I don’t typically leave reviews, but the customer service is so terribly bad I feel obligated to warn customers before they spend their hard earned money.There are lots of other stihl dealers in the surrounding area that would be honored to do business and stand behind the products they sell.

Warning! Dont take your equipment to C&C! They have had my weedwaker since May, its now July and they have yet to get the job done. And every time my husband went by or called to check on it theyve given him nothing but attitude.
They would not sale me a belt pully or throttle cable without doing the labor themselves.As I stated in the store. It is for a self built tiller. There are NO model numbers. It was a1.5 or 2 inch pully will 3/4 bore, any 3/4 bore 2or smaller would work.And ANY throttle cable 26to 3would work.But I was told 4 times I would have to bring the tiller in and have your mechanic do it.

My husband and I dropped off a leaf blower at this business on January the 7th to be checked. It was still under manufacturer warranty. The man that took it said...If its bad gas warranty wont cover it. A week later I called to get a update but it had not been looked at. I ask if someone could call us with a update. Another week passed I called back. The lady said there was a open invoice but no information on it. I again asked if someone could call with a update. Today on the 22nd we decided to go by and check. We go in and my husband said we were there to check on the leaf blower we dropped off. He ask for our phone number. He pulls it up and says that will be $22.49 for them looking at it. I asked what about warranty and he proceeds to say they will not repair it because...you guessed it the gas! He said they knew as soon as they looked at it straight gas had been ran in it! I dont think sooo! If straight gas had been used they are the ones to have done it. I told him that it wasnt so but he couldnt prove it was nor could I prove it wasnt. I felt this business and t hff e warranty company have something between them but if its TRUE they will reap what they sow! God dont like stuff like that. Th iui s company seems to only care maybe for customers who purchased the equipment from them. I would not reccomend them to anyone I know.

Worst business practice ever. Im pretty sure it may even be illegal. I went in to get my cub cadet zero turn fixed. The mechanic quoted me a price said that hed call before trying to fix anything other than a wire harness. I got lied to because when I went to pick it up the owner held my mower hostage and said Id have to pay 108 bucks to leave with it. They refused to remove the battery they had bought without my permission. All of this was after I had already paid 267$ for what the mechanic originally quoted me to replace a missing safety switch and entire wire harness replace. He told me the starter was bad when I left with it, but theyll fix it for another 147 and wont charge labor. Lmao that wouldve been on top of the 108 I paid to just be able to leave with my mower. Im ecstatic to announce my next investment will be to open my own small engine repair shop. With competition like these crooks Ill be rich in no time!Reply to 97.48” thats without the core charge to take my battery which was said to be bad. (Which was a 5/20 battery) Instead of using some random battery to test. I specifically stated that I didnt want to pay anything besides the wire harness replacement and the safety switch, I was then charged for the same safety switch when I came to pick up my lawn mower on top of the battery u ppl took upon yourself to order and then charge me for upon my return to pickup my mower. I want all you other ppl out there to know. If youre into paying a random for your stuff or just like to hand over 1000 equipment for some joker like this then good luck. Any1 else out there Ill be getting some cards made right after I build my shop

Absolutely the worst service imaginable.I paid to transport my mower in for warranty service.... it has been there more than 21 days.Each time I have called I got nothing but a run around, I was informed that they have more than 100 mowers in for service and I should not expect to jump to the front of the queue. All I asked for was a reasonable estimate as to when my mower will be repaired.I called multiple times and each time it is the same story all over again, they will get to it when it is my turn. After MORE than two weeks (I called them for an update) they finally got around to diagnosing my problem, they ordered a part but I am told I will have to wait until the part comes in....NEVER EVER ONCE DID THEY EVER CALL TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE or STATUS.These people do NOT understand or care about their customers.Today I am told that work on the mower was completed yesterday, no one called.I asked if they can return the mower today and the lady rudely informed me that she would deliver it personally.At the end of the day, No delivery? I called to ask if they were going to make the delivery?Now she has said that they cannot deliver the mower until NEXT WEEK. She says her boss told her not to deliver.It was always an inconvenience for them that they had to answer my calls.- I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
They fixed my lawnmower and it was a alwesome price
Called for prices on the same part and same mower 2 times and received 2 different prices. Went in to order the part and received a 3rd price that was different from the 1st two prices! Then was told it would be 2 to 3 days to receive the part and 7 days later still no part! Called and asked what the hold up was and was told they still have not received it and I could come get my money it didnt matter to them if they had my business or not. They were busy and did not have time to worry about my part that was ordered. Worst customer service ever!!!!
Great service. I loved the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The guy in the back had no problem showing me what the problem with my mower was and explaining what had to be done to fix it. Prices are as expected. Obviously if you are wanting quality work, it wont be cheap. However, they have not overcharged me for any maintenance Ive had done. We will be going back!

We brought our brand new lawn mower for repairs that troybilt still covered under warranty because it was shaking really bad. When my husband went to pick it up today the lady at the front would not release my mower until we paid a $38 fee to cover diagnostics on the mower because they stated warranty wouldn’t cover it because they couldn’t find anything wrong. The mechanic also stated nothing was done to the mower at all by them but this woman working the front says she is placing a lean on the mower until it is paid so now I have to have law enforcement involved along with an attorney, etc to get my mower back. I have asked this smart mouth woman who apparently needs some Jesus to give me the owners number or have him contact me but she refuses to do either. I would not do business with people like this if I were you. The lady at the front will ruin this business if she hasn’t already by the way she talks to customers along with the reviews I have read . I have had nothing but EXCELLENt service from C & C. I have a Cub Cadet 42 tractor. A local Cub Cadet dealer could not solve a back firing issue for over 2 years. It just kept getting worse. The Cub Cadet dealer said it was something that I would have live with. I took the tractor to C & C. The problem was diagnosed and fixed on the first visit. I have my all of my small engines serviced once a year and they work like new mowers. Fast, Friendly and Reasonable service!!

Dont buy anything from them unless you just like throwing your money away. Bought a part less then 60 days ago and now it dont work. I tried to take it back to see if they could look at it to see what was wrong and got told put it back on my lawnmower then bring the lawnmower up there. Hmm sounds like another charge and Im sure they wouldnt find anything wrong with the actual part just something else wrong with my lawnmower. I went on to ask about the warranty and was told 30 days unless they installed, it would have had a year warranty. I understand they fix lawnmowers for a living but not everyone can afford that. But I feel they should stand behind the parts they sell not just parts they install.
