I called ahead of time to make sure they would be able to send my package through UPS (it was a return to Amazon). They were very polite and understanding of the situation I was in, and gave me perfect instructions on what to do with my package and the label, as well as what time I should bring it by to make sure it went out that day. When I showed up, it was a very brief but professional interaction. My package arrived to its destination within the next two days. Overall, a good experience and I will be using this shipping service again in the future.

I find them to be rude and unhelpful. I’ve asked about services they say they offer and they tell me they don’t. Every time I stop in they are extremely unfriendly.

A little known fact about this establishment is that they will recycle your excess packing peanuts, sparing the burden on landfills!

Parents beware! Not trans friendlyI had my UPS package delivered to the UPS Access Point at The Mail Shoppe. The guy (I think his name was Jeff?) refused to give me my package that was addressed to another member of my family, even though I provided the exact identification required by UPS (photo ID with the same last name as the package, and a utility bill with the correct address). The employee told me I needed her to send me a photo of her student ID, even though that is not UPS policy and provides no extra security. (I could easily take a picture of someone elses ID or photoshop one).Anyone who is changing their name or sends packages under a nickname, such as if youre trans, should avoid this place.I am telling UPS to never deliver packages to this access point ever againEdit: after calling UPS customer service, I was eventually told to go back and pick up the package. UPS called the manager of that store and explained the policy. The young man that helped me this time was very helpful, much more so than the older guy.Edit2: I was harassed again for having a different name than the one on the package (even though last name and address match). They still gave it to me, but they do not treat customers with respect. This was with a different employee than the two I interacted with previously

Ive used the Mail Shoppe several times to help mail out items, both for work and for personal use, and have always had a fantastic experience. Their wide variety of boxes and ability to customize sizes is truly a life saver. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Mail Shoppe has been there a long, long time. Serving students and townies through thick and thin, it is a very convenient place to drop off packages and obtain mail supplies.
