Supposed to have a package delivered to my house that I needed to sign for. I was waiting in the living room to sign at the expected time, and they just left a note on the door- didn’t knock at all. I had to go to the fedex office to pick it up and they were rude and unfriendly.

I rushed in 20 minutes before closing on my last day before my flight out of Ann Arbor with two 8 ft^3 boxes each holding almost twice their alotted weight, but god bless the G.O.A.T. Carmelia for helping me quickly enough that I repackaged everything into the proper boxes obeying FedEx’s weight limits by closing.

I came in to print onto three different types of material and went to the help area instead of the self-print. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable on how to accomplish the same goal a number of different ways. We ran into some technical issues on their end and some user errors on my end but they stayed calm and always had a plan B, C, D, etc. One worker (Erik!) worked with me the entire time and when I had to leave and come back that worker came to help again since he knew my project more than the person who greeted me. It was as pleasant an experience printing could be! Definitely will come again to this location.

Went to have a return item sent back. Was greeted and helped by an employee as soon as I approached the counter. Things went very smoothly, was out of the place within 5 minutes. Very happy.

I needed to print several thousand flyers of various sizes and colors for a student organization, and waited a bit too long to order them. I called in a panic, and Eric took care of the order right away. I had to make several trips to pick up the flyers, and Eric was there every step of the way and very thoughtfully boxed the flyers in a way that was convenient for me. The flyers turned out beautifully, and all thanks to Eric! He turned this into a great first experience with printing flyers for me.

They are fantastic, the Liberty Street location. I had a very large number of poster size paper that needed to be printed - and they provided that to me prior to the time I had to have it. Then about a week later. I had to have another large amount printed - I requested the job on Monday and needed it by Wednesday - they came through...amazing. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

This staff is amazing, very professional, quick and kind. Markus is one of the most positive people Ive ever met and the rest of his staff is delightful as well. They remember most customers names and make you feel welcome. The service is much better than I would ever expect.

The overall store for this location was great; very helpful and timely. I would give it 5 stars, but one of the employees werent as friendly. The other 2 were great, and I think overall the experience was good. Recommended location over the Plymouth rd location.

FedEx is expensive when compared to USPS or other computer/print centers. However, the quality of their products and services is among the best. This particular location also has tremendous customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The workers are among the most rude, unprofessional, and incompetent people I have ever met.I sent 11 documents via email to this locations address for a pro bono legal organization Im involved with. When i arrived at the location to pick them up, the female employee was lecturing a customer and was clearly frustrated by him. I assumed the customer was being difficult, but it seems like he wanted information about post-marking a package. She only addressed me after Id been waiting at the counter for over 5 minutes, by saying Ill be with you when I get a chance.When she was finished berating the other customer, I told her I needed the materials Id emailed printed. The materials were all educational. Four of the attachments were from a book whose author gave us permission to use, the other 7 were a mixture of word documents and public documents produced by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. I can understand why FedEx would refuse to print the materials from the book because of copyright implications. So when the woman informed of such, I said I understood and expected her to print the remaining 7 attachments.She was at her station for some time before she helped a customer who entered the store after me. I waited patiently for approximately 15 the my materials to be printed while she was helping other customers. It wasnt until she was leaving on her lunch break, that I demanded to know what was taking so long. She told me she couldnt print the materials because of copyright issues. When I told her the remaining 7 attachments were public documents, she responded by saying she didnt receive those. Another employee pulled up my email and found ALL of the attachments-- she only bothered opening the first four. She left, without apologizing or addressing the issue at all.The other employee, I believe was trying to cover up for her mistake by saying some of the materials were border-line copyrighted materials. When I asked how word documents could be copyrighted materials he didnt respond. At this point, I left, feeling unbelievably exasperated and shocked that either of those morons bothered to apologize for their mistakes.

Prices for self-service copying are no clearly posted. And self-service copy prices are 2 to 3 times as expensive as Dollar Bill a few blocks away. If you have more than 50 pages consider buying a cheap printer as a throw away.

Went to return a half pound package exactly how it had arrived to me through fedex. The manager said she could make it more secure and crumpled up a couple of pieces of paper and put them in the box. Turns out those pieces of paper cost $2.99. Ridiculous. USPS has much better prices, I will be using them next time.

I have used this FedEx location a number of times, as its convenient to my house. I agree with the previous review that says the staff acts too busy to help. This has occurred with a variety of staff members on a number of occasions, which makes me wonder if they are actually understaffed and too busy.Ive been told conflicting information about file formats supported by their computers, and when files Ive brought didnt work, Ive had staff members tell me Well, it usually works, sorry, and not bother to troubleshoot. (I figured out one particular problem after a couple visits. It was a simple fix related to the fact that I use a Mac.) Ive been given the run-around more than once by the whole staff, including a couple managers. There is one manager, however, who is consistently helpful and attentive, and I wish I remembered his name.Also, they only have one working copier right now, and it takes literally over 3 minutes to get a small PDF to print off a USB drive. They once charged me $500 to print 100 copies of an 11 x 17 in black-and-white document. If you desperately have to print something at 10 pm, go to FedEx, but if its during business hours, go somewhere else.

I have used this location for many jobs, from business cards to large format posters. Overall, the feeling that I always end up leaving with is one of exasperation. Although the employees seem to try to be helpful, its as if they all just really want to seem smarter or better than me. They take pride in pointing out my errors or ways I could have made my situation better (less of a hurry etc). Although that is probably sage advice, it doesnt help me. I just want to get my stuff printed dude. Today I came in and asked for a poster proof and was told that even though NO jobs were pending on the printer, that the time estimate was 1 to 4 hours. Seriously? Are you kidding. I could draw the whole poster by hand in 4 hours. Of course, 10 minutes later I had the proof. Things like this make me want to tear out every single hair one by one. My hair or someone elses, doesnt matter, as long as someone is in pain.Ok so that may be taking it a bit far but seriously wish this place would hire people who are good at, well, talking to average people in a helpful, direct way. None of this round about annoying business.That said, I usually do end up getting what I need. Sure wish I could get it with less hassle though.
