Terrible customer service..still have the same issues after paying almost $1,000. SHADY ... I got a second opinion the truck needs a leveling kit installed above the struts which should have been installed that is the main reason I brought the truck to you was because I told you it was not level. A professional would’ve picked up on that. Steve you are very good at making stuff up you said the truck needed brakes when actually I did the brakes a month ago.

The staff was great about calling you back first thing in the morning Steve was an awesome mechanic and he was very knowledgeable had he had my car up and running within 2 days I would definitely go back there again and the lady at the desk was pretty cool too

Wow. I just started a new job in the area and my car broke down on day 2. Money is tight and I live 40 miles away, so I NEED my car.The team at Russell were fantastic. I was able to drive my car to the shop and they had a driver ready to take me back to work. They diagnosed my car, told me what needed to be done to get it back on the road and what can be done at a later time.I was very surprised about the price considering the work they suggested. I did not compare prices for this particular repair, but I am positive that another shop would have been much more expensive.My car has been running better than ever. Russell Automotive will be getting my business from now on and I am recommending them to everyone.

I dont know where to start or how to make this review brief but I will try. My now late father found this shop almost 15 years ago, as a cheaper option than the dealership for needed servicing of his car. Over this length of time, my dad developed relationships with Mr. Russell, Krissy (front desk), and Im sure several others if not all who work there. Russell Automotive has always been trustworthy & reasonable with servicing needs, communicated clearly and quickly about assessments of what required imperative fixing vs low risk items. Since my dads passing earlier this year, Russell Auto has continued the relationship...reaching out to us just to say hello and providing us with the same level of customer service provided to my father each and every time. I highly recommend Russell Automotive. You can feel like your car is in good and honest hands and you never need to worry as to whether you were being taken for a ride. In fact, they make your ride run better...always. Lol. Ive been using this shop so much Im on a first name basis with the management! I use this shop for both my personal vehicle and the fleet I manage. They stand behind their work and dont suggest repairs that arent needed. I literally drive across town to use this shop for my personal car because I know I can trust the work. Very friendly staff, too!!

I have had several jobs done here! Youve worked on two of my Nissan Sentras! The last one a Blue Sentra SV! I had a rear brake job done! The shoes put on wrong I brought back to you and it still hasnt worked correctly! I brought my car to 5 places and they said the brakes were fine but they arent! I finally bought another set of shoes from NAPA and someone who knows what theyre doing and now they work fine! I paid you over $300 and ended up needing all new back brakes after two months! I also came by for a transmission tuneup, you charged Me for an engine tuneup that I recently had done a month prior! I left oweing over $500! I also got a oil change and was told by another mechanic at Tires Plus my transmission fluid was leaking! The same transmission you guys replaced the fluid in! I will not be returning here! You lost my business! Please fire that new mechanic he has no clue how to work on my car!

First time to Russell Automotive, very impressed. The Staff was great, Steve the service manager gave me an est. and when I picked up my car it was just as i was told. After driving for a few days the car is still riding nice. Good job guys and Krissty. I will be back.

Great staff and knowledge mechanics! Steve is always willing to work with you and your situation. This is the only shop I bring my vehicles and jetski to have work done even just simple oil changes. Very reasonable price. They use top of the line parts and are very thorough with your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop only!!!

These guys are pros! I had an intermittent electrical problem with my Jetta and no one could figure it out, including the VW dealer. These guys found the loose wire and fixed it in three hours. I will be servicing all my cars there from now on.

Recent ac issue. from reception to completing my transaction, the staff were exceptionally nice and treated me honestly. for the first time ever I did not feel like i was getting ripped off by another mechanic. i paid over $750 for a problem i caused and the service manager explained to me in detail the work and charges. there were some cost and parts that we agreed i could do myself and save the money. again honest and no hidden well this is bad so pay more. i was given there cost and the cost to do myself, which enabled me to make an informed decision based on value of my time vs theirs.

Russel is spot on with the repairs they provide. Would reccomend them to anyone

This place is very well. I was having issues with my brakes, scrubbing and having to press all the way down on brakes in order for truck to stop. Therefore, I took it in yesterday thinking I just needed pads replaced, but had needed new rotors, pads, and break line replaced due to leakage. Thank God they had found all of these issues and fixed it. Now my vehicle is working well with a way better braking distance response!

I was camping at Wekiva Springs State Park last week with 3 grandchildren. 3500 Dodge started having electrical problems. A friend is a Dodge service rep in Ft. Myers, she said go to Dodge. Called Dodge, they wouldnt even be able to look at it for 3 days. We had to add a day, was afraid to try driving 200 miles home. Ranger at the park suggested Russell, called and they said bring it in. Arrived at 11am, they immediately started work on it, found 2 problems immediately but still needed to run more diagnostics. They encouraged me to accept a ride back to the park, they had already offered once. They dropped me off, called back 30 min later, all done and picked me back up. Ready to go at 2PM. $200, what service, all the time friendly, kept me informed, concerned about my grandkids. I do have one complaint, why arent they 200 miles closer, unfortunately cant take my car that far for service.This is truly a family run business, I think out of 6 people I dealt with all but one were family members.Thanks again for taking care of a stranded grandmother. Would give 10 stars if I could! Patty

Brought in my wife car because this supposed place was recommended by a friend. The owner Russell was told that the car had overheating, radiator dirty and related hoses etc. and would like it all fixed and give me the total when is done. I paid $1200 for all the repairs to less than 3 days later have overheating, no antifreeze coolant water etc. problem again which did not make any sense since I paid for these sort of related problems.His response was, well; we did not replace all the hoses and we did not fix all related overheating problems when that was what I said and paid for in the first place; what an idiot right lol like Im some dumb grandpa he can rip off. Well, I told him go F*** yourself and took my car and I will never go here again and I would recommend you do not either.Sad thing of it all was that when he was confront it with the facts, he simply got all macho and said whatever take the car instead of admitting to his dumb ass attitude and put a smile on his face but, no well here we are!

Great service overall. Had a problem with my Acadias engine that the dealer and other mechanics could not resolve. Russell got it all sorted out.

Russell Automotive repaired my car after the oil drain pan cracked and the engine lost all oil. While my car was there, they replaced an expensive front wheel component without permission and pretty much made me pay for it by insisting that it was a necessary repair. In retrospect I should have refused to pay and sue them or something if they didnt release my car to me. And to top it all off, the mechanic put the wrong viscosity motor oil into the engine and when I informed him of this and reminded him that I especially asked for the correct viscosity motor oil because I would be taking the car to a cold climate, he insisted that what he put in is even better for cold climate. The car needs a 5w-20 oil and he put in a 10w-30 (while this may be ok for Florida, it is significantly worse for a cold climate): seriously, wtf Russell Automotive, dont hire such dumb mechanics.

My brother took his truck there and they messed it up and cant/wont fix it and charged him $500 and he had to tow it out of there wow !!! they charge $100 an hour to mess up your car.he going to the better business bureau and file a complaint
