Every person that I encountered at Mullinax, New Smyrna Beach, from the gentleman who wrote up the service order to the cashier who took my payment, treated me with the respect and professionalism that is so often lacking at many businesses in this day and age. I was most appreciative that John was able to provide me with the use of a loaner car so that I could return home and make it to my doctors office on time. A check engine light can be a pretty scary situation, but the technicians diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly, and at a fair price. I would definitely return to Mullinax again, and recommend that anybody else in need of service do so also.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for scheduled 10k maintenance. Arrived at 945a for 10a appt. They pulled my truck into the bay at 11a. So I ask. What is the value of an appointment? Doesn’t the meaning of an appointment mean they hold that slot open for you to minimize wait time? If I wanted to wait I would have just drove in before my appointment and waited to get in.UPDATE: The service manager, Dervin Carty called me a few days ago and we talked for a while. He was very apologetic and wanted to listen to my experience. Yesterday he called me again and explained the changes he was making which included fixing the reservation system and training of the quick lane service managers. I was happy with his actions and at the end of the cal he offered to refund my the cost of my service visit. This was over and above my expectations. If you have issues ask for Dervin while you are there and he will jump into action for you.

My Ford started giving me issues while I was driving so I decided to bring it in to get looked at. I was helped out in the service center by Patrick and he was so friendly through the whole process. My car is running exactly as it should now thanks to the technician who worked on it and it was completed in the time frame I was given. I really appreciate the whole staff who assisted me throughout this process, and Im so glad I have finally found a service center I can trust in Orlando!

This service department was extremely honest, hard working and dependable! They did everything they could for us. Unfortunately we couldnt have the work done there because of the warranty that another dealership sold us. It requires the work to be done at that place.
Contacted Mullinax to perform work due to recalls on our 2016 F-150. Explained that my husband had concerns related to Covid. Their service department arranged to have our truck picked up and returned. David was our service adviser who provided frequent status on the progress, and Kevin the service manager who accompanied the driver to pick up the truck. The driver was great, we felt most comfortable handing over the truck keys to them. All work was completed on a timely manner and the truck returned when expected. We give the service team at Mullinax our highest recommendation!
Mullinax is great at taking care of their customers. From the time that I purchased my car, any service appointments and now repairs. Ive never dealt with a better dealership than Mullinax

Went to see if I can get my car fixed( i dont own a ford) and Im on a short time frame to get to work. Dervin is apparently the new manager in QL he is super professional, welcoming and keeps everything running smoothly. He made sure that I didnt have to wait long. Since my car is too low to go in the lift, he took it to another bay just to make sure that he could do the proper repairs for my vehicle. With out causing any complications. Thank you so much for your professionalism and attention that I have received today. I will certainly be using your services again!!!
Called to make an appointment, the woman was very nice and handled it fine. I had never been here before and had just bought a 2017 ford focus from a different dealership but that dealership had recommended that if I ever had any trouble to bring it to a ford dealership. The next week when my appointment came up I bring my car there, mind its a 40minute drive to even get there for me, took a couple minutes to get the right person to help me get checked in. Then to tell me that I will need to pay 135 just to diagnose the car and they dont know how long it would be before I get the car back. I said the amount that i would have to pay should have been discussed over the phone so i would have been prepared for it. The man said we just make appointments to make appointments and to get people in here first. Excuse me?! I got very frustrated so he said he was going to get the manager in here, ok so get him. The manager was way nicer than the man I spoke with inside but I still walked away and went elsewhere. I will NEVER be bringing my car here for service. Poor poor customer service.
