Great!!The store spacious and clean. The employees are very nice and definitely customer friendly!There is a great selection of items here, they also have a decent sale section too.They do sell footwear at this store and different socks, gloves and wool layering garments.

This store is really cool and the manager Cameron knows his stuff! He was patient and helped me pick out the right clothing for my needs without being pushy. Im rough on my gear and im very impressed with the durability of Helly Hansen. He even recommended a great lunch spot to go to while I was in Annapolis!

I must say my experience at Helly Hansen was amazing. As soon as you walk in the doors you are instantly hit with the smell of lavender. Furthermore, almost upon my immediate entry I was greeted by two fine young gentlemen who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, my experience at Helly Hansen was unforgettable, and I will surely be back.

Love this brand!!We came in just off a 2 hour sail cruise on schooner wood winds in the pouring rain.My so called Costco rain jacket did not stand up to the challenge.We walked in soaked!Walked out with new jacket and pants... Dry and very comfortable....Thanks to Torrey. He did an amazing job with us. Friendly, speedy, patient, reliable information and did I say friendly!Love this place!!!

I was in the store one saturday and Matt was so helpful and friendly. He helped me find the perfect jacket for my son. He allowed me time to take pictures and send to my son at school and wait for a response. Once we figured out exactly what my son wanted he found it in the store and I purchased it. I havent been to the store but very disappointed in the parent companys customer service. I own a jacket and bibs from them and the bibs ripped open in one of the seams. Contacted customer service to see if they could repair or replace but they wouldnt do either as they stated the bibs had exceeded their life expectancy. I offered to buy new bibs for a fair price if they couldnt repair or replace but they didnt offer any resolve. Contacted Grundens and they were super helpful and even gave me a 25% discount and free shipping. Wont be buying anything from Helly Hansen anymore.

Excellent customer service, clean and orderly facilities, and a great variety of outer gear. I purchased a rain jacket and a ski jacket several years ago and they have both held up remarkably well. This store has a large selection of high quality product. Cannot recommend Helly Annapolis highly enough!

A Norwegian company which builds beautiful & functional soft goods. They kind of know what theyre doing as theyve been around since 1877. Plus, unlike most other clothing companies, they make 100% of their gear in their home country of Norway and not in Asia.Keeping our hard earned money out of a massively polluting Communist nation who allows their laborers to be treated like slaves, thank you HH. 😁 All the associates are top notch and quite knowledgeable. I mean shoot, at least one sailed for Saint Marys College, a perennial top 20 sailing school nationwide.

HELLY HANSEN LIFETIME WARRANTYI bought a LIFETIME WARRANTIED Helly Hansen rain jacket about 10 years ago. The three reasons why I bought the HH jacket were quality, craftsmanship and WARRANTY. Unfortunately the rubber de-laminated from the fabric and the jacket is no-longer usable. Helly Hanson will not replace the jacket. Posted is their verbatim response: Good afternoon and thank you for the information. So we warranty our gear for the lifetime of the product not the person. This jacket is from 2006 as you know and is no longer covered under warranty. I hope you got some great use out of the jacket within those years. I would recommend going to our website and checking out all of our rain gear as materials have changed significantly since then. Thanks for reaching out to HH and have a great day!Please if you read this, if you should ever require warranty service, realize they do not support their customer. Numerous attempts to clairify what they consider a lifetime warranty go unanswered. Look at Grundens.
