I called them today. Asking about why I havent heard from the person that works on there furniture. It has been over 2 months and my couch and love seat are still not fixed. They said that they would call me back today They didnt. So please dont buy from them. It is just not worth it.
David The manager is very unprofessional went as far as harassing customers from his personal cell phone and going to their home Pounding on the door for 20 minutes none stop between 7 and 8 p.m, who does that?????? Over one month late payment. I called him and told him I was going to pay twice in one month he told me that was Unacceptable. I will never ever ever ever!!!!!!! Do Business with him again.
Lots of lovely things but not quite what we looking for. We were mainly seeing what was available in the item we were hoping to buy at some point. Barry pointed out that they would be having a kind of early bird sale with 25% off for 3 mornings this week from 9-11 am
OK . Selection really good. Staff . . .really - I mean Really nice . . Even the two young men that delivered my purchase. Im thinking a recliner next. Oh and the best part. The prices are wright.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. they call till you have to block their number and the continue to call from other numbers. this place is ran by clowns with clowns for employees. please do not shop here they are horrible!!! the furniture is cheap like cheap cheap!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would! I have never even done reviews because it really depends on the day and person every where but this place is HORRIBLE!! First me and my husband bought an entertainment center and had to send it back 3 times for being damaged. The last time there was damage but you couldn’t see it that bad so we just kept it. We should have learned our lesson then!! The next time we bought our daughter a new bedroom suit and we bought a new kitchen table. We knew it was on back order for the bedroom suit but the table would be in sooner. We were called when the table came in set up the delivery time. On the day of Delivery for the table our time was 2-5, at 5 when we had not heard anything I called the store. They gave me a number to call the delivery guys because they said they couldn’t get ahold of their delivery guys. I’m not sure how a customer was supposed to get ahold of the delivery guys before the actually store but I called anyways. Of course no answer. Called the store again and the manager just kept telling me he didn’t know and to have my husband call him. Why do you need to speak with my husband when I’m the one calling?? My husband called and we were finally told they found the truck but we need to reschedule the drop off! Nope we will not we need it today! Me and my husband went to the store and picked it up. We chalked it up to understaffed due to covid and left it at that although still upset the manager will not talk to me only my husband. Now for TODAY! Manger called my husband (although he has my number) told him all the furniture would be in on Tuesday. Rather then wait around on another pointless delivery fail we said we would go in today on Thursday to pick up the furniture. My husband goes in and…. The manager said the furniture is not there and they can’t find it….. WHAT?!?!? Are you kidding me?!?!? My husband calls me at work at this point I’m done I’m furious I call up there to see what’s going on and the manager says YOUR TO UPSET I CANT TALK TO YOU! I WILL ONLY SPEAK WITH YOUR HUSBAND!!! I have to call my husband (because I’m at work and can’t go up there and deal with it in person like I would like to) he has to call the store. Blah blah they offered him the furniture on the floor but the dresser is cracked! Are you kidding me no I’m not taking a cracked dresser after all this nor would I take it before all of this.He tells my husband he can come get the bed and nightstand we will have to wait on the dresser of course . We said since that is our only option it will have to do but we will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER buy from this store and I’m going to corporate about all that has happened and how the manager here has a problem with speaking to woman!!
I dont think its none of your business who my home owners insurance is.Why would you ask that after the mechanism in my couch was fixed and caused major damage to my floor. I should have went to Havertys my mistake. You do not have to have a stuck up attitude its really not nice,I could also have that attitude but choose not to.Im a well to do person with a conscience that gives to others.
For the most part I had a great experience. We knew what we wanted before we went in and delivery looks like it will be earlier than first expected after talking to the sales rep. TBH, I think they probably did a great job considering the fact that I had been at work all day and was a little on the ill side when we went into the store. Great job Farmers!

Again, the catnapper mechanics are not working.I cannot believe I have had this problem since the day it was delivered.....Never again .Do not buy from them.BOUGHT in September. Broken and fixed 2 times.Really disgusting.
I learned my lesson. I should have went to havertys as, we have always done.I am stuck at moment with broken catnapper sofa, broke from get go. Should of listened to my husband. It seems my only option is to make a complaint with better business bureau. The manager is a very rude moron,(uneducated). We dont treat our customers in the manner.

I went into the store in Anniston, AL and was shocked at the huge selection they had for bedding and bedroom decor. Berry the sales associate was quick to help my Aunt and I to any and all questions we had. After shopping and receiving valuable information about purchasing a mattress we both decided to purchase one. David the store General Manager was very knowledgeable about the workings of credit ratings and how to use Farmers as not only a way to make a big purchase, but build your credit at the same time. I couldnt have ask for a better more friendly staff. I definitely recommend Farmers Furniture in Anniston AL to anyone in need of purchasing any home items.
The most horrible place to get furniture. The staff are rude and brush you to the side once they get your money. I would advise STAY FAR AWAY from this place and LOCATION.

Went there for a special sale and got a free piece of candy and a few ideas about things I might want to get for other family members as gifts for a later date. One of my family members had the same ideas and used the items as Christmas gifts for our family.

No matter how punctual you are with all other payments If you are just 1 day late you will be charged $20. You will not actually be insuring any warranty when you purchase the $60 matress cover the salesman insist you need. Please keep tabs on all your payments. I paid my last payment today and even then I had to turn around and get $4 back that was just added to my total for NO reason... Also If someone referred you and they were suppose to receive a $50 credit, they wont.
