5 STARS (simply put) Tony helped me find the perfect T-shirt fit, fonts and offered some valuable advice about marketing my brand. I’ll def be back for all my apparel marketing needs!

They have a delivery calendar, their website states that they provide orders on time and that is what sets them apart from competitors - and yet, I’m being told my order that was supposed to arrive on 10/4 *might* arrive by 10/11 (after the event the order was for) and that it was my fault for not choosing expedited shipping … although their calendar indicated I wouldn’t need it. I also was told that orders take 12 days to deliver after the campaign ends - and my campaign ended 20 days ago and it will still be close to a week before it arrives. If you need your items for a scheduled event - don’t waste your time or money on this company.EDITING TO ADD - this was an experience with custom ink’s website, not specifically the Parole location, but Google is attaching my review to the most local option.

Outstanding Job!! I really enjoyed being able to design the graphic and select the shirt on-site. When I received the final shirt, I was very impressed! They look and feel great!!

What a great experience! I have been using Custom Ink for years but doing it all on line, this time l decided to go in to the store and get a consultation, so glad did. Our designer Tony was fantastic, answered all of our questions, gave us some guidance, and we ended up with some great shirts!

Had SUCH an amazing experience with Custom Ink. My best friend got a promotion and I needed a gift ASAP. I wanted 1 custom tote bag and needed it within 2 days. I spoke with Katie and she was awesome, so kind and helped me get my bag delivered in time. She is THE BEST! Great customer service. I will be back to order again. YAY!

I Scheduled an appointment to the Annapolis location get to the location and a worker tells me oh we don’t print on any other product besides our own. That is something that should be address prior to a potential client reaching the location for an appointment…Update your website !

Jordan was absolutely awesome!! He took the time to help with the design very patient and personable. Very satisfied with the quality and final products (hoodies and masks).

I was not sure if I was receiving a phone call or if I had to call in for the appointment, so I just decided after waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled time to call in. They said they had me down for 2pm when I originally scheduled for 1pm, but it all worked out okay in the end, since they spoke with me at 1:15 when I called in! Great service when I spoke with the staff!

Over the past 2 weeks I have stumbled upon and become a frequent customer of this place. I have dealt with some really great staff members upon all 5 visits. Therianna, Chelsea, and Jordan ALL did an outstanding job assisting me towards bringing my ideas to life. The projects that I presented to them were all very tedious and precise. This did not deter them in any way from providing me with the most professional assistance and even offering crucial ideas towards enhancing the final results. I cannot stress enough the value that the Annapolis branch staff adds to this customers overall experience. I will continue to use their services as long as they continue to staff this location with such an impressive crew. Kudos all around!

I created a design online, but decided to still go to the store to make certain I was creating my shirt to my specifications. I worked with Jordan who was very helpful, patient, and super easy to work with. I will definitely use again in the future for print design.

Came in to have a shirt made with a homemade logo, Therianna was extremely helpful and patient (even while I was browsing fonts for an eternity) and the shirt came in looking fantastic! Now I have somethin with to bring my logo into the real world and to identify myself with when running tournaments. Highly recommend.
