No real problem with the store, but its unsafe location. We shopped for 10-15 minutes and then exited. Approaching our car I noticed the back half of the door handle was gone! Someone had tried to break into our car. My gripe with the store is only that they stated they had no cameras on the lot. I dont understand this? I figure insurance would want that type of security footage??? We now have no handle and have to be worried about an easy break in or theft.

I CANT C MYSELF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN !! .WAITED OVER 2 MONTHS 4 LOVESEAT, NIGHTSTAND .. WHEN THEY CALLED ME AND SAID IT HAD COME IN .. HAD 2 SETUP DELIVERY AMD THAT TOOK ANOTHER WEEK .. THEY SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY DELIVERED IT !! THATS JUST BAD BUSINESS!! ..AND THE DELIVERY GUYS R THE WORST EVER ..THEY SAID THEY WAS N BUSINESS 4 THEMSELVES AND DELIVER ALL OVER ..THEY R AWWFUL !! ONLY WISHED I GOT THE INFO.2 REPORT THEM .. THEY NEED 2 B FIRED !! ... I NEED 2 CALL MIDTOWN .. No follow up, no follow through. Poor customer service.Went to Midtown Outlet to support a local business. Discovered it was not worth the aggravation.Midtown happily took our money for a new sofa. Said they had to tell us it could take 2-4 weeks (states the same on the website) for the sofa to come in. Three weeks after ordering, I had to call to check on the status. My frustration was dismissed by the female on the other end. She stated rather abruptly that it wasnt in and would not be on the next truck. Four weeks after ordering, I received a call that the sofa was in, but the earliest delivery date was four days later. No time could be given; however, was told that the delivery driver would call on the morning of the delivery date to give me an estimate. I waited until nearly noon for a call that didnt come. I called only to be abruptly informed that I would be the last delivery of the day. It would not surprise me to discover that they ran out of time and cannot deliver today.Spent $1400 with Midtown. Apparently, that is not enough money to warrant courteous customer service.This is the first and last purchase from this company.

Dont go through their loan office they are a joke .cant get no info.they dontknow any thing you are better off taking to the wall

Purchased a $2,300.00 bedroom suite on July 31. Midtown had to order the footboard since they didnt have it in stock. It is now September 8, and I am still waiting for the footboard to arrive so that the bedroom suite can be delivered. Is it on a slow boat from China? Do not purchase from this store if they do not have the furniture in stock.

The prices were a little bit higher than I thought they should be for an outlet store. They had a lot of nice stuff though friendly professional staff. I would recommend it because they have nice things but if youre looking for a bargain there are some Bargains to be found but as I said previously not as many as you would think for an outlet store

This is my second purchase from midtown and each time the serve was great, everyone in the store was helpful and very kind . I look forward to my next purchase at midtown . I also love the quality of the furniture that I purchased, thank you midtown.

This used to be my go to first furniture store. But I bought some foundations in November 2017. By January 2018, they were junk. Since BOTH of them broke, I decided to cut the fabric just to see what they were made of. Unbelievable! Little slats of wood, the depth of a ruler. No wonder they broke. So, I returned to the store for more furniture. I asked if I returned the foundations, which was well over 300.00 dollars, if they could AT LEAST give me a discount.....the managers answer was NO. And he acted really self righteous. I didnt return to make my purchase, and I wont be returning ever. Good riddance.
