Closed early again. I was there by 9 pm and she was closing everything out with the doors locked. No notice they were closing early again. They are always out of things like lids and cup trays. Their machines are all leaking water onto the floor. The floors are either flooded or sticky.

Store manager Peter is a gem!! So nice and runs a great location. Love circle k!

Went to store just after 8pm and doors were locked. Sign said open until 9pm. Disappointed that the closure was not made public.

Decent gas station but I hate that they close the store part late at night so all you can do is buy expensive Biden gas but if you want to get some red bull or take a leak, you are SOL!!!!

More like circle K-turn out here. You have to make 45 k-turns, 12 apologetic hand gestures to everyone else trying to get into their damn spot, pump your gas, then do it all over again just to get out. A four year old with a stick of chalk could have designed a better layout here, guys.

I stopped in for a fillup on 5-29 at 10:30 am, and the woman working the register was EXTREMELY rude. The gas station other than that was fine but I will not be returning due to the attitude of your cashier. Find better help.

The gas station is usually packed probably because of their low gas price, which is good. The problem is, the space between pumps are so narrow that sometimes two cars cant fit between bumps if you park a big car casually a little far from the pump.I guess it is too late to fix this problem but I am pretty sure that I am not the only one who has this problem.

This is probably the third time I’ve WALKED there to get something after midnight and no one is there. Their hours don’t really exist; it’s based off convenience of the employees who don’t seem to care at all

Great morning and afternoon staff. Always friendly and efficient. Enjoy stopping in here occasionally before and after work to pick up a snack with something to drink or just a cup of ice.

I cant speak for anyone else but Ive had great experience with morning staff and this is usually the cheapest gas in Ann Arbor. Also love the variety of options in the store. Reminds me of the bigger Circle Ks in Arizona

Like the other reviews, the staff can be a bit off-putting, but Ive never had a direct problem with them. This place is usually clean and cheap, so it may be worth the hassle of the employees.

Normally Im in and out quick. Sunday the 5th if april. Around 730pm. I was treated very very rudely. She was in the right as what she was standing for but just rude. Cant believe a nice new place like that would screen better for help.

They dont enforce masks (per the employee that I talked to), so multiple customers dont wear them.

Typical small gas station/convenience store. Nice offering of snacks and drinks in the store including several flavors of coffee and fresh items (hard-boiled eggs, pizza, pickles, etc). In the summer, a farmer often sets up in the parking lot and sells fresh produce.

Not open 24 hrs a day. Doors are always locked by 2am

I miss the crew pre-renovation! (Not sure if its the same owner.) I usually stop by on my way into my midnight shift. Some members of staff always seem to be (LOUDLY) speaking negatively about co-workers behind their backs. I stopped in this morning after my shift, and the cashier seemed annoyed that I was there. She didnt say a word to me, even after I thanked her. Im writing this in hopes that things improve. I HOPE I dont get the formatted, canned response that all others who had a negative experience received!

Horrible customer service and politeness is out of the window at this location i get better customer service and politeness at the Ypsilanti location even though it is is in Ann Arbor its supposed to be nicer than ghetto Ypsilanti i am not happy with the Ann Arbor Mi location the only reason why I will continue to visit is its near my job and I like the gasoline prices and will save $ and you are harassed for sitting in your car while on the phone. Rude people who wants to be jerks 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Not great service, gas is a little cheaper.

The staff is extremely slow, rude, and appear to be somewhat incompetent. Spent 10 minutes in line as the cashier scanned and voided items, had to go talk to her manager, and so on. A second cashier came out finally only to put my cash on the wrong gas pump. When I went back inside, she was rude and claimed that I told her the wrong pump number. The few cent difference in prices here isnt worth the hassle.

Lady gave my friend a tough time for buying cigarettes at age 22 because she had a vertical license. Nearly refused sale because cashier said my friend had to go to Secretary of State and pay for a replacement Id that is horizontal. Should not be qualified to sell cigarettes if you do not understand the law is about AGE not direction of your license LMAO

Don’t go here tried to buy a pizza, wasted my whole break waiting on a pizza that was never made, terrible customer service; I should have went to speedway

They have an awesome manager but the general staff is constantly messing up pre pay transactions. The remodel of the pumps is an absolute clusterf**. Better training would do wonders, since its too late to do anything about the layout of the gas station.

Kind of a run down gas station, been there for years, use to be a Clark but changed to Circle K maybe 10 years ago. About the only thing that makes this place stand out among the other had gas stations in the area is it has fountain pop for .69 cents. All other prices are typical price you would pay at gas station.

One small iaaue is the pumps are too close together. I would assume the engineer was a Ohio State grad.
