Reported claim on Monday 8-30-21. technician arrived 9-1-21 and completed workorder. Had part to replace defective part. No hassle. I reccomend. He replaced my heating element and thermostat.

Very professional, knew what they were talking about. Offered alternative for repairs and saved me about $ 250.00.

It has been almost a month and still no part for our oven.
