The store is lovely but an overzealous employee made me give the one star rating from my experience on 12/12/20. Im changing it because I talked to the owner and I get it that these things happen.Original review: Got assaulted by an employee, big guy, after using a tissue to wipe my nose. He sprayed me with something and told me to go outside if I needed to blow my nose again. Way out of line. I left and will never be back. Covid does not give an excuse to be rude.

I discovered this shop whilst browsing the area on foot one evening. The owner was engaging and knew much about her unusual finds! I can’t wait to return when I have time to shop. Unfortunately, I wasn’t carrying a wallet or I’d have done some real damage. Meanwhile, the spring florals, vases and bunnies were lovely to behold! The area was uncrowded on a week night... I’d suggest going then as it’s far more fun than isolating at home!

SUCH a cool place. A bit expensive, but not bad for Ann Arbor. A good place to look around, if anything. I especially like their Michigan-themed items and their stationary.

Great selection of home decor and knick knacks

One of the best stores in Ann Arbor. They have some staple items and they always have some cool new items waiting to be Found by visitors. Always a great place to visit and if you leave with no item you will leave with inspiration to bring new items to live. Their windows and general layout are always filled with thought and a little bit of magic.

Staff has good cleanliness policies and asks customers to use hand sanitizer upon entering the building. There is a great selection of items, but the items are incredibly expensive.

This is one of those stores you stumble upon not knowing you need or want anything, yet you end up always finding something you adore. Ive yet to walk out of this place without purchasing anything. Collectible items, home decorations, artwork... all of it is trendy and seems to support local artisans. Take a look - it wont disappoint!

Everyone is so helpful, and the gifts are beautiful! Ive gotten candles and some really nice coffee mugs, but they have some amazing rugs there too. These make perfect wedding gifts, if I dont know what to get for a couple this is where I go. Its also where I got for Christmas gifts and ornaments, and they gift wrap everything for you too since I never remember to buy wrapping paper. They offer workshops every month as well which are really fun, its a great date idea. They offer wine and cheese during their workshops and you always learn something cool. Definitely recommend!

SETTING:Ive been to this store when it was on the second floor of the Kerrytown market area. Now it is on the first floor in a larger venue. Definitely a terrific decision for an upgrade! This new venue reminds me of a log cabin. I enjoy the more open layout, now that they have more space to work with.ITEMS:If youre thinking about getting a gift, you HAVE to make a visit to Found. They have plenty of antique-like objects, souvenirs, Ann Arbor specific items, seasonal items, anything and everything for all sorts of people. Many of these items are very affordable too. There are sales every now and then that range from 10-20% off the entire store during holidays.SERVICE:Whenever I drop in they are always smiling. Just a joy to be around. Recently, I came to return an item because it was a slightly broken. The staff were very nice and even picked out a new item for me, even though I already found myself a new one. They apologized to me, saying they were sorry I had to go through all this trouble and come back just to get a new item. It wasnt a big deal, really, but I do appreciate their sincere customer service.IMPRESSIONS:I really adore this place. Its a cute store with lots of cool items. Very easy to spend a good amount of time just sifting through all their unique offerings. Need something for Mom or Dad? Significant other? Friend? Ill bet you can find something at Found that will warm their heart at a good price.

An amazing place to stumble into while you are visiting A2. My girlfriend and I found these lovely owl crested wax letter seals with our initials, needless to say it surpassed her expectations of trinkets to find on our voyage.
