When the line at Starbucks is a mile long and you want some coffee this place is perfect plus the cookies are amazing and the cakes

Amazing staff and cookies! I asked if they had any other cookies with a design I was looking for and they gladly made some up for me. Their buy three, get one free offer that they always have going on is the best.

Very disappointed today! We enjoy a treat as were from out of town! We got our brownies to go to eat later! They were hard like they were a day or more old! Definitely not fresh! Was a waste of money!The cookies werent to bad!

My friend and I were standing at the counter for five minutes straight while three staff members talked with each other and one texted. Even when we turned to walk away, one member of the staff who was clearly high looked right at us and never said anything. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and their sales would probably improve if they trained and drug tested their staff.

Mrs. Fields cookies, bad customer service . We ordered a birthday cookie for my sons 12th birthday. We arrived to pick it up and it had Happy 21st birthday. They were nice enough to change it to 12st (yes 12st) and charged us more then they quoted over the phone. Dont recommend it.

Very fast and friendly staff! They always get me with those deals. Cakes are the best and everything’s always freshh. They always have something yummy coming out of the oven. Not only that but they make it so easy to order a cake, u can order through their website, phone, and even through the Grubhub! I swear I’m fat cuz of Mrs. Fields

Very friendly staff. If customers want cookies warmed up they will warm them up and they make cookie cakes very fast and cute.
