I brought my 2019 sierra Denali in for vibration issues. The first time they balanced my tires and said the vibration was solved. I drove it home amd the vibration was still there. I made another appointment and rode with the service manager to show him the vibration. He talked how it could be the 22 inch rims and he said there was nothing he could do to fix the issue. Completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this dealer again.
