Went around the corner to high flow Muffler and the guy refused to put the muffler in so then I went to Scott and he only charged me 74 I handed him 80 and told him not to worry about the change I highly recommend this guy very professional very kind and honest

$1,400.00 to do a catalytic converter? I might have been born at night but not last night! Did it myself for $400.00 and that included the 4 NTK oxygen sensors.

Had Scott remove a muffler and install a new one. Job was done professionally and in a timely manner. After I got home I had an issue with the tailpipe location. Having never been to Master Muffler before I didnt know what to expect. I was very pleased with my experience. I noticed when I pulled into the parking lot that each one of the three bays had a car in it, so I wasnt all hopeful that my car would be taken care of right away, especially since I didnt have an appointment. Not to worry; I showed Mr. Smith my coupon and he said it would be just a few minutes. Sure enough, in no time at all my car was done. I think the total length of time of my stay was probably less than 1/2 an hour. I would recommend this business because of their courtesy and timely service and plan to be a return customer.

Always a great job!I am so glad that we found Scott at Master Muffler. I have had so much major work done at his shop on all of our cars and he always does an amazing job, no matter the work needed. I know that when I drop my car off, he will do an honest assessment and charge an incredibly reasonable rate. I have also never had to bring my car back for any reason following his completion of work, which has not been the case with other shops or dealerships. We purchased a car from a private seller and part of the agreement was that master muffler (her mechanic Scott) repair a bad oil leak coming from the valve covers. Master muffler had the car in and out. The work was never done. He probably just sprayed it down with brake cleaner so we wouldnt notice the oil smell on the exhaust and thought we would be on our way and never hear from us again. We continued to smell oil burning within a few days and took it back to him. He said it was just residual oil on the exhaust. We left but continued to smell oil burning and soon after the alternator failed. My wife was stranded and had it towed to Altamonte Springs Automative. According to Altamonte Springs Automotive it was due to an oil leak from the valve covers leaking down into the alternator. They said there was no way that the valve covers had been removed anytime recently and showed us that there was no evidence of recent work done in the area. It was obvious the bolts from the valve covers had not been removed, there was grime, oil, etc on them with no markings that you would expect from a socket or other tools on the bolts. The entire area was unclean and the oil leak was obviously coming from there. Beware of Master Muffler in Apopka, we are convinced they did not do this repair and simply pocketed the money for it. This is also called fraud. We are considering contacting an attorney to recover our expenses. Ive included a photo of the repair bill which clearly states that the valve covers were leaking and caused the alternator failure.
