A great store and a great experience. Josh was very kind and helpful, taking me to the paints and explaining the different uses for them. I am very sad that I do not live closer otherwise this would become a regular haunt of mine, but I will absolutely be going back again when I am in the area.

Very warm, laid back, and accepting place! Ian is the best, but beware cause hes such a good sales person that he could sell a Toyota to Bill Ford, HahaThe free painting classes he does are great. Took me from only being able to paint flat wall a single colour to being able to do the paint job in the attached photos in only about 3 weeks.

Such an amazing store very friendly atmosphere and the owner is so knowledgeable about everything paint schemes paint colors and models themselves I always come to this store for my warhammer needs I highly recommend it !!

Josh is a super friendly guy who remembers your name and very helpful with tips on painting your minis. Love going here and its a great place to chill hang out paint build and chat.

Easily my favorite place to get GW minis and paints hands down. The owner, Josh, is super nice and welcoming and will answer any questions you have. He even helped me finish up one of my HQ models and it looks great. Great owner, great shop, I love it.

New to Warhammer and miniature gaming. This place has been great for getting miniatures, paints and landscapes. as well as tips on using what you just bought!

The only place to go for ask things Warhammer. Friendly attentive service, a clean and organized storefront, and well-stocked shelves make for a great shopping experience. There are plenty of models on display and gaming tables set up to really draw the eye. Gaming painting tutorials are also available.

Owner went out of his way to hold a sold out box set for me. Super friendly atmosphere, overall wonderfully establishment. Earned my future business!

Great store! Josh is always friendly and super helpful. His knowledge of painting techniques and how the Citadel range works has been a big boon to painting my many projects. He also has a seemingly endless knowledge of all the different GW models (and there are hundreds if not thousands) and what might work on a conversion. I always spend more than I mean to here.Only complaint is not enough heresy.

The Rules‐---‐----------------------I only give it a 2 because Josh seems like he is well intended. However, my 3 week experience with this shop, and Joshs incorrect info, has wasted a bunch of my time.The Lore---------------------------I went into the shop because some friends of mine had recently got into 40k. I dont know much, but I wanted to get into the hobby with the AD Sororitas. Unfortunately, the store didnt have any when I went. Thats fine I get it, places sell out of stuff.Good news though: Josh, the worker there, informed me that the Piety & Pain box would be going on pre-order the following weekend!Now, I have been into other hobbies that are hard to get items on launch so I asked specifically if the pre-order was going to be a problem, and he assured me it wont be an issue, and to just call the store when the pre-order drops. Well I did and they were all sold out right away.Being sold out was annoying, but not Joshs fault, even though he told me there DIDNT need to be any urgency, so I called like an hour after they opened. Oh, and I put all my eggs in that one basket... Ok so he didnt know, I can understand.Where I get frustrated, is in that same conversation he informed me that they WOULD FOR SURE have some boxes the following weekend. All I needed to do was get to the store early and wait until they open.So I drove the 45 mins it takes to get there, with my 3 year old kid (couldnt get a sitter), and waited outside the store early before they opened. Well.... they didnt have any boxes.So 3 weeks into my warhammer adventure and I still dont have a single AD Sororitas model, but I have $300 in space marines, paint, core rules, a codex and 4 hours of driving.At least my local store told me they werent going to have any of the boxes and didnt waste my Saturday. I think I will just be going there instead, even if they have half the stock, and I have to wait for things to show up in the mail.

Only really been here with the COVID restrictions in place but have had a great interaction every single time I go in. Josh (manager) is super nice and knowledgeable. Not a trace of warp taint either!

Ian is a great guy and a great salesmen, would recommend this store to anyone based solely on Ian if youre looking for help on the hobby. The models are expensive but that isnt anything new thats just Games Workshop trying to get their cut. This place has a great atmosphere and everyone is always friendly.

The shop owner I believe. His name is Ian, is just above and beyond amazing with customer service. He remembered us from the last time we had been in from several months ago and was equally as engaging and helpful as our first visit. Love coming here.

Great shop, great customers, great owner. Ian, the guy who runs the place, is possibly the most excited and professional person Ive ever seen. Im not knocking a star off, but the only real problem is that its a little cramped for events, and parking is a nightmare if Trader Joes is busy. Easily the best place to start your hobby off right! The place next door that sells middle eastern food is clutch, too.

To be honest, it was a great place, everyone was very friendly to me and I enjoyed the time I spent there. I got alot of help with what I wanted and also got to build a figure as well! Saw some painting going on, as well as a couple of games as well!I will be returning!

Ian is a super helpful guy and very enthusiastic about the hobby. They offer the full range of citadel paints and will explain exactly how to get the results youre looking for out of them. Theres a few tables to play Games Workshop games a well.

An excellent store in a convenient location, with extremely friendly and helpful staff(the manager, Ian, single-handedly got me back into the hobby after a five year break), and practically everything youd need for the hobby. The only (extremely minor) complaint Id have is that there just arent enough tables for how busy the store is! On some days Ive been there, there have only been two or three games going on at a time but theres definitely been a few games where people are waiting for tables to open up to play. Even so, Im definitely going to come back in the future!

Good place for getting units for the Warhammer games. The employees are knowledgeable and willing to advise players.Only major issue is the lack of gaming space during busy times.

Great place, has everything one would expect of a Games Workshop store. Walked in and was greeted with a hello and a handshake. You dont see that too often anymore.

Somehow this guy knew my name and the factions I like despite coming in only twice. Its very tidy and open but theyll have to order from those (British) Imperials for a lot of stuff because they dont have much extra space.

Didnt really get to do a lot shopping or browsing. It was their 3 year anniversary and very packed with lots of people.

This is a great store. Ian is so nice and so very helpful! Even when the store was pretty hoppin, he was able to teach me and a friend how to play Age of Sigmar while helping everyone else. 10/10 would recommend.

The guy whom runs it is very knowledgeable on the products he sells. He alsp knows his inventory very well. I went in and couldnt find what I was looking for and he said oh I think I still have a can of that in the back.

I had so much fun at warhammer

Great place to go if you want to paint for competion or for fun. There is almost always a some kind of campgain or league pr tournment going on, with big events that happen through out the month. All in all, 5/5. And never using hot glue to hold models together again.

First time ever getting into the game. Staff was really helpful, players are willing to talk about playstyles. Alot of warhammer merch in stock

The operator of this store goes a long way toward turning it from a basic store to a good one.
