When we picked it up there had been a special designed box to cover controls at steps to keep dogs from bumping into the circuit breakers. It took alot of time and cost to create. When picked up the rig it was totally broken apart.. No mention or apologies.Got home, all batteries were dead! NO COMMUNICATION TO NOTIFY ME OR AT CHECKOUT. Found hand scribbled note on back breaks that said batteries dead, tried to charge but would not.3 weeks in the shop to come home to Dead Batteries that they knew about, now have to hire an RV service repair to come to home to replace all batteries. And, have to take the time and money to create a new cover box for switches.

Short version: Based on the quality and care of their work, my wife and I would recommend East Valley RV without reservation. Highly, highly recommended.Longer version: We own a 1999 Foretravel. Foretravels were complex, expensive coaches. Ours was built the first year Foretravel offered slides. Normally, we take our coach to the Foretravel factory for major work, but when its slide mechanism failed, we couldnt travel that distance.East Valley had the experience and willingness to take-on that repair (not an easy one), send parts to HWH in Iowa for remanufacturing, and then work to make certain that, when the slide was put back into the coach, its alignment and operation was perfect. It has never been better.Although not inexpensive, because of the parts and amount of labor required, East Valleys charges were COMPLETELY FAIR. For the work they did, the amount of time they had the coach, and the care they gave it, we couldnt have asked for better treatment. Were very grateful.Big thanks to Kevin and Russ, especially, and of course to the ownership of the shop, whose integrity we had heard about from another local business, even before taking our coach there. We would be happy to talk to anyone considering East Valley RV. Highly recommended.

My experience with East Valley RV Specialists was the best customer service experience I have ever had with any company. I called Jeremy at 6:00pm when our new-to-us 2017 Tiffin Allegro Bus would not go more than 5 mph and the check engine light and a couple other warning lights were on. We were to set to leave the following morning on a long road trip. Jeremy met us where the motorhome was parked (In a random parking lot) with Joe and Russ, who were equipped with tools and ready to help. They ran all of the tests they could and stayed out there with us until after 8:30pm in this Arizona heat. They determined that further testing was needed and that we needed to get it to the shop. We drove (at 5mph) to their shop, where we didnt arrive until 9:45pm. They actually waited for us and secured the motorhome and even helped us unload a few items from the fridge that might go bad overnight. The next morning, they ran more diagnostics and quickly found the problem. They called Tiffin, who overnighted the needed part at no charge to us and they had it fixed the next day. We are blown away by level of service we received. I have never had a company go so far out of their way for me. I wish I could give 10 stars!

A great RV service center. Traveling from Texas, developed an issue with an electric slide on my motorhome. Called Bill at East Valley who worked with the manufacturer to get the repair parts and scheduled us to fit our travel schedule. They also found and repaired an undetected issue with my Aquahot heating system. Everyone was friendly, professional and their work very reasonably priced.

This place is great! We were traveling from Virginia and smelled a propane leak from our camper van. I mustve called 15 rv repair and propane places, and got the run around everywhere. We called East Valley Rv Specialists and Bill told us to bring it in right away! Even though they were scheduled 3 weeks out, he squeezed us right in and handled the situation. Reasonable price, and quality work, too. 5 starts!

I have been having problems with the dump valves on my Cedar Creek 5th wheel since I bought it. I knew sooner or later one of them would break off. Last weekend while getting ready to leave our campsite the cable on the black tank broke. Luckily I had installed a valve on the end of the run just in case of emergencys. I immediately called East Valley RV Specialists and spoke with Kevin about getting the cables replaced. He asked me to bring it in the following Tuesday and they would take a look at it. On Wednesday I got a call from Kevin with a price to do the work. The work was completed two days later for the exact price quoted. Kevin and the crew at east Valley did an exceptional job, replacing the cables and a couple of other minor jobs. I would highly recommend East Valley to anyone needing RV repair work. They are extremely professional, fair, friendly and my 5th wheel was left neat and clean. I will not hesitate to use East Valley RV Specialists for all of my future RV repairs.

Chose them for our Allegro Bus maintenance and repairs as they are Tiffin certified. All completed on time and on estimate. Kevin in service is amazing and kept us informed every step of the work. We will be back next year for annual service and if any other repairs that we find necessary. Highly recommend this business.

The guys in parts are very knowledgeable . I wouldnt go anywhere else.

1. I dropped my Tiifin motor home off for annual maintenance of chasis, generator and aquahot---i was very satisfied with this. They were timely and did it in time they projected.2. I also asked them to swap my water filter, warranty. They did this but in process of caulking the brass fitting to plastic, the caulk broke down after a dew days because it was water soluble, instead of silicone sealant. Not very happy3. I asked to replace a hubcap, they found a used one at no charge, very happy.4. When i dropped it off i Informed them i had 3 warning lights, one just came on and started beeping. When leaving, i noticed they were still on and inquired---response was (paraprhase) the DEF needs to run hot to clear these out. 2 weeks later my engine went into derate---limited to 5 mph. I looked up the warning messages and all related to A DEF problem, one saying final warning. I called to complain and the response was not on the ticket, so how would the technician know. I suggested that in process of starting engine he would have seen them and the description is serious enough to raised with client, response was how do we know client wants it repaired. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER service. The end result when I called mfg, they indicated known issue with DEF head/ sensor and shipped a part out. EAST VALLEY us an authorized Tiffin dealer but failed to inform me of the problem I am now scrambling to find someone to repair. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY UNHAPPY. My major complaint us they did not follow up on my complaint then discarded my concern and finally did not take the iniative to point out a serious concern that must have noticed at time of testing engine.

Outstanding service. I bring my coach from the Northwest to Arizona on an annual basis. I have ALL my major maintenance and any repairs done by EVRV in Apache Junction. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and they never try toupcharge customers for unneeded work. I normally deal with Jeremy but have been impressed with others on the staff including Tim, Joe, and Alex. The facility is spotless, well-appointed with all necessary service equipment, and offers ample space to enter, exit, or park. If you have any RV needs, this is the place to go.

They listen to your needs and take care of your problems. Top notch as far as Im concerned. Wouldnt take my rig anywhere else!

I came here because the old man at AJ RV is just a little too grouchy and miserable to deal with any longer. I spent $3,000 in that place in a short period of time and still felt totally unwelcome, so East Valley is my go to place. Had a few laughs with the parts clerk, totally different experience than at AJ RV.

Much more honest and responsive service than all of the dealers. They will even save you a few bucks on repairs.

They have taken care of all my Rvs over the years. I have had 4 different ones over the last 20 years and they are very knowledgeable and fair priced. The whole staff are friendly and courteous!

If I could give them a zero I would. I took my RV in to fix a hydraulic fitting that was leaking, an a/c service and to to get a routine service on a Onan generator. Every repair was butchered. Total trips were greater than 6 and I finally gave up and repaid another service center to do these correctly. After a $1700 bill I ended up with a larger leak in hydraulic line, an a/c system that did not even blow air in the cabin, and a generator that leaked both fuel and anti-freeze. The hydraulic leak was butchered by putting in a new fitting on a line that was not even leaking prior so I now had 2 hydraulic leaks. The roof A/C service had my A/C unit not in the duct hole and crushing the duct. Thus not allowing any air to blow in the coach. The generator had no issues and I just brought it in for a routine service. They said that I needed a new water pump as they claimed in had a slow leak. I said replace it as I trusted them. When they were finished I had a fuel leak at the new fuel filter and Anti-Freeze leaking. They said sorry and after 3 times stopped the fuel leak but NEVER was able to fix the Anti-Freeze leak. It turns out that they did not install the water pump properly.Their facility appears professional and nice but their mechanics are awful. Ultimately you are only as good as your mechanics.Stay away!!!

Took my RV in right after I bought it (used vehicle) and had them look at the generator. Asked to have it completely looked over, and also change the oil and filter. Used it one day, and now its dead, with starter and controller board blown out. Now wants to charge over $1000 to repair it, when I can get both parts online for less than $300 and fix it myself. Already ordered a brand new starter and with Expedited shipping, cost $53.00. Told it would cost $155.00 for the part. I will find myself a new place to take the RV for repairs.

Worked with Kevin on having the bedroom slide floor replaced and ended up with them doing additional work on my generator as well. The work looks great and they stayed within the quoted price!

Was looking for rv parts gave me information on where might be able to get them.

I had a scheduled appointment to fix a problem caused by their previous work to repair my black water sensors. I dropped off my coach with the understanding that they would immediately look into fixing the problem. My coach was parked in the back lot for over a month without ever moving into the shop. I continued to call concerning the status and was told they would get to it the next day. I was finally told after a month that i should probably just pick up my coach and live with the problem.

I just bought parts but they did a great job on finding and getting the parts. Their price beat everyone else including online. I had a small problem with the transaction and talked the parts manager and the problem was quickly resolved. Cant ask for anything more from a business.

If you are in Mesa, AZ or the surrounding area and need work done on yout coach or 5th wheel these guys are great. They are busy so make an appointment.😊

Have had excellent work done on my 5th wheel over the years - replaced rubber roof, replaced commode, replaced single landing gear with dual motor setup, replaced black water tank and black and gray water valves, replace kitchen sink water valves - - - they have also done the normal yearly maintenance such as bearing repack, hot water tank anode etc. - - - from my viewpoint this is one of the best RV shops there is - expensive yes - you get what you pay for!

Very pleased with the service and the out come of all the work that i had done at East Valley R.V .They were very nice & very helpful with any question that i had. Will be back to have more work done by them.

Never again !! Repaired Motor home fuel tank leak....NOT !! Leaked all the way to Utah, where real mechanics fixed properly. Also, who scratched the rear basement door panel and didnt fess-up ???Cant believe I paid $428 for this rip-off...NEVER AGAIN

I took my toy hauler to East Valley R V to get my axles flipped for $375 And ended up with a $4600 dollar bill. Now I have more problems then I did before. I have a dead short in my 120v system, a short in my 12v system, and my generator dose not work at all. I thank them for probably costing me twice what I payed them to get it fixed some where else.

Poor service. Cost was twice as much as quoted. Front office not organized and not helpful. Dont go there!
