smile on my face and I wrote this as a personal thank you for the experience.

Our sales guy Sam in Apple Valley is really the reason we went with mattress firm. He wowed us with his approach to the business and customer service. He wasnt there to sell us a bed he was there to help us find the right fit for us and our body types. We ended up going with a hybrid mattress to support my heavier body type but also feel soft for my tiny wife. The delivery went off with out any issues, in fact it was really impressive how well the system communicated when they would be here. Installation took less than a half hour and they cleaned up everything. The only reason it is not a 10 for delivery is (probably my fault) they had dirty shoes. I did say they could leave them on but didnt expect mud, only snow. Not a big deal as it is getting replaced soon. I would recommend having some painting tarps to lay as they go in and out. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

I took my son to get him a new but inexpensive mattress for his room. We were instantly greeted by Eugene. He did a fantastic job explaining matress differences to us. He encouraged my son to take his time testing several options. Eugene was a newer employee, but certainly a great addition to the staff at this location. To be entirely honest, my husband and I went out originally planning to just look and go back to Sleep number to make a purchase. As soon as we walked into the store Sam walked up and greeted us immediately, and broke down almost every question we had with answers which made sense and made us feel welcomed and important. He walked us around the showroom showing us the different beds quality/specs and prices. He also went above and beyond with just being personable inattentive. Best bed shopping experience we have ever had. My wife wasnt convinced initially, but when we saw the solo rendition of In Your Direction by Ratt from our sleep expert Tony, we were blown away. At the conclusion of the epic solo and his flying leap, the INTELLIbed Grid Gel™ clearly protected his knees for the landing. And although the plush top made us as comfortable as a babe in the womb, I still found it easy to do push-ups on the bed and assure that gestation takes place. 13/10, rock-on Tony! 🤘

I’ve been having some really bad back pains, figured I’d stop in to see about getting a new mattress. Let me tell you I met SAM! He was amazing! He taught me so much about mattresses and adjustable bases. (I thought those were just for people in the hospital or old people.) I dont normally leave bad reviews at places, but mattress firm has made it very difficult for me. When I was shopping for mattresses the salesman told me numerous facts and benefits about adjustable bases, and I purchased one alone with my mattress. I should have done more research, but outside of claims from the makers of adjustable bases, there really isnt any evidence it helps people sleep better. Additionally, they offer a 120 day trial policy on mattresses, but that doesnt apply if you purchase an adjustable base as a bundle because adjustable bases effectively are non-returnable, a fact I was only made aware of after I tried to utilize this policy. They have decent prices on mattresses, but their return policy is not as customer friendly as presented.

Hail to Samuel!! Our budget was limited, so we came to another branch (not Apple Valley) in the beginning looking for a clearance. Jessica was amiable and helpful in finding us the right mattress. She found a mattress in Apple Valley branch here that Im writing a review for, so we went down. We met Samuel here, and he was impeccable. He was eager to explain the fundamental theory and technology of mattress, which was extremely helpful for our choice that day and health in the future. Hail to Samuel, he knows every single year history of those mattress companies! Seriously? It seemed that he is only working for his self-obligation of finding the right mattress for customers. Wed changed our decision to get a better mattress in there, and it was still in our budget. After our decision making, Sam didnt take the selling credit from our purchase. Instead, he made it went to Jessica. It was awe-inspiring. My wife and I were much of moved on what he did on that day, not only for very passionate willingness to help the customer find the right mattress but also his attitude of not blindly chasing the sales profit. We simply went there to buy a mattress, but we learned something from his attitude towards life.

My husband and I got a mattress from here on Black Friday (we went in the evening). We were greeted and sold a mattress by Dan. We got a really good deal in general, not just because it was Black Friday, thanks to Dan listening to our needs and the store being good to its customers. He helped us pick the right mattress and recommended other items to include with our order (pillows, frame, etc). My husband is a very cautious shopper and I am the opposite so Dan had alot on his hands with us. We werent necessarily going to buy one that day because we wanted to shop around and compare prices but all the cards fell into place and I am so glad we did. We had been sleeping on a very old mattress and it was time to make the leap. This is a big purchase because it is not cheap to buy a new bed!! But we felt we were lead in the right direction with just the right amount of support. We are so happy with our purchase and even the delivery drivers were great. They helped set up and took our old mattress off our hands. We will shop from here again.

I had a fantastic experience at this store! Sam, the store manager, was the one who helped my fiance and me, and he made selecting a new mattress a breeze. It can be intimidating to find a new mattress because of all the selections and their bells and whistles that are available.
