Had a great experience today. I think the nice woman’s name who was working was Alisha. She was polite and helpful and I enjoyed my tea and my dog Sadie loved her pup cup!

After receiving the email indicating a free coffee for Veterans Day I went to this location. I showed my veterans id and told them about the email I received from the corporate office but the two ladies working behind the counter simply said we were not doing that. Pretty disappointing.

This Biggby Coffee location is in my top 3 coffee franchisees in my area. No snippiness if I ask for a description of a new, or new-to-me drink, always pleasant staff. Drink menu items are consistent and you get the taste you expect. The food items I have gotten have been tasty, as well.WISH LIST: I dont like their new drink carriers, though, they are too lightweight for me since I almost always get 3-4 drinks.And I so wish there was a drive-thru at this location. But I like the staff and drinks so much I cant even bring myself to take off a star!

Best coffee around!! I was loyal to Starbucks for years until I gave BIGGBY a try. Let’s just say I never looked back. Now I live in Vegas and begging BIGGBY to open up shop here.😩😩😭😭😭 PLEASE OPEN IN VEGAS. I can guarantee Starbucks will be scared. The manager is always one of the main reasons why I came back so often. Every time she saw me, she would have my order ready for me. I miss her too. 😩😭

One of the 5 coffee items was not prepared correctly. The baristas took forever and were constantly complaining. Im glad this is not the location that is by us! This is not our typical experience at the Biggby by our home in Jackson, MI. The Springport Road location in Jackson, Michigan is exceptional (5 star)!

Staff your location appropriately. Putting someone who is blatantly training/new staff makes for an awful wait. 15+ minutes for a couple drinks-unfortunate.

This place is an excellent little coffee shop. Nice atmosphere, very friendly works, and good coffee. My friend and I had an awesome time and were able to catch up feeling cozy. Prices was reasonable too!

It’s okay. It drives me nuts when they won’t put cream cheese on a bagel for you. Maybe they would if you asked, but I never have. The one near EMU does, but I’ve been to a few others that are hit or miss on it. I’ve never been here in the morning so I don’t know how the wait is. They seem to be a little slow but I’ve never had a problem with it. This location does not do the $3 lattes on Wednesday like the location near EMU does.

Theres not much to say. I didn’t care for their coffee. I thought the coffee tasted like something you could get from any old diner. Ive only been one time though.The good: The location is okay and convenient to surrounding parks. The staff was courteous.

Came here for a cup of coffee once with a girl. Nice setting. Space seems a bit small for a date, but you can always take the coffee to go and go to the park next door.

Ive never gone to a coffee shop that didnt have half-half or normal milk left. This is also the only biggby in the area that gives you burnt bagels with a small cream cheese packet, instead of putting the cream cheese on the bagel like every other place does. I would suggest using the extra gas to go to any other coffee shop.There is a Biggby on Michigan Avenue that is close by and much better than this location

Coffee & other drink selection is great. Theyre on a Cienega which is nice for accessibility. However their parking lot is a headache. Its small and one way. Better parking lot would make it 5 stars.

Coffe mocha was great all the time same taste

Hands down the worst Biggby store. Im a loyal biggby fan and this location always has issues (no hot water, not open during posted hours, understaffed). Unfortunately this is the only one on my commute into work.

Stopped in for a NYE latte and as I opened the door the barista yelled at me CLOSED. We are closed! There was no sign with NYE hours and it was 4:55. So clearly she just didnt want to make any more coffee. I LOVE Biggby but this experience left me never wanting to visit this location again. Went to the Starbucks down the road.

This place is good quality wise and staff are super nice but they are consistently under staffed and so if there is any line it takes forever .

While it did take a little long, the coffee and food was very tasty.

Came in 15 before closing, a boy with braces and glasses told me he couldn’t make me a drink because they’re closing early “due to slowness”. So I guess they didn’t want my business. Pretty ticked because I’m traveling and really needed the pick me up.

I have only been a few times and each time the barristas have been patient and knowledgeable. The drinks I have ordered ha e tasted amazing!

Biggby Coffee on Platt and Ellsworth is a place I hold dear .I go there to read and catch up with loved ones. I especially like that they have clean restrooms, multiple seating areas, including outdoor seating and four person tables, so there is more room for more loved ones, and fresh coconut milk to accompany yummie coffee.Good customer service as well.

This location is always disappointing. The biggest issue they have is they run out of ingredients frequently. The computer has been down hours after open because they never powered it up for the day. If by chance theyre not out of cream cheese, they only have one option to choose from. Might seem small but it does make a difference.

Great baristas, glad I stopped in. Will do again.

Im new to Michigan I cant see the appeal of Biggby after visiting this location. The coffee is mediocre, bagels were uninspiring and served with small containers of cream cheese for you to apply. I dont see why its a chain, nothing stands out as good.

It does not have a lots of table. But I never find that place full. So it work out. Same for the parking lot, it is a real tiny place in the middle of nowhere. That location is very convenient.Staff is friendly and available - They are not the fastest on earth but definitely not slow. Toilette and the shop are clean.Drinks correspond to the Biggby standard... Not great, not bad, not too expensive (especially if you have a coupon!).Biggby is not my favorite chain coffee shop but it does the trick.

Super friendly staffs, drinks are good. Price is about the same as Starbuck! Quantity is a little more generous than Starbuck (but unfortunately I think Starbuck makes better drinks and i like Starbucks selections more). Location is good, just not a big fans of the little one way parking lot with limited space.
