Very fast! Got a rebuilt transmission from them. I came from out of town. I called on Monday and it was ready bright and early Tuesday morning. Very friendly and helpful! Saved $500 for a 4 hour ride. I will update when I find out how good of work they do! Thanks again guys!

Great place! They explain everything to you and take you for a ride in your vehicle to make sure you understand. If you are a woman they make sure you know whats going on with your vehicle. They dont take advantage of you!

10/10/19 They drained and changed my transmission fluid. He brought me out in the shop to show me how bad the fluid looked when they were drainging the fluid. After they changed the fluid twice he drained it again to show me how it looked at the end when he was done. They explained everything they were doing. They charged me a very fair price and they did a great job. Ill be going back again when I need transmission service. Thanks

I was first introduced to Transmission Doctor when my transmission was acting up two years ago. I was referred here by a few friends and co-workers. I was greeted by Jim Bond and from the first conversation with him I knew this was a place to trust. They fixed my 1993 van for so much less than I was expecting and had a rental ready for me while the repairs were being made. Since then, Ive been coming for all my repairs and oil changes. I have been so happy with Transmission Doctor that Ive been telling my friends and co-workers when ever I hear that they are having car trouble.

I used to work in the strip mall next to them so if I needed any work done I would just drop my car there before I started. I no longer work near them but I still take my cars there. I dont know if they have caller ID or not, but I was impressed anyways when I called once to make an appointment and Jim asked if it was the Saturn or Hyundai, and I hadnt even said who I was! Great customer service. They never try to upsell something to you that you dont need

Initial feeling was good walking in. Got my vehicle back and it seemed to work great. Then 3 days later the overdrive failed. They didnt take blame for the failure but only charged me for parts not labor to fix it again. Then 3000 miles later another part of the transmission failed. This time I was charged full price for a rebuilt transmission.So dont expect integrity or a job well done. Very disappointed with the service.

Fantastic work. I had them rebuild a 6 speed manual transmission from a 2001 WS6 Trans Am. They installed the parts for a reasonable price considering the work. What got me wasnt the work that was done, but spicifically how they handled a concern I had. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

My transmission needed to be rebuilt and they got it done fast. A day after I picked it up the tranny went out again, not due to anything they did or did not do. It was a faulty part but they were so fast to pick it up and rebuilt the tranny again at no cost to me and made sure it is running perfect. I will recommend these guys to everyone!!! Any business that stands behind their work like this can only be called top notch. Thank you Jim and your crew!!!

I have a transmission rebuilt there after a year there is hard shifting and now a horrible bearing Nosie, I paid for a rebuilt transmission new everything and updated electronics I would gladly change the rating if I wasent out a trans.....
