Clean and well stocked. They have more cashiers on than any store Ive ever been in. Still cleaning carts and enforcing mask orders. Reasonable prices. Meats and produce are really good and well priced

I come to foodlion twice a week and I love this store but almost every time I come in I see someone stocking who appears to be a manager with his mask down not just under his nose but his mouth too. This frightens me because it makes me wonder what other bad covid guidelines this store breaks.

I love this food lion. I shop here every week and they always have what I need thankfully. Not the GREATEST selection, but good for what I need!

Same old rude customer service!

People I know like to hate on Food Lion, but Ive always liked it! Prices are great, and I save mad money. Location is convenient, theres always ample parking. Ive seen baggers help people out to their cars several times, I used to do that when I worked at Marketplace. I feel thats a great touch.The only thing I dont care for is that theres no self checkout. I have found self checkout it be great when I have just a few items, and I very rarely make large shopping trips these days. Not a big enough issue to take a star off because it is what it is.Theres not a lot of organic or free range options, but theres not really ever been. I go to Whole Foods or Harris Teeter for those.What they do have is incredibly affordable, and most of its drawbacks come from the fact that its stuck in the past a little. But I honestly dont think thats a terrible thing.

Nice store but only 2 registers open & you dont know until you turn to the register then fund it blocked with rolling rack.

Great employees! Meat dept doesnt replace meats until meat that is due to expire that day is sold.They do discount it though So you can get a good buy if using that day. You will need to cook it or freeze it if you buy or wait til mid week when new meats come in to purchase.

This location is excellent in cleanliness and customer service. The item I wanted was out if stock and though, I live in another area, they gave me a raincheck for a store in my area. The employee went above what was expected by googling the store number for my area and three other employees stopped what they were doing to assist me. Very pleased. Had the item been available I would rate this location with five stars.

This Food Lion is open until 12am and has been updated. It has fresh produce and a decent selection. Updated food lions are much better.

I like this store. The staff are all great young guys in the evenings and super helpful ! The night staff is awesome and know how to treat their customers. Btw thanks for remembering me and holding my ID you are awesome!

Love this Food Lion! Ive been going here for 2 and 1/2 years and its always been consitent. The team keeps everything stocked and the aisles are always neat. Theyre always friendly when we come in, and when helped me load my groceries when I was pregnant. Only thing I wish is that they kept the self checkout, but I know thats a corporate decision and the team cant control that.

This Food lion is great for your basic necessities at great prices everyday. They dont play games with prices like the other grocery stores do. Their produce is always fresh and reasonably priced too!

I just thought I would share that I have not been to a Food Lion in years. But I went to one the other day and they have seriously stepped up their game. The produce was great, the different types of food they offer had such a nice variety and the roles I picked up from the bakery were good. If you havent been for a while its definitely worth to stop in... I almost forgot to mention their prices are very competitive.

I find the ground beef and ground chuck to be the best around. Fresh vegetable selection is limited overall prices are better than the competition in the area

Seems to be the economy grocery store. Not very well lit and just seems run of the mill. Didnt feel as clean as other local stores. Staff looks the other way when you need to ask about an item location. Been several times when this was on the way home. Average grocery store.

This is a smaller Food Lion, but it does carry a reasonable selection of items. The staff are nice and curteous, and the inside has been recently updated, giving it a fresh look. All-in-all, a pretty good place to shop.

It is A well-stocked clean store. Lee associates are very friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Not the first time, the cashier Cindy never greeted me even I said hello how are you! She didnt even give my total and of course she didnt say thank you at the end no eye contact whatsoever. Plus she didnt handle my stuffs carefully (a jar of spaghetti sauce), BANG! I dont know what in the world kind of customer service this is but it was very unwelcoming and unprofessional to say the least. Earth Fare, Whole Foods and Harris Teeter are much better.

The store manager Renee is rude and distant. Dont trust their food. Brought home some meat and it smelled and tasted weird. A former evening manager was the best, Zach he was the anchor of that store, but I dont see him anymore. I liked the store when he was there.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. The only issue there are no place to put baskets up around handicap places. You have to walk up the street

One of the renewed/revamped Food Lions in the neighborhood that sells seafood, which is fantastic, though not many varieties. Prices lower than the competitors, fast checkout, friendly, helpful staff. Only if they carried Polar carbonated water and flaxseed milk, I wouldnt have to go to Harris Teeter! Are you taking notes product managers of Food Lion? :-P

Convenient location on chores path. Consistently stocked for what I seek, easy to park, get in and out, nice bright store. Staff consistently pleasant. On the rare time I have a question, service is prompt and there until resolved.

If you are not from the area, this is what I would compare to an Albertsons in the south or a P&C in the North. The store is clean, the people at the register are very nice, but in general it is a basic store. It is fine for the necessities.

I went in to grab a pack of cigarettes. SHANE was VERY rude and argumentative about the ones I wanted. She wouldnt give me the chance to explain which pack. Kept correcting me and was not apologetic when she was incorrect! Horrible experience when I was just trying to just run in.

Went to Food Lion to do some grocery shopping. Decided to buy (4) $25 gift cards for the holiday’s. The clerk told me that they could not sell me the gift cards because they had made their quota for the hour. Unacceptable!!

This is your basic Food Lion. Its clean. It has the stuff that you need. The checkout folks are friendly. Finding the plaza entrance in the dark can be a little tricky if youve not done it before.
