Waste of time, spent about two hours with a woman on the phone. Called back the next day to place the actual order. Only to be told I cant place an order unless I come in and pay a small deposit in person. We dont have the time to drive up, with everything else going on (buying a house, working full time and moving with a toddler), by the date we are moving and having items delivered. I was planning to pay for everything outright, but wanted to give my info over the phone. Was even happy to do a money wire if they were uncomfortable with a credit card.We are moving from about an hour away and was simply trying to have appliances delivered by a certain day. We were also trying to support a local business. We were going to place a $5000 order.She droned on about politics and current events. Very annoying and a waste of time. Antiquated policies and procedures.

The guy had a Horrible attitude, overpriced items! We were looking for a 7ft freezer for 390.00 and he got back to my husband for a 2 ft. For 300.00 and didnt want to talk to my husband on anything else. Very rude do not go here!!

Very Helpful. I had 2 wire harnesses that were burnt because of arcing. Greg suggested I bring it down. He sold me 4 new wires for the door latch assembly, and now its working like a charm! Plus it saved me a couple bucks. Thanks for all your help, Ill make sure they are the first place I call for all my appliance repair needs.

No clue who answered the phone but clearly wasnt interested in my business. I need a refrigerator, asked about a used one, told they didnt have any. I asked about financing to have whoever answered the phone to hem and haw and not give me clear answers, so I finally got fed up and hung up the phone. 🤷

Called in the morning and described my fridge issue. He diagnosed my problem while being very patient and actually walked me through how to test various fridge parts. Great service and very knowledgeable staff.

Man we have been coming here for a month or two already. Been ordering all kinds of sandwiches. But today we just wanted to a tuna lettuce wrap. Great taste delicious healthy and the customer service is impeccable. Its a hole in the wall but they have great food.

I had an excellent experience with Stewart-Molander. Debra gives true customer service. She is an asset for any company. John came out for a repair, and Aaron for an install of a new dishwasher. Both young men were nice, polite, and left everything as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. All of them went out of their way to be helpful, and considerate. I would and will recommend them to others. We looked up their prices by the model #, so we compared the exact dishwasher at other stores. Not only do they have superior service, but prices as well! I really needed an icemaker for my fridge. I happened by chance to google a parts store near me and Stewart Molander came right up. Mind you I went to lowes, homedepot, and called sears parts. Which none of these places helped me. I brought my parr with me to Stewart Molander and the gentleman that helped me knew exactly what part to bring me even without the serial numbers that I wrote down. In less than 1 minute I had what I needed plus he explained to me how the mechanism worked. I really appreciated him. I am very thankful for his intelligence and the details he provided. This business is very customer oriented. You can find new or some used appliances. They will also order parts for failed appliances. Family owned business. I would suggest a visit to them...keep family owned small businesses alive in the USA.

When a less than 10 year old washer died suddenly and permanently over the weekend, I called Steward Molander first to see if they services the brand that had died, but then got help in replacing the dead washer over the phone with delivery, installation and haul away handled the next day -- today! Great service, and Ill be going to them in the future!

My dishwasher quit. John came to our home for repairs. It didnt take long when John found the problem. He fixed it, gave us options, cleaned up the residue, and threw in a suggestion how to make our stove top work. All this for $69.95. I am so happy that I bought my appliances at Stewart-Molander !! Stewart Molander is the Best!!! Purchased all of my appliances a little over 9 years ago from Stewart Molander. Well, the Advantium Microwave went out. Dan told me that some of the microwaves had an extended warranty and that they could check it out. Sure enough the problem was what Dan thought but it had damaged another part and the microwave was irreparable. Dans tech called GE and let them know the situation. A few days later GE called and informed us they would be giving us a brand new unit. Hats off to all the crew at Stewart Molander. They have my business for life and I will also be sticking with GE as they went above and beyond. Thanks Again

I have purchased appliances, service and parts from Stewart Molander for the past 15-20 years. I have had positive experiences and not so positive experiences, but today marks the end of my relationship with this store. I called today for a service call on a refrigerator on my mothers 51 yacht 10-12 cubic ft fridgaire. I was told by the Stewart Molander rep that it was more trouble than it was worth. Which I dont understand as I was willing to pay a service call fee and if it needed replacing I would have gone through them. When I told him I had purchased quite a few things from them, and I would have to think that practice over, he said ok. I will tell this story whenever the topic of appliances comes up in the future.
