Needed a unit to put our stuff in while we sell our house and before we close on the new one. Place has nice security and units are well lit and clean. Lori a huge help in picking out the right size unit. I checked other places out online and this one has the best reviews. Highly recommend.

This place is so unprofessional. I will never get a U-Haul or purchase storage from this second hand company...Ever again! The Clerk blamed another customer of having the Coronavirus and that he needed to step back only trying to ask a question. It actually made me sick to my stomach hearing it.

I used the Storage Chest to rent a truck and it was fast an easy and my daughter rented a unit because she was going back to school I was pleasantly surprised she got the unit first month rent free and she didnt have to stay in the unit more than a month if she didnt want to and still got it first month rent free way to go Lori at the Storage Chest for the honesty we tell all about this treasure.

Lori, the woman who manages the property, is the reason this place is worth 5 stars. Ive been renting from here since summer of 2016. Shes always been helpful and prompt when an issue arises. Whats even better, she is incredibly funny. When Im leaving my storage unit, Ill sometimes stop into the office just to say hello. She gives this business a community/homey feel, and that is rare these days.

Had a wonderful storage experience here! I rented a U-HAUL from this location to move out of an apartment in Ann Arbor and -- after speaking with the owner -- decided to store my things there. The unit was clean and easy to move into. I feel very secure with the additional gate access code and fencing, as well.

I have used the Storage Chest for many years for a series of RVs and had nothing but good experiences, especially with the current manager, Lori. Currently I dont have an RV but Lori got me a large storage unit for the contents of an apartment I moved out of. Easily and on the phone. Personal service. Four stars (pricey but Ive never comparison shopped because I am familiar with Storage Chest and keep going back).

I just have to say The Storage Chest Rocks! Ive kept a storage unit there since I graduated in 2009. Lori is an Awesome manager and friendly and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. I live in Seattle now, but even across the continent, I know my property is safe and well cared for!

Not had a problem ... hoping they keep their rates consistent or below inflation. Place is clean and well kept in my experience. Accessibility is good and secure. Lori is helpful and appreciated. Her dog is quite wonderful too.

This is a great place I rent U-Hauls here all the time and we will be using storage next year when we plan our move and we will for sure rent at The Storage Chest Lori offered us first month rent free and let me know that the specials change from time to time and I was pleased that she explained that to me. Rented the unit in anticipation of home sale and move. Location was beyond convenient and an added bonus is on site U-Haul, which helped tremendously. Units are as advertised, facility is well maintained. Would definitely rent from them again if in need of storage unit.

Very safe clean secure facility best in town

Initially made a U-Haul reservation to pick up here, but canceled to reserve elsewhere.The associate I spoke with on the phone confirmed that they carried all the moving supplies I asked about but when I arrived, they seemed completely mistaken as they were out of stock on one item and didnt even carry another.Rather than just apologizing for the mistake, they went on the defensive and made me feel like it was my own fault for going there. Then, they couldnt help me confirm my reservation and seemed uncertain of what was happening. So I booked my reservation elsewhere after picking up a few overpriced boxes.

This is a great facility it is well kept and the manager is great she works well with her tenants Lori is awesome.

The Storage Chest is the most meticulously maintained storage facility around. The Manager, Lori, is always helpful and available if you need her - such as when the entry system key pad freezes in the dead of winter!
