ABSOLUTELY an amazing experience!!! I’ve never had this kind of professionalism and fun in one place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in & she made me feel so comfortable. Brought me several options, gave me her honest opinion and was so incredibly sweet and genuine.. it’s hard to get a good waitress these days, so I’m sure you can imagine. This has been the BEST fitting experience of my life!!! I never knew how bras were supposed to fit the way the ones I got did. I was worried they wouldnt have my size as my band size is impossible to find but low and behold they had my size and more!! I felt so welcomed and comfortable and overall had an amazing experience!!! I definitely recommend this shop if you want to feel and look amazing!!

What a fun experience! This shop is adorable and has great staff. April, who I later found out was the owner, immediately greeted me and showed me around the beautiful store. The staff was knowledgeable in helping me find the right fit for what I needed. Take a day with your girlfriends and come here! You wont regret it. Size options were an added bonus for me. The shop has competitive pricing and is very clean and inviting. I will not shop for lingerie or bras anywhere else. Thank you ladies!!

I first found this lovely shop pre-pandemic, and had THE most fun experience getting a VIP fitting. Sooo professional and soooo highly recommended…and just a funnnn time! April, and her staff are just amazing. Since, I have always been welcomed and feel like friends/family, every time I visit. And my last visit? April did not have the bra I hoped for…sooo, she special ordered, AND knew the brand to “size up”, for a PERFECT fit for me. So, yes, I LOVE it, it feels comfortable, and is beautiful!!! Truly, a go-to, and trusted place! Thank you!!!

I visited this establishment for the first time today and I could not be happier with my experience. I felt welcome from the moment I entered and the service was outstanding. I was told there are three rules: the bra has to be comfortable, you have to love it, and you have to feel beautiful in it. A bit pricey but worth every penny. A good bra can change your life. Highly satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to everyone :)

Had a fantastic time! My fitter was very encouraging, made me feel very comfortable. I tried on things I never would have on my own and even ended up going home with a couple of them! Very fun, highly recommend the VIP experience as a fun treat for yourself!

In December I visited the Perky Lady to purchase a lingerie set for my partner abroad. April was very helpful and attentive in discussing sizing and finding a set that I thought would be appropriate. She also willingly extended the return deadline as I would not be giving it to partner for a couple months. But when I did travel and give her the gift I was horrified to find that the bra size was completely wrong. April and I had discussed sizing and decided on a B-cup, but it turns out what April had put in my bag was a D-cup. I had trusted her to gift wrap the correct size and I was disappointed in discovering her mistake only upon giving the gift. I am sorry to report that April has refused to acknowledge her mistake nor to make amends. I recognize the Perky Lady’s return policy and the kind extension she offered initially, but given that this was clearly her mistake (which I would like to assume was inadvertent and not intentional) I feel that an honorable professional business would do what they could to correct an error of theirs to ensure customer satisfaction, rather than hide behind their return policy. Unfortunately, The Perky Lady has refused to do this.

APRIL IS MY SAVIOR!!! 🙏🙏🙏I came in because I had been having back pain and felt like my cheap Target bra wasnt helping. April immediately picked out great options and worked with me (Im very picky) to find the right items. I left feeling so happy and supported--my back already felt better! I did the quick fit and that was great, April gave me her undivided attention during my appointment. Dont bother asking what size am I because you will leave never want to buy a bra anywhere else!

I feel like I continued to have bad experiences at larger chain stores and knew I needed to try something else. I was able to get fitted here and find bras I love! I struggle with having bras fit me poorly due to having broad shoulders and also having bras without enough support- but no more. The Perky Lady will now be my go to for new bras!

The “perky lady” was very rude during my visit! She did not greet me as a customer and attempted to belittle my presence. I do NOT recommend coming here.

I have been shopping at the Perky lady for over a year now upon a recommendation from a shop that is no longer in business. All I can say is I feel blessed to have such a phenomenal shop so close to home. Every woman deserves the joy of a proper fitting bra. I highly recommend hosting a fitting party with April. I had a bunch of my girlfriends come to a fitting party before covid. April took special care of one of my friends who had not had a good experience with bras. I cried when that friend left with the perfect bra for her. Yes Bras arent Cheap But most of us women wear one every day. Pretty underthings that fit are well worth the investment!

If you haven’t been to The Perky Lady, go!!! Shopping there was a wonderful experience. The woman who helped me was super nice, amazingly helpful and not pushy at all. The bras are reasonably priced, beautiful and the store stocks a wide selection of styles and sizes. I will definitely shop here again!

Came in with a NOPE bra, to show the problems I have had in the past with other overly commercialized stores. She took one look, and instantly identified not only the problems, but how to solve them. She brought me multiple options, and helped me find 3 bras that fit my body to a T. Also walked out with 2 pairs of underwear to match the bras, a beautiful comfy kimono-esk robe, and a luxurious nightgown and matching robe (although not really a robe? fitted top section, long sleeves, with a long flowing back section - very victorian or golden age of movies, in style). She even kept the store open after hours for a Saturday, to help me get everything I could think of. I will have to get pics and add them in afterwards.THIS is now the ONLY place I will even THINK of going, for new undergarments!

April is absolutely amazing and is a COMPLETE pro at what she does. She has showed that bra shopping does NOT have to be miserable. She had many options to choose from and got my size so right and I have a very different size with a smaller waist but big bust! Go here and work with April.. you will NOT regret it.

I just did a virtual fitting and shopping and LOVED IT! I have to admit, at first I wasn’t sure I was going to end up with something that fit well...after all, how can this be done virtually? I realized once the session was in progress, April knew her stuff. When someone is a professional, they understand how to do their job well no matter the situation. This was no ordinary woman who works in a dept store fitting me. I was in great hands.She personally selects everything in the store and cares how it fits and how I feel about the product.With everything going on, this was a big treat. I had fun and for a about 30- min forgot about the Covid-19....My items were delivered today and I tried everything on and everything felt great.I contacted April to discuss the fit and give her feedback...y’all, she genuinely cares!Overall a great experience and I can not wait to be able to go and visit in person.Dianna

Shopping for clothes is not my favorite thing, but I needed to get a bra that fit correctly for a special event I was attending. I didnt have a lot of time and so I went to the Perky Lady, said I had 15 minutes to get a bra. April sprang into action, got me measured, had me try on a selection of bras, and I was able to make a choice that I was very happy with. On a side note, my old bra size was completely wrong! When she measured me and told me what my size was, I thought - theres no way thats correct. However, when I tried on the sizes she brought, there was a huge difference in fit (they felt great) and how they looked under my clothes (much better).

I love this shop! I had recently lost weight and my current bra as not fitting properly anymore. The size I wear is not sold in any stores around here (38F) and I wasn’t sure when I would be able to get to the shop, so I attempted ordering 8 on Amazon prime wardrobe. After waiting a week for NONE of them to fit, I found time to get to the shop. It took less than 15 minutes to have 2 perfectly fitting bras. We ALL know how difficult it is to get a proper bra fitting, and she definitely does it right! The service is always amazing and very personalized. You will never feel like you are being forced into a bra that is not right for you just so the shop can make a sale. The selection is huge and seems like it would be impossible for there not to be the perfect bra for everyone! Stop by and support a local shop. You definitely won’t regret it!

I had a wonderful experience at my fitting. Shop was clean and inviting. I was in and out within 30 minutes after a handful of bras... which works for me with my busy schedule. I love that I was given instructions as to how to care for my garments. I felt comfortable and pampered and joked that I wish I could be dressed daily.. lol. All in all I walked out with 2 beautiful bras that make me feel amazing! Can’t wait to go back and try something risky! Love supporting local and this one is a keeper.

I really enjoyed my VIP Bra fitting session with April yesterday. I didnt realize that I had been wearing the wrong size of bra for years! I really loved it here! Its a lot closer to home than a lot of other stores and the lady was so nice! For the first time in my life they actually had my size, and only for an arm instead of an arm and a leg. I love the bra I got and when my oldest bra finally falls apart, Ill definitely be back here to replace it!

So many wonderful finds.The perky lady is a perfect stop for women of any size, and the prices are comparable or less than I have spent and Victoria Secret and Soma. I came in with a friend one day and bought a quarter bra that the owner said would fit me. It was way too small when I tried it at home, so I tried to exchange it 2 days later. I was told there are absolutely no exchanges. After going back and forth with her, I told her I cant wear this and that it was for my boyfriend who was coming home from a trip. She then asked me, Oh, so your boyfriend is the one wearing it? I was confused and said, Why would you ask me that? She said Oh well, we dont judge anyone here. She was smirking, and the comment seemed really inappropriate and offensive. I was so upset I said, Why are you being so rude to me? and started crying. She then said, I have the right to ask you to leave, and escorted me to the door with tears running down my face. If there are no exchanges she should always suggest trying it before leaving; she admitted that she will do this in the future, but would do nothing for me and was unapologetic about the whole situation. I work at a small business as well, so I understand certain policies, but I know better than to ever treat another person this way.

Very friendly, very clean shop! Im an old school gal, older and larger in weight and trying on a bra in s shop had not ever been a thing for me.The shop owner and staff was very personalable, non judgemental and not pushy! They asked questions and listened to my concerns and then had me trying things on that actually surprised me a good way! I had been fitted wrong for awhile.I bought several items and noticed right away my confidence soaring with how they made me feel and look!I cant imagine shopping anywhere else for my underthings. PS.. thank you to the Perky Lady for having a place of comfort and now my favorite go tos! Cant thank you enough!
