Very professional, courteous and honest. Explained all services needed after doing a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Had my rear brakes and rotors replaced. Also a fluid flush. I have 76000 mi on my vehicle and they thru in the tire rotation for 0 cost. Also have a lifetime warranty on the brakes and 2yr warranty on labor. Good at any location nationwide. Kevin was great. Be sure to ask for him.

The Manager James got us in with almost no advanced notice on a Sunday morning when we had an emergency and had to have a tire replaced within the hour. We also recently had a thermostat replaced and coolant service preformed on our vehicle at this location. They have proven to be a reliable one stop shop.

Im usually weary when going to a new mechanic or tire place because many jack you around.I usually go to walmart but i found tire denter had a better tire at a lower price.Tire center was easy peese no hassles and Jim the Manager was very helpful and a local.I highly recommend them

Simone was very kind. His customer service and explanations were great! Recently purchase 4 top of the line tires for our Suburban- service was so fast. Today, I just got new front brakes and rotors- again amazingly fast! Whole appointment took around 45 min! Much, much faster and less expensive than the dealership. I was told by the dealership that I’d need the flush the breaks and not only did Simone say that wasn’t necessary, he also said I still have some good “mileage” to go before needing the rear breaks serviced! I appreciate not being taken advantage of!

My experience at Tire Choice AppleValley was excellent! The customer service was perfect! I was helped by Simon In the office and he was polite, welcoming, and professional.I had 4 tires installed and I was in and out fast! They even remembered to clear the dashboard alarm! (Most places dont do that).The waiting area was clean and opened up enough to allow for proper social distancing. The restrooms were clean as well.I suggest making an appointment because they are really good at what they do, so they are pretty busy.Customer service 10/10Actual service 10/10Overall experience 10/10Would highly recommend!

Great Customer Service. The wait time was very short. They answer all of my questions. They do a thorough job and a really good job. They’re very knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on. I recommend seeing Simone or Jeremy when you go in there. They treat customers like family. They are also reasonably priced.

They tried to me the best they could say the best price. The ties i originally wanted were out if stock so i had to go to a more expensive tire but he gave me a discount. Very friendly and helpful. Make sure you call and dont just rely on the website.

The sell tactics used are horrible. Went in for tires and almost spent 2k. The manager will add fees without asking and expects you to just give in. FYI I downgraded him lol I just paid for what I wanted.

I would give less if I could. They no longer honor goodyear warranty. Which they did not state when i bought 3 sets of tires for our cars.Loyalty works 2 ways

Showed up at 5pm to have a tire plugged. The 350 pound man behind the computer said 1 hour is not enough time to plug a tire. Probably because it would involve moving away from his donut stash.I have had an account at this store for years. I will no longer patrobize such an establishment where employees are too lazy to help customers.

This place is always my go to, went in today for a quick check on my tires and was greated professionally and quickly by the technician outside. The manager Simon has always been extremely helpful when I show up with unexpected issues. Never any issues with work being done, or cost of the job always reasonable and professional by all staff I encounter with every visit I have with this place.

Every time I go to this Tire Choice Good Year, I always have stellar customer service from Jeremy. I will not take my cars anywhere else. These guys are fast, efficient, have competitive prices, and always take care of me. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I use to go elsewhere but my car wouldnt be done for 2-4 hours for an oil change. Here, Im always out in 45-60 minutes. These guys are truly amazing!!!

Ive been coming here for about 5 years, both when they were Goodyear, and now that theyre Tire Choice. Jeremy and the rest of the employees have always been knowledgeable, honest, and have had reasonable prices. Theyve never tried to sell me parts or services I didnt need, and theyve let me know when things might need service in the future, but still had some life left before needing replacement. Basically, its nice to have mechanics I can trust.

I stopped in this morning because I had a low tire and Jeremy and the staff were quick to help me out. They treated me like I was family and answered all the questions I had. This is by far the best shop I’ve been to in the entire High Desert and I will continue to go to them for all my future needs!

Tuesday morning I found one of my tires was flat overnight. I put on the spare and drove over to have the flat tire patched. Jeremy informed me that the tire was at the wear bars and that I needed to replace the tire, he could not guarantee that the patch would hold.We talked about it for a minute and I mentioned that the tire only had 24,000 miles on it and that I had hoped that it would last longer. He asked me if I had bought the tires from them and I said that they were on the truck when I bought it new. He then informed me that I should call Goodyear since the tires are rated for 50,000 miles and they should give me a credit to replace them.I called Goodyear and they started the claim process, including this store to have the tires replaced. Since I was afraid to have the same tires after getting less than half of the rated tread life, I asked Jeremy if I could get a different tire. He said that since Goodyear was giving me a credit, I only needed to have a Goodyear branded tire for the replacements. I ended up getting a better tire based on his recommendation. He had to order the tires so they installed them on Thursday. I love the new tires!I have been coming here for almost 20 years and have seen many different technicians and managers. I have always been treated fairly and will keep coming back. Thanks Jeremy!

Awesome place! Had a hole in my tire, they plugged it and never even charged me for it. I would recommend this place because they seem to care about people and are absolutely fair!....Now today September 18th 2019 I went to them again since five months ago. I had a tire that needed to be put on my truck and another tire to be looked at because it was leaking air. The guys theyre fixed my leaky tire and placed my other tire on my truck from a spare tire and did not even charge me. These people are tremendous and I recommend them highly because they really care about customers and getting things done to help people. Great company and I will always recommend them and go to them for help on my vehicle!

Well this sucks!! My husband and I have taken our car here with most of the time good experiences. The last time this happened we were bribed to remove the bad review and put a good one in order to receive a deal on a tire we should have had replaced anyways. Today we called in and Jeremy told us to bring our car in knowing we live an hour away and he would get us a good deal on the things we needed done ($2000 + worth of stuff, cash) and would be completed by end of business same day, well we got there and once again nothing was as it was talked about. Jeremy refused to deal with my husband, his othermanager Julian was outrageously rude, laughed at my husband in his face, wouldnt give us any deal like Jeremy told us on the phone and was a complete waste of time. Mind you we had an extremely bad experience with this so called manager (which shouldnt be in customer service) So if you go here and have a bad experience they bribe you to remove your bad review just to treat you the same horrible customer service rude way... Absolutely the very last time we go there or refer anyone which we were sad enough, hope those people didnt get burned or treated like trash. Im a mother of a toddler, we work very hard and they acted like they are too good for working class... Every worker there was standing around with no cars to be worked on so they cant use the excuse they were too busy. No stars are deserved but you have to give at least one... Hopefully the owner sees this himself...

They put on 3 of one kind of tire, and 1 miss-match for the 4th. my wheel faces slightly left and my car drifts to the right? Doesnt make sense, and they convinced me to get that alignment when Ive never even hit as much as a curb. To say the least, i got my car back worse than it went in, and thats 💩💩💩

Im truly disappointed about TIRE CHOICE this morning sep/6/2020. I called Thursday for 4 tires they scheduled for today sep/6 at 9am appointment I arrived around 8:50am and Ill wait approximately 40 minutes and the shop still closed a person arrived around 9am open the main door and didnt bother to ask if I was ok or at least to let me know that some will come to assist me anyways please DO NOT PROMISE ANYTHING THAT WILL NOT DO, DONT WASTE PEOPLE TIME two years ago Jeremy was there and no issues he take care 3 vehicles new tires, oil change etc. I think is a new owner new management omar Im really disappointed 😞 man jesse and still needing 4 tires Ill try American tires or pep boys someone that really wants to help.. what a day ! 😒
