Follow the BLACK people! Wanted to purchase a Motorola g stylus. The customer service was so bad. I was waiting in line the young man proceeded to overlook me and help his own nationality. I told him out loud I was standing in line did you forget about me. Never apologize! I would not give them my business ever again. When you have young people who do not know how to turn a head look to the right or the left to see whos standing in line or ask whos next. 10/9/2021 Im looking for employees name on receipt I think his name is Val time 14:13.

Stop by here to get a new desktop computer that wasn’t available locally. Employee was quick bringing it out with four minutes. He checked for the four digit number in the Best Buy app and also an ID.

Trash! Employees do not care about anyone or anything. I will never shop there again. Ive bought so many of electronics there. From laptops smart watches and video games. The customer service is trash. You are immediately dismissed. Doesnt matter what you say. Ive spent stupidly spent 1,000s of dollars there. NEVER AGAIN!

A little pricey I wish frys was still around. Customer service is a little slow, have had to wait a couple times for a good amount of time to get someone to help me find a computer. But all the staff is nice and helpful when they want to be.

The service is so predictable. Ask guy in front of store for something specific. He positively is sure you dont stock it. No help in sight. My girlfriend had her head turned by the newer BIG notebooks. But no thank you. We will buy online where the level and quality of service is satisfactory.

Not sure if its just because of the good amount of homeless that frequent this area or what it is really. Because when I go to this location after work or after working on something I get terrible customer service with awful attitudes and snide replies to apparently my elementary questions that I may ask. Just a foul experience and electronic stores are disappearing it seems so not many other places to go instead. Who knows....maybe this place will be next to disappear if they dont change their attitudes. But maybe its not that way for all. Just my two cents

Best Buy has really stepped up their customer service game! It used to be that everyone was trying to get every sale and fighting amongst themselves, but my last trip I had no less than three people ask if I needed help, and none of them hovered around until I was ready to make a purchase. Each of them simply said, If you need any help, please let one of us know. Working as a team, helping customers, and keeping the prices reasonable. Well done, Best Buy!

Ordered a new 50 inch tv online made payment printed out the copy to take to Best Buy then parked in a designated spot for pickup . They brought it out I gave them the code they loaded it and on home I went . Simplicity is great .

I returned something I got from here in August. Im still waiting for the money in my account. I talked to the manager Thursday. He told me he was going to call me Friday no matter what to let me know what is going on with my refund. It is now Sunday and I am still waiting for the call. I hope Monday they call or I will have to go in again and talk to them. I paid with my debit card and they would not just give me my cash back. I asked when I first returned it. Now I would like more than my refund back because they wasted lots of my time and life dealing with something so easy to avoid. Waiting for a year for $60 is sad. This is why I dont like to go to best buy anymore. Walmart would have given me my cash back from the return. Only buy if you never plan on returning it.

Very disorganized, prices are not on most of the merchandise and the staff isnt trained on giving answers to the product. I think Ill have to rely on YouTube. Explain how this stuff works and just purchase it

In 2014 when I moved to Brentwood, I bought my 1st tv-soundbar from Aaron in Home Theater that was installed by Vince from the Geek Sqaud. It is because of these two experts, consistently strong and customer service oriented staff that I continue to return to this location.I purchased and had installed an additional (3) tvs + (1) pc monitor over the past few years, each time working with Aaron and Vince to get the best product for my application and installed expertly to get the best use out of it. My televisions and audio vary because they recommend the best for the application taking into acct. use, room size, light and use.This past September before moving to new house a couple miles down the road, Aaron and Vince worked with me on another tv/audio purchase for an unusually large room and went over taking down and re-mounting all of my tvs and the monitor. Moving is stressful enough, but there was nothing stressful about my home entertainment relocation with these guys and the rest of the staff from Home Theatre and Geek Squad.The Geek Squad crews here were moving and really interested in exchanging ideas and brainstorming ways to make mounting better, discussing IT/tech stuff. Everything installed cleanly and working perfectly (as usual). The 1st tv I mentioned form 2014 went into the garage and crew installed (5) tvs, (1) montior, (3) soundbars and lots of shelves/power suppies etc.Best Buy retains great people and this location has champions like Vince and Aaron always going above and beyond to give a great customer service experience mixed with expert help for the best electronics/theatre experience. As a side note, they sent Vince to set up smart home stuff on separate order getting everything going smoothly with Alexa :-) Pics of most tvs installed posted, all put in 10/2018. Thanks again guys!

I came in for two items for a iPhone. I came into the cell phone area and waited for the employee to be done with a customer. I asked “do you work for Best Buy or a cell phone brand ?” Because I wasn’t trying to bother someone who wasn’t working for the store. One guy said he didn’t that the other did. So I asked for the item I was looking for (headphone plug and a wall plug) all he did was point and says “that’s in our Apple section” I’m like THANKS! -.- I obviously waited to be helped. So I basically had to ask another employee. I literally choose to go in to see a person as opposed to curbside at target next door which is what I could have and should have just done. Am I being a karen ? I was polite and patient I don’t think I was asking for something insane ?! I don’t have great eyes and I wasn’t trying to look through every single isle. The department was like 30ft away was that too much ?

I havent done much in store shopping recently, but there are somethings I want to see in person before buying. Store was clean, staff was friendly, and overall experience was good. I ended up buying an open box computer monitor for my work from home step up. While the savings were small, there seemed to be no difference from the brand new version.

Like Im supposed to know all their rules and then I go ask for help in the aisles they tell me Call they dont carry what I was looking for 3 times and I found the stuff in the store myself so you there those people were just lazy or just gonna help

I ordered a bunch of last minute gifts on Christmas eve in what I would have thought would be plenty of time to pick them up before the store closed. Four hours later and no email telling me to come pick up my order. The store was closing soon so I was a bit worried. I went down to the store and the kid at the pickup window tells me im out of luck... because of the holidays and the size of the purchase the bank probably hadnt released the funds.😵 I thought I was done for but when I asked the dudes at the front info desk if there was anything I could do they were like we got you buddy. Ten minutes til the store closed and one guy grabbed a basket and had me follow him through the store as he filled it with everything on my list. They cancelled my online order and I purchased everything I needed just after the store closed. Amazing customer service guys! You really saved Christmas for me. Thanks!

I love this location better than when they were at winCo side. I can browse the store a bit easier without worrying about my car. The team inside adapted to curb side pick up very quickly and STILL continue that option for those on the go or not yet comfortable going inside. Some employers need to smile more instead of looking bored but EVERY employer that has been helpful and wears a mask (but thankfully not like chinstrap) overall, definite 5 star team.

Im glad to see that Best Buy is open again. I needed to go there to get help with my cellphone because of a setting problem. They were able to help resolve the problem in a couple of minutes. I had been dealing with issues over the phone but they didnt understand what was wrong because they were following a script and couldnt find the correct problem that I was having. Thanks Best Buy!

I love this store, in fact my whole family loves it. Always so helpful, courteous & patient. I went in to buy a movie but couldnt find it. One of the Geek Squad assisted me. He couldnt find it either. Soon another gentleman from his department came to help. Finally the first gentleman went to the back & finally found the movie. I generously thanked them so much for their assistance. They were both so pleasant to me. Then l went & found my son who works there & told him how kind both gentlemen were with me. He loves his job there & his co-workers. Great place to shop. Even the greeters at the door. Thanks

Ive always had a good experience at this Best Buy location! Staff is always very kind and helpful and knowledgeable in their departments! And if there is a question I have that the staff member doesnt know the answer to, they are quick to try and find an answer! Prices are competitive or better then other stores/websites as expected. I enjoy shopping here, sometimes a little too much!

Would be a negative 10 stars..... Took 2 laptops in to get cleaned up for kids To use for school 3 months ago they replaced a hard drive on one them after getting on laptop when was ready noticed they never reinstalled the touch screen so called for issue told me not accepting people to come in Instead do tech support online they couldn’t fix it the issue spoke to them numerous times. Now after 3 months I stopped by just to drop off to have fixed told not sure how long you have to wait before can help I’m like you guys messed up didn’t complete repair I even purchased the tech plan for a year and now 3 months later still not able to get laptop fully fixed.DO NOT RECOMMEND GEEK SQUAD HERE
