I went here on accident to pick up my uhaul. The staff was very friendly and looking up my information for me and got me to the right location. Even though I didnt get any work done there they were very friendly and helpful so I imagine they would be just a nice if not better for their customers.

After telling them a detailed problem with the vehicle, they charged me $100 to diagnose the vehicle, which they said that the couldnt do. But still charged me

Brain the owner gave me privilege to be employed here, great people to do business with. I believe from time there customers are going to get decent to excellent service. Everyone isnt probably share same experience but think if customer place is above most in high desert. Thank you for opportunity and doing things right

Brought my car in June 26. Paid $106 for an AC diagnosis and conversion to R134, made appointment for the next week so they could track down parts. Came in at my scheduled appointment and was then told they couldnt find the part. So I was sent away and told to call in a few days to see if Jessica had found the part. Days later she still could not find it so I went to hesperia hose supply and had it fabricated and vacuum tested. Took parts and car back to them another week later. They held my car for 8 days and never even looked at it. Was told they were backed up and working on other cars. In my mind I was in line as of June 26. Was reimbursed my money for the diagnosis they never did and took my car to Scottys in hesperia. He had it done in 1 day. Terrible scheduling and customer care at this place. I should have been notified prior to my July 3rd appointment when parts couldnt be found . I took my car back from them on July 19th. Aweful place.

I really like the customer service the girls in the office r honest and good customer relations also Brian and all the mecianic s r trustworthy and honest about whats needed I highly recommend this place for your repairs also most places were booked out by 2 weeks or more but they found time to repair what was needed when all other mechanic shops were too booked this place rocks thank u to all the employees at high desert auto care

My Dad has been going to this shop, for what seems like forever. So I took my new car there, and was very pleased. They were quik and and the girls in the office are awsome.Definitely 5 star 😊

Great at talking and caring but as far as actual diagnosis they were wrong and hid items that’s were there when the car I was buying pulled up had check engine. When I ask what was up with the car they said needs a belt but that does t explain what was on check engine light or reason turns out needs a new transmission and for bmw it’s not cheap

Arguable the High Deserts best at smog issues. Unfortunately, my wifes cars issues is going to cost more than the car. Got an honest answer which I can respect. Definite recommendation.

By far the best, friendliest service Ive ever received from an auto repair shop! We broke down on the interstate two hours before everything in the area shut down for Christmas vacation. They went far above and beyond to accommodate us, find a part we needed, and get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks to them we will be home with our families in Montana for Christmas! Thank you so much for being there when we needed it!Also worth noting is the top notch brewery and a great coffee roaster within easy walking distance. Couldnt pick a better spot to wait out some repairs and Im now looking forward to my next I-15 breakdown.

Recently lost my hubby who always dealt with mechanics for me. Its been hard to find an honest and quality shop since his recent passing. This morning I took my Monte Carlo in to them early this a.m. and they were quick getting us in and out, even gave us a ride home. Hoping this will be the place that can be my go to for repairs.*Update: Fixed my hoses stopped the leaks and even rechecked it for me and literally showed me what was fixed. Thank you for taking the time to service me while I was stressed and emotional. And going the extra mile to reassure me my car was ok. These are good honest mechanics and have made a life customer. I recommend this shop out of any in Apple Valley.

Very professional and work was done in a timely manner, the price is competitive with other shops but the quality of work is superb, I have brought my vehicles here a few times and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Our car broke on thanksgiving weekend, no one wanted to help us because it was a holiday weekend but then we fund High desert auto. Brian and his crew worked real hard to help us get home! Awesome guys excellent service.

Its the best place to get your car taken care of with honest people

They have helped me a few times now and every time they are fast, efficient, and helpful. They always give a great deal and dont try to charge for things you dont need. I know I can trust them and always refer everyone I know to them. I wont go anywhere else!

I recently had an issue with my car of which I no idea what it was I called several shops for prices on what could be going wrong with it some shops were asking 150 just to tell me what was wrong with it!. I called Brian over at High desert auto care his fee was 85 to tell me what was wrong with it and that went to my repair cost! I had a wonderful experience at this shop and will never go else where. They were honest & upfront which is hard to find.

Never again, for what i experienced, good at B.S.ing the customer to make money. Dont seem to really know what they are doing. May seem like they do, can talk the talk but can not walk the walk. Advice stay clear and becareful. Unable to do simple diagnosis.

Ever since moving to the High Desert in 2015 I have been looking for a reliable car repair shop, I found it here at HDAC. They fixed our Fusion hood sensor alarm for a reasonable price . I highly recomend HDAC, I know Ill be using them in the future.

This was the only mechanic I used. Brian does great work but now it seems he has grown too fast. Prices have gone through the roof. Sorry Brian, Ill be going somewhere else for here on.

Brought my Moms 2008 Ford Escape Limited to this mechanic asked for a full tune up spark plugs new fluids in September since Ive had to replace wiring on the intoxilock system shorting the brain in the car cause it was installed wrong had mis fire replaced spark plug and am now paying 600 dollars to replace coolant system because it had water instead of radiator fluid and we live in M.O. so the water froze in the car and blew the pump yeah great job I will never recommend this garage 😒
