I ve been a loyal customer of tires plus for over 15 years. Taking every vehicle we own to them. But never again, will I use them.Last weekend, I went there to see if they could get tires for my truck and do an alignment. They couldn’t get the tires at the time, but said give them a couple days and they’d get back to me. After a few days, they still were unable to get tires that fit my truck.I told them they were available online with another retailer and asked if I ordered them would they put them on. The man I spoke to acted as if it was a waste of their time to put the tires on and told me to find someone else, but they still would do the alignment. It irritated me that he thought it was a waist of time put tires on a truck for a customer, but still made an appointment to drop off the truck today for an alignment. When I was there, he asked if I needed anything else. I told him if they had time they could change the oil but it wasn’t due for about 800more miles.So I went back 10 min before they closed to pick it up. Saw it sitting exactly how I parked it. After waiting a bit for the guy behind the counter to locate my keys and check me out, I asked what time did you guys finish with the truck because no one called. He responded, “we didn’t touch your truck today. We couldn’t get an oil filter for it. “ I said the appointment was for an alignment. That’s what’s needed. He replied in a condescending voice, “I guess we could pay overtime and have someone do it.”He was going to ring me up and have me pay as if they did it. I called and made an appointment, dropped it off from almost open to close.

Really helpful, friendly and efficient people work here. It was an hour before closing time. Wanted my A/C checked. I was quoted prices for Services and Products for my car.It was all done efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this Tire Plus, very reasonable prices.

Went in for power steering leak and came out with a $1400 estimate - they found other things to change. Cost to replace pressure hose plus labor approx $350. Crazy thing is the drive belt that I replaced 11/30/2019 was completely frayed with no oil on it. CYA - Take pictures of inside your engine and entire car before visiting - youll come out with different parts. I would have seen this. I put steering fluid in couple times a week. This is a totally different belt. Stevie Wonder could see this frayed belt. They denied it.

I have been a long time customer of Tires Plus, this is the only place that services my vehicle. Everyone I encounter is always professional and doesnt try to take advantage. Whatever issue I have with my vehicle is always completed correctly the first time. I usually deal with Randy, he is always very courteous and is VERY knowledgeable. The Apopka Location is GREAT !

Ive been a customer of the Tires Plus in Apopka for many years (and have spent a good deal of money with them). Had a new set of tires installed in November of 2020 and a couple of months later discovered a very slow leak on the right front tire. Turned out to be an issue with the bead seal (no damage to the rim or tire, just a bad installation job) and they charged me $30 to repair their poor workmanship. When I complained to the manager he told me that its their policy. I also contacted corporate via email and phone over a month ago and have yet to hear anything back from them. Its a shame when companies lose good customers over something as minor as $30.

Unfortunately, working in construction brings the inevitable punctured tire from rogue nails and screws. Knowing fully well that this time around, I wouldnt be able to simply put a band-aid on the injured tire, I rolled into Tires Plus to purchase a new rubber doughnut.I was greeted in the parking lot by Randy who was very pleasant, friendly, and polite.I had noticed a few days earlier that my windshield wipers were on their last wipe and the technicians keen eye spotted the defective blades. I received a call from Randy letting me know the diagnosis.The work was to be completed in 2 hours and was actually done with a whole 2 minutes to spare. I gladly recommend Tires Plus!

Refuse to accept appointments for a simple tire rotation. They require 2-3 hours to complete a simple job. I paid for a lifetime rotation yet they don’t have time for the work after you pay. Don’t use this location, safe the headache and wasted time.

Highway friggen robbery 60$ a tire to get them mounted and balanced

Ive been a tires plus customer for 17 years and spent countless money with them, after yesterday I will no longer recommend them to my friends! Went for an alignment, tire rotation and balance and they called saying they couldnt do my alignment because I needed to replace my upper control arms and ball joints. I declined the work.. took it to someone and asked for a second opinion, he told me nothing is wrong with my car!

They will take your money with lies and sell you things you dont need. I was just lucky to have a mechanic friend who helped me catch them in the lie. They also tried to over charge me on their diagnostic fee on the 1st time i went. Dont go to this place. Pep boys of Apopka is much more honest.

These folks are SUPER slow. Theyll make you late for work waiting 4 hours for a simple tire patch. Go down the street to a different one instead.

On May 7, 2021 I contacted Tires Plus in Winter Springs and it was confirmed that the Nissan Brake pads had arrived, I scheduled an appointment for them (Nissan brake pads) to be installed the following weekend and have the tires rebalanced to help with the wobble in the tires. The services were performed and the noise continued to come from the rear of the car even louder than the previous two appointments! I was at a loss and needed to find another location to address this ongoing issue. I had been to the Apopka location with my daughter’s car with great results so that would be my place to hopefully resolve this ongoing issue as I exhausted any faith in the Winter Springs location.I spoke with the store manager Randy at the Apopka store on May 19, 2021, he was very apologetic and understanding and he worked me in for his first available Saturday appointment which was May 29, 2021. I drove the car with his Master Mechanic who verified “he clearly heard the loud noises” in which I was complaining about and he proceeded to take the car into the bay for a visual inspection.After my car being in the bay for 1.5 hours Randy approached me and stated “that they balanced my tires and that he needed to replace my left rotor at no charge, that he did not have it in stock and asked me to return the following Saturday June 5, 2021 for the repair” (he never told me why it needed to be replaced, just that it did and that there would be no charge.) There was nothing wrong with my rotor prior to my appointment on April 28, 2021, why are they now replacing my rotor? I returned on June 5, 2021 for the repair in the Apopka store and when I left it still continued to make the horribly loud noise. I am now completely at the end of my rope.

This place is like the majority of automotive repair shops around. Poor service, and not a care in the world about your time. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money, and wasting your time. Two hours to get maybe two flat repairs. I say maybe, because I know one had a issue, and the second one I just asked them to look at. I was never shown or told exactly what was in either tire, but was charged $30 for each one. Mind you that other places in town do this service for free. So a hour and a half into maybe fixing two tires they say the lug nuts are no good. You took them off 1.5 hrs ago, and now you notice they are no good. We have to have them delivered to us, so it’s going to be a wait. Over two hours to maybe repair two tires. I use to do tires when I was younger. It’s a 20 minute prices to dismount, repair, remount, and balance a tire. But I guess why would you care about a paying customer when your business is slow, and just have guys standing around anyways. I will never go here again, and I suggest others not to either( I only came here, because they were the first tire store open).I do not trust them or care for their business practices. Oh and petty, but they also left the caps off both wheels they touched. Imagine that...

I have a brand new car that needed its first oil change. Was informed that if I provided the oil filter that they would change my oil. When I returned with filter they refused to subtract the price of oil filter and switched a $25 coupon already on file with a $10 coupon. Manager was cocky and condescending. Poor customer service, wont return

No appointment 2 hrs. Made appointment for next day 2 pm. 315pm and finally vehicle in bay.seems like its going to be 2 hrs no matter what. I should have read other poor reviews. Hopefully the oil change can be completed correctly.

After we left from a simple tire change, my wife and I discovered that ALL of her quarters (only about $1.50) had been STOLEN from her car. Though its not a big deal because of the amount, it shows the kind of people who work here. Wont be coming back again EVER.

By far the worst experience the worst consistent service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been with Tires Plus for over seven years and the last two years I have been working with the Apopka location.Lack of consistency, knowledge just the customer service relations in general.1. They’ve performed oil changes didn’t notify me of leaks.Once I was aware of the leaks I came for repairs $700 later & five days they said the issues were rectified.Two weeks still major leaks.2. I purchased all four tires brand new from the establishment, with warranty of flats and damages included.Once I came in due to unexpected flatten and puncture tire @10 am, I explain with the manager the issue that happened with the tire he said the repairs will be all day and didn’t come out to look at the tire to notify me was a repairable or not.Just asked I’m I leaving the vehicle all day to determine if repairable or replacement.I decline due to all day for a service that takes minutes.I went down the street @10:20am to another tire company paid $20 done in 12 mins.

If you are going to go somewhere for great customer service this is the place in Apopka. I am in hospitality and a tough critic myself and I am won over. Randy is by far the most helpful, most professional, and most accommodating man in the game this place has my business for life because of him stop by and see this man if you need anything for you or your familys vehicle.

Made an appointment for 8am, just to be greeted by a mechanic locked outside the building saying he’s been waiting for an hour and half for his coworkers to show up. No one showed up to work I guess. I don’t plan on rescheduling the appointment.

Avoid at all cost. Do not trust them with your vehicle.I bought a set of tires from Tires Plus. At an oil change I noticed that the inner tire tread of my front two tires were severely worn. The rest of the tire set was still great looking (almost perfect) and were still well under warranty. It was obviously misaligned during mounting. I took my car back to the Tires Plus. They wouldnt even look at the tires. I asked about the warranty and he shrugged his shoulders. I looked at the other attendant Randy, who I spoke to on the phone and asked me to bring it in So they can take care of me, and he wouldnt even make eye contact. So I left and will never return.The fact that they wont even check the tires or honor a warranty says a lot about how they feel about customers. Had a tire with a nail in it...Randy gave me a great price to have it fixed. All three, Brad, Randy, & Pete have always been there to take care of my cars needs and have always given me great service and pricing!!! I can definitely see why this location is rated so low.Prices have gone up.They didn’t put air in my tires after I asked.They didn’t adjust my mirrors or seat back to how they were.They got engine soot on my rear view mirror, steering wheel and my center console.I didn’t get a mileage reminder sticker for my next oil change.They did change my oil and manage to put some water into my washer fluid tank though, so there’s that.Also they were able to inform me on the other maintenance needs of my truck, which was nice of them.They did say it would be about an hour and we’re done in about 45min.My discrepancies are solely based on what other Tires Plus locations have done for me consistently over years and years of using their locations for my vehicle servicing needs.I probably won’t return to this location.

Ive been here for all of my services and the service is great! The shop is always clean and Randy (upfront)is always on point with explaining any necessary work and specifics. Lol I know nothing about cars. I would Highly Recommended.

I went to tires plus because I needed help replacing my head light because I couldnt bend over to get it back in place with a metal clip as I am 8 months pregnant. I normally do everything on my car myself as far as basic maintenance is concerned. I couldnt bend over enough to see how to get the clip back in place. So I figured they could do better than me and quickly pop it right back in place. They werent able to use the light I bought, which is fine and I understand they have policies no big deal. An hour went by and the front desk guy finally came back and said they needed to take the whole front bumper off so they could look at the other light because they couldnt get the clip on either. I asked how much and they said $140 for labor alone. So I was talking about it to my dad about it because I mean honestly $140 to put a clip back in place because they couldnt do it was EXPENSIVE, esp when I bought a light for $16. So finally we decided to have them do it so I could see exactly how to get the clip back in place. I went back to talk to the guy to see how much the total price was and he than says $114. Im thinking, okay you just said $140 but whatever maybe he didnt say the right price at first. I than tell him once the light is out I want to see how they put it back in so I dont have to come back and pay this ever again. He says that to get the clip in they would have to take the light out. I respond and say yes (thinking duh we just talked about doing this and the price) and I repeat after he is done taking it out I want to see how its done and he keeps repeating what he says about 2 different times we do this. Finally I realize that what he was telling me was they were gonna just put the bulb back in there without the clip needed to hold in place. Now Im super irritated because not only does this guy think Im stupid that they can just try to get this light to stay in and not secure it properly but they obviously think I have no idea that about securing it correctly because moisture can get in the head lamp and ruin the whole head lamp (probably because Im a woman) So we have them take it apart and do it the correct way. I go outside and wait to cool off after basically being insulted and already having to pay so much just to put this damn clip back in. The mechanic calls me over and than proceeds to tell me the reason they cant get the clip in place is because the metal on the bottom of where the light goes is broken. Mind you SOMEHOW this clip was in place when I took the light out and its metal...so it wouldnt have easily broken off and the car is only a 2017. We have never replaced the head light until now so I seriously doubt that it was like this when we bought the car. He tells me that basically since the piece broke off and he cant figure out a way to get it back on with anything else that we would need a new headlight or we can glue the light in place. Seeing as it was the high beam, we had him glue it in place for the time being. I felt very much that I was being messed with because Im a young woman and since I was obviously pregnant af that they knew I couldnt get the piece back in myself so they took advantage. For an establishment to charge $140 for labor to remove the headlight which is a few bolts and the fact that it was a headlight bulb is ridiculous mostly because they had no idea how the clip even was supposed to be put in and I really feel like they broke it and werent going to tell me that because than they wouldve had to pay. Ive gone to tires plus for several years for both vehicles I owned and I never felt more angry about this certain location than I did yesterday and I will NEVER go back because of this.

I had rented a car through Enterprise and had a flat tire. I was told that if I got it to Tire Plus that they would fix it for free. I had it towed from my home to Tire Plus in Apopka and was told that they may not get to it that day. I just waited and in 2 hours a new tire and an oil change was done. Thank youOh happy day!!!

I have been using Tires Plus for years for tires. Am very disappointed with todays service, first the gentlemen on the phone did not do a good job of explaining the warranty and a replacement for a 4 month old tire. He didnt seem very knowledgeable. Also dont even bother trying to book an online appt as they dont call you if the time being requested is unavailable. Im going try a different store for my next appt and if that doesnt work ill go somewhere else.

Poor customer service i walked in 5 ppl where standing around doing nothing . I have a slash in my tire asked for a simple changed. Mind you i took The tire already off (how hard could it be) noone came to review the tire they had me waiting by the garage door with a tire for 15 min. I asked for the keys back And left. As i was leaving they want to walk into the garage to find work to do. Communication is way off. Hope they fix there establishment

I had a great and pleasant experience with Randy and the other staff at tires plus. I needed 2 tires, an oil change, and an alignment done. They got me in and took care of me with no problems. It was a busy day for them and they manage to get me out in a timely manner. Got me the tires I needed and honored the online price for my tires. What a excellent team. This quality of work is what keeps me going back to have my car service here. Keep up the great work.

I just got off, been on my feet all day, come here to get a oil change and 3 customers in the store with a mask and one heavy coughing, now at this point I have to go stand out side because I am not a Dr. and don’t know what’s going on with this dude, I will never come here again I will just go to the dealer and the dealer price is cheaper anyways, They lost my business.

This is the second time we caught them lying about what needed done on my car. We took it up there, they quoted almost 1,000 in repairs and labor, we bought the parts ourselves directly from the manufacturer off amazon for more than half of what they were quoting us, and our mechanic said the calipers didnt leak and didnt even need to be replaced and only had 50%wear, not as damaged or worn as what they quoted us.

Thanks for the affordable and highly accurate diagnostic on the braking system of my SUV guys! It was definitely the master cylinder and brake booster that was making the brakes of my SUV stick. And the bad brake booster is what ruined the new master cylinder that another mechanic installed at a different auto repair shop. I would have never known it was the brake booster without you guys performing your diagnostic on the braking system of my SUV so, two thumbs up to Tires Plus and again, thanks!

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for about the past 3 years and have not been disappointed by them. They do their best to try to accommodate your schedule and the staff has always been friendly with me. They do have to do their job and sell you add on materials at times that can be purchased for much less on Amazon and installed yourself but if youre knowledgeable enough about your vehicle all you have to do is to Decline and they will not press the issue.

Took my car in for nails in the tire, dropped it off for rotate & balance, and alignment, the car sat for 4 hours and nothing was done!! Within that time frame, I politely asked for my keys and left! The least you could’ve done was advise me it would take all day, I gladly will take my business elsewhere!!!

I went there to get my tire pressure sensors reset. They said the cost would be $50.00. I went down the street to discount tires and it took them less than 2 minutes, they charged me $0.00. You would be better going somewhere with better customer service and support. Discount tires is much better.

I drove in without an appointment to replace front tires and alignment, Damien told me upfront that the waiting time was up to 2 hours, within 1 hr. and 30 minutes I was on my way.I brought with me an estimate from somebody else that it was less expensive, after being treated with such a level of professionalism I didnt even care to pay more !Damien Browning and his team performed an outstanding job in my vehicle and keeping me informed through the entire process.I will be back for the recommended items.

Stay away from this place. They waist your time and money. Took 4 hours to do a balance and alignment job. When I got my car back, I had the same issues. Took the car somewhere else, they fixed my issue in 45 minutes. Dont waist your time with these people.

We have spent over 2k at this location. After a couple of months we noticed a possable issue for them to re check there work. Come to find out we was charged from them to look at there own work to our truck. Not happy and will not be returing to this location.

Took my car for an alignment and a noise complaint. I was told $90 for the alignment plus $30 to diagnose the noise. I get a call the next morning. Sorry your car has special suspension we need to charge $139 for the alignment. I respond ok that’s fine. I get a call that afternoon. “hey your car is done”. Awesome. So you guys fixed the noise ? “What noise”. The noise I brought it in for? Oh hold on ( yells to someone in the background ). Uh. It’s because the car doesn’t have Cotter pins in the nuts. .... what ? Yeah. It needs Cotter pins.Ok how much are those ? “I don’t know. We just noted it on your invoice”. So you don’t have a written estimate for me ? “No”. So how do I get it fixed ? “Take it back to whomever last worked on it”. Ok. I’ll come get my car. I get there to pick it up and they want to still charge me for the $30 diagnosis. For what ? Telling me to take it to another shop ? What a joke this place is. To top it all off my alignment wasn’t completed. They said my passenger rear toe wouldn’t go in it was maxed out. Why was it maxed out ? Is something wrong or bent ? “I don’t know, it just didn’t go in all the way”.Never taking my car here again. Absolutely clueless.

I have no complaints against Tires Plus in Apopka Florida. I had to get my rear brakes replaced immediately while I was on vacation in Florida. After an extensive review of other brake specialist in the area, I was happy that I selected Tires Plus. They were able to get me back on the road quickly. Another perk was the wide selection of tires they had available. I was able to pick up four new tires for my ride home. I highly recommend Tires Plus. July 2014.

These guys are theives. Stay away. They told mthemy car needed $2800 worth of work. Most of the work they listed was not even needed. I took it to another mechanic and got it fixed for $150. I will never go back to them and do not recommend them.

I had an alignment for tires done around 4 months ago I got a nail stuck in one of my tires was actually a big Bolt so they honored there road hazard warranty very well the only thing I didnt like was I was asked to pay for another warranty on a new tire but thats how it goes the cost of fell out of alignment and they honor the warranty on that also great place recommend for anybody to go there

It took 3 hrs for this team to change 2 tires and do the wheel alignment. Sorry, unacceptable. Ohhhh. I was first in line. First person arrived to the facility.

This place is dishonest. I brought my van here for an alignment because its close to home. After having it back for 10 minutes, they came out and told me they couldnt do an alignment unless I paid $220 to have them replace a tie rod end first. I drove an extra 30 minutes to see our familys trusted mechanic for a second a opinion. He checked it out and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the tie rods and did the alignment for me With no problem.

Dont believe most of the reviews on here, most of them appear to be review bots. I am a real person and here is my terrible time. It started when I scheduled a 12:15 appointment, I scheduled and appointment at that time because I had another appointment at 3. I waited and waited and finally at about 2:20 decided to call up and see if maybe they were calling the wrong number. They hadnt even gotten started on my vehicle. Mayra, the lady at the front, I believe shes some sort of manager which really bothers me, quoted me 45-60 minutes when I asked her when I dropped my vehicle off and made her away off my later appointment. She either disregarded that or completely unvalues me as a customer. When I called up and asked about my car at 2:20 shes the one that answered and I got the worst customer experience because of it. When I called up I to ask about my car not only was I told they werent done with it, but that they hadnt even started on it and when I asked her about my 12:15 appointment and reminded her about my 3 oclock appointment elsewhere she acted like she had no idea, and told me they werent going to have it done by the. I took off work to get these things done that and because of your staffs uncaring ways and completely disregarded customers they cost me money from my job, made me have to reschedule my appointment at the last minute, and completely ruined my opinion of tires plus. I even recommend you guys to everyone with your lifetime alignment program but after this and my last experience I wont be coming to this location anymore.

Honest company! I went there to get my tires rotated and asked them to inspect the brakes since I thought maybe I would need brakes since my car had 47,000 miles on it and havent got any since I purchased the car in 2006 new and was told I still have almost 50% life on them and didnt require any. I will definitely bring my car there in the future. Thank you for not taking advantage of me.

Huge thank you to Ronny, Dwayne, and Santiago who helped me out this past Saturday. Walked in minutes before closing in a panic because my breaks went out. Rather than turning their back on me, they got the job done without complaining or negative attitude. They were so welcoming, helpful and caring. I couldn’t thank them enough. I do not live anywhere near this location and was alone with my two daughters. It was raining and I had no brakes what so ever. Thank you times a million to the three of you and your shop for all of your help.

Over pricing I when for oil change $83.50 in Apopka tire plus, I when to the one in S Kirkman $62.83 they offer me coupon discount, sa me synthetic oil

My second visit there I was in and out very fast!

Went there on 7-13-16 to get 4 new tires. Love the tires but it took 2 hours to get them installed. Was expecting it to be 59 minutes or less. It caused me to be late picking up my 9 month old son from daycare. At the end he was trying to sell me some services that i didnt need or want. When I said no thanks I got some attitude like he works on commission or something. Wish I just want to a dealer and had them price match the tires for me.

Do not trust this people!!! they Tried to rip me off took my car there to check one of my front tires because it had a small leak they say the tire wasn’t repairable they wanted me to buy a new tire for almost 300 dollars I went some where else they fixed a small nail on the tire for free

Terrible service, dishonest employees and very rude manager (Brett). Write out in your contract anything youve talked with them (if its not printed when youre signing it) otherwise they will deliver half of what you have thought youll receive or have paid for. Tell them to show you what work they have done and check if its done properly.

This shop has gone downhill from prior good service, I advise you to read poor review section as it turned out to be true for me also. Oil change walk up with workers standing around and empty bays that took over 1 1/2 hour for a simple oil change. Was advised that hybrid synthetic oil is not provided by this shop and must use more expensive full synthetic. Agreed and accepted the care, extremely grimy and dirt on floor board and carpet, and I asked and received on the spot cleaning. But upon driving home I noticed loud engine noise and popping the hood determined that the tech forgot to secure the air intake manifold cover creating loud noise. I was surprised an error message did not show up. Beware of this shop due to its careless attitude of the service personnel.

I have come to Tires Plus since 2005. I recently moved to Apopka so I started coming to the Tires Plus Apopka branch. As usual, the service was good, the bathroom was clean, the employees were courteous, and the work my car needed was well done. Tires Plus offers additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi and free coffee.However, the free Wi-Fi was very slow and the coffee machine was not working. (It is funny. The coffee machine was actually dripping coffee at the rate of two drops per second. One of the employees actually told me that the machine was working but it was very slow. After 90 minutes in the store, the machine was still “brewing.” I guess this is one of those machines that brew coffee every 24 hours.)Of course, I do not come to Tires Plus for the coffee or for the Wi-Fi, but if you are going to offer the amenity, then do it right. Nevertheless, the service is good and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend Tires Plus for your car needs. Just make sure to bring your own coffee and internet connection.

Left my car there to have a small nail removed and plugged. They said it would be two hours before they could get to it. I ask the manager if I could just bring it back in two hours since I worked right across the street. He said I had to leave the car there. So, I walked back to work, waited 4 hours and walked back because I needed to leave. The car had not been touched. Manager said they would get it in in 30 minutes.This location is incredibly mismanaged. My family drives 7 cars. I will not be going to Tires Plus again.

The customer service here is acceptable. However, what is not acceptable here is the level of professionalism or pride that these folks put into their work. I went in for an oil change before driving up to Virginia for Thanksgiving. I didnt notince a problem until a day after we arrived.There was a huge puddle of oil on the ground where we parked. They failed to tighten down the drain plug for the oil pan after they put it back in. Over half of my oil was gone. So, when I went back to complain, they refused to give me a refund or reimburse me for the oil I had to buy. Instead they just did it again for free.Ill be changing it myself or going somewhere else from now on.

The employees seem to hate their job. They barely look at you when they talk. Not frieny at all.

I got a quote to fix my car they said they were have 100 coupon so the price would 644.00 instead of 744.00 made appt. for the following Saturday next thing we know they changed there price From 744.00 to 1200. With the 100 off called corporate never got a response what a rip off no more ties plus I will be telling everyone I know in apopka fl if there was a -minus sign you would get that

I will never go back to this location or any other tires plus location ever again!! Ive had issues with them overcharging me for months. But the last straw was when I took my car to them 3 times in a span of two weeks and the problem keeps recurring. Each time they told me my car was fine and yet a couple days later my check engine light would turn back on. This happened to me again this morning and I will NOT bring it back. Im tired of getting the same thing fixed and having nothing to show for it. Im taking my car to a family mechanic from now on. And I WILL be contacting corporate about their inefficient service!!

This place tryed to take advantage of my 81 year old mother. I would give them a -5 star review if I could.
