Walmart is one of my favorite stores. Its just an adventure everything I am in one. This store is clean, bright, and the prices are reasonable.

Auto Service center is friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive with others like it.

This is a good Walmart. Not busy when I go, shelves are stocked well, bathrooms are always clean, and I hardly wait to checkout.

I Went there for pick up. They would not answer the phone, so I had to get out to find someone. I waited nearly 45 minutes. I give them 3 stars for the young man who helped me and was the only one waiting on all of the pick ups. He was polite and doing the best he could being the only one working the pick up line.

Not crowded. Decently stocked.

Ordered a grocery order from this store for my office because I am super busy and most days cant leave the office. My order was scheduled to be delivered between 11-12pm. At 12:00 my order goes to order is delayed, check back for status. So after a while I contacted customer service. They had cancelled my order. No message, still says delayed. So then they tell me that I have to wait until the end of the day for my refund. Very poor customer service.

A few days ago Niko helped me find many products that I was getting for my home renovation. He was charming and personable, and was super helpful. He even suggested some other products to get to go along with my list. My house looks great and I owe a good chunk of it to him!

Main customer service desk usually WILL NOT answer the phone. I have even called them, and driven 25 miles to the store while the phone rings, and walked in before hanging up. To be fair, the other departments will answer the phone but, unfortunately are not always able to answer questions meant for the customer service desk.

Its seems that every single time I actually go to the store to do a little shopping they hardly have anything Im needing or looking for. Also when you use the app to see where a product if located if it says it available that may or may not be true.

Dirty, bad Air, not organized. My first time in a Walmart and I will never go again!!!

Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour to pick up photos that were already printed, waiting in a file cabinet.

Came in to by a TV. I asked the Electronics employee a question directly, I didnt get a response, and he walked away. At the checkout, another employee stood next to me and talked over the checkout. Weird experience, I would recommend using self-checkout or speaking to a CSM if you have to shop here and want customer service.

Love the singing cashier! Shes great and this store is always well stocked even when crowded.

As usual, items are out of stock forever, store is crowded, and you have to check yourself out or wait in an incredibly long line for one of the only 2 registers open. Not to mention, the few things I could find in stock were more expensive than I regularly buy them at other stores.

Overall nice store. Hit or miss on the wait time in the checkout line but generally I havent experienced any issues. Most of our trips are for groceries since the prices are good.

Empty shelves, nobody is restocking, the produce area is empty, same thing around the store, soda drinks, milk, beer, juicesSport area items with not price tags, empty shelves around.Cashier not enough and the one in the self check out they are not a cashier they are a watching they can resolve any problemI expend 25 minutes waiting for a person to find a price for an IGLOO item, she have to authorize a alchohol item and she erased all the other items and she said you have to scan all of them again was 45 items in my shopping car plus the IGLOO items that was ridiculous this store needs new management in all departmentsIs a bu#$$%%

Nice Walmart with lots of stuff

This Walmart was really well stocked.Othrer ones that Ive been to latel6have been out of one thing or another. This one had everything on my list.

Love having a Walmart close to home and love that they have home deliveries during these challenging time!

They arent very good at stocking products or staffing. Selection is always lacking, they cant keep enough registers open, and the store layout is a mess.

Limited menu but, good choices for most part. Great burgers especially for the bison lover.

Easy to get to. The parking lot just as bad as any other Walmart. Store was cleaned. Asked for help ‘Sorry I inconvenienced the worker while he was stocking. ‘ He was over confident gave his answer real quick, kept repeating the aisle. Not there we walked & found the propane flat grills down by the garden door. 2 cashiers for too many customers waiting in line. We did want to be there all day so we used self checkout.

One of my favorite Wally Worlds. Always clean, never super crowded and actually open check out lines!

If you like long lines, bare shelves and very lazy rude customer service this is the Walmart just for that, I would say this Walmarts standard are below ghetto I didnt know Walmart hires people to stand around and do nothing Ill definitely be calling the corporate office I would recommend not shopping here especially where the employees dont even wash their hands after going to the bathroom Im so disgusted with this Walmart location so sad people have no moral or work ethics especially with covid as bad as it is ☹️

Welcome to the Apex Walmart. Do you like to wait? Be ignored? Or perhaps you like employees that seem to have “I’ll page him/her” preprogrammed as an answer to any inquiry.Waited 20 minutes at the sporting good section. Then, I got to wait another 10 minutes in the customer service line to hear the above mentioned standard retort. I THEN spent another 15 minutes waiting for an employee WHO NEVER showed.That’s ok Walmart, I found what I needed on Amazon, for about $6 cheaper.Do yourselves a favor and stay home.

Same as every WalMart. The customer service staff was very helpful but I just never loved WalMart as much as some other stores, so my opinion is probably a little jaded.This place is fine however. Its fairly clean and they have a ton of merchandise.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is rude, lazy and discriminate! My daughter and I ordered an outdoor sink online. We received an email that says our order was ready for pick up. When we arrived to pick it up, the man looked us up and down and went to the back and then all of a sudden we receive another email stating the order was cancelled. We looked for ourselves and saw they had five sinks in stock. When the associate saw that he chuckled and said oh well I guess I didn’t feel like getting it down. He said well you can buy it again ($200) when we told him the online price was cheaper and showed him he said there’s nothing I can do. We asked to speak with a manager and another associate showed up. We asked them again to get a manager and yet again another associate in a vest came pretending to be a manager. Finally, we left and went into the parking lot and called corporate. Corporate told us it would be 3-5 days before the money is returned but we can use affirm to purchase it again. We went back into the store and purchased the item again so for $450 now spent needless to say this experience was one of the worst!! The associates hired should really undergo training in customer service and sensitivity training.I also must make it a point to say that this was on Fathers Day so we were in a bind and had no choice but to purchase it anyway…. Otherwise, I would never give them a penny of my hard earned money EVER AGAIN!!! DON’T SHOP AT THIS WALMART! Go elsewhere!

Noticing not stocked in some things on my list but able to find plan b items. Seeing that and some us due to COVID fallout, staffing, distribution issues in supply chain. Was not too busy, a couple cashiers, so self check out busy and went ok, well staffed so no delay issues. Nice store.

Well organized location of walmart. Great place for clearance deals as it is kinda off the beaten track. Has plenty of clearance items to peruse, and the staff are really friendly and polite. Also has a McDonalds inside.

We placed an order for pick up and it took quite a long time for them to bring it out. We went inside and found the couple things that we weren’t able to get through pick up. Loved the layout!

Normal day at your typical Walmart but it seems like theres fewer registers every time Im in Walmart. It takes me 5 minutes to get what I need, but it takes me 10 - 15 minutes to pay for it? The numbers dont add up.

They need to.make sure they are stock on the weekends when ppl do the most shopping. They make me hate that store every time I go in it you cant ever come out with every item you came for.

The place is huge. The one thing that really struck me about this Wal-Mart was how clean it was and how helpful the employees are. It was surprisingly not at all crowded though the day before the 4th of July.Theyre are two Wal-Marts closer to me then this one, but Ill definitely be going to this one.

This is a nice super store in the nice town of Apex. It had a good selection of everything walmart offers. Building was new and looked nice. The parking lot was dicey- lots of parking but hard to get in and out of space with all the traffic. Although building big, it was crowded and people everywhere and hard to get to stuff. Staff were good. Self check out was awesome.

Why does this store always smell so bad? It makes me nauseated. Also, I had BOGO coupons to use and no one at the register knew how to enter them so I just left the stuff and went to Target where all they did was scan my BOGO coupons easily. Cashiers need better training besides what their learning modules teach.

Walmart at its finest. They have everything I need at good prices. I find it surprisingly easy just to run in and grab a few things. Staff is always nice and helpful, and I feel like this location is very clean and well organized.

Nice stores where you can find everything

This store cancels my online orders every time I purchase something due to lack of availability. This online/inventory system needs to be improved because its annoying. Now Im going to take my drink and complain about another first-world problem somewhere else.

Its a disorganized Walmart, but I can understand how that can happen, what I dont understand is the multiple rude employees.

THE APEX WALMART HAD MORE ITEMS SINCE THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE, BUT THERES STILL TOO MANY BARE SHELVES.

Great place to shop when I can’t make it to Costco. They have what i need when i go in there. The only reason i ain’t doing five stars is because it always seems the only have the self checkout lane open and no cashiers there to help ease the long line at the self checkout area.

Well organized store. Went in for watch battery and while clerk would not take back off watch she did let me use a jewelers tool and provided appropriate guidance for me to remove back and replace battery. The store was well stocked and folks were very helpful.

I love when the seasons change at you can find so many great deals on clothes, this time of year is the best time to get your family ready for next winter, as parents we know the importance of buying smart and saving more. I always shop early in the morning so the customer service is always great here.

Had everything I needed and a few things I didnt.

Very poor experience with grocery pick up. I will be going back to Super Target for my groceries. My order was to be ready at 7:00 p.m. Received a message it was delayed. I waited and waited only to find out their pick up closes at 8:00. I never received any other communication and did not receive my groceries. I have tried calling and calling the store and no one answers the phone. At this point I still have no groceries.

Its not well stocked. But its smaller than Sanfords so it makes sense.

Walmart is my kind of store! You can find almost anything at Walmart. The quality is good and the prices are competitive.

Overall this is a nice store. It has the best general prices for your essentials. It is normally super clean. I have had issues with supply. Most employees are pretty nice but some can be a bit hard to approch. The layout of the store is easy to understand and you can go in and out fast. The recent addition of self checkout is also a big plus.

Clean store with a great variety of merchandise. The only sad part was there was only 1 cashier to handle all the customers. Self check was open, but they need to get more morning cashiers to help with the customers.

Meh. lots of stuff of varying quality. if you know what you are doing you can get a deal here, but Ive heard horror stories about pricing pressures that they put on their suppliers

Bigger Walmart than most Ive been to. They have many things most do not. The layout is a little different but you can find most pretty easily.

Went to pick up my groceries today and a young kid henery came out asked my name...i told him he had a very snotty attitude for someone working in the public lady beside me also heard how snotty he was he treated her the same....it now 555 and i chose bwtween 5 and 6 to get my groceries and for the second time nothing... UPDATE GOT MY THINGS AND EGGS BROKEN MISSING 3 PACKS OF MY HAMBURGER AND MY BLUEBERRIES REALLY WALMART STEP UP UR GAME PLEASE GUESS I GOTTA START CHECKIN BEFORE I LEAVE WHICH DEFEATS THE PURPOSE FOR ONLINE ORDERING RIGHT????

Didnt have what I was looking for.

This store is completely disorganized on grocery pick up. Never can call and tell them you are here because mail box is full. Only 2 people on at a time because everyone is on lunch

Great place to shop close on apex walmart

I went on the first of the month, it was a blast! The lady in front of my bought like 200 dollars worth of cheese dip, wings, combos, Starbucks creamers, and lays. She also had alot of makeup she may or may not have bought

They need to train people to multi task at this!!!! Walmart. I do postmates on the side and it is crazy for people to have to stand and wait for some assistance when you have 3 people at customer service just standing. I stood at customer service for 30-45 minutes to have to wait on a employee who was picking orders and having to assist at the pickup area. That is just crazy!!!! Please train your cs employees to help with returns and if the have no customers please help with the pickup team. Team work!!!!

Most Amazing Customer Service! The store is always very organized and well-stocked. The employees and customers were all wearing masks and social distancing while practicing personal hygiene. Sales Associate named Jackie, who works at the self checkout, is always helpful, kind, courteous, and very customer oriented. She made my shopping experience, during this awful pandemic, very pleasant.

I am not happy with my online order in this location.

Busy place all the time sometimes is out of stock on items. The customer service line is always long.

This is one of the better Wal-Marts I have shopped at.

Worst subway I have seen so far!

Service is always great and we have never had a bad meal. They are doing a great job at not packing too many people in the restaurant.
