I got a lot of things from there and it was really really good looking and I love the service because all them loved anime and it was really good

The staff is super nice and seem like they enjoy there jobs. There is a good selection of band tees and fandom tee. This location even has the plus sizes available most of the time.

Really love this store and the staff are very sweet and kind. I was late on getting something on hold and they were kind enough to hold it again. Its the first time I ever felt like I was important because other stores would not even put stuff on hold for me. So thank you Hot Topic!! Also its a great store to be yourself and to see all the things you love from bands to anime to Disney and so on!! Hot Topic is the best and so are their employees!!!

Drove all the way from Detroit and they were closed over a half hour early. Called and they said they were experiencing high call volume and could not enter. We were standing at the gate with the employees inside when we called.Their hours should reflect their actual operationsVery unhappy with our visit.

Good assortment of goth/nerdy/hipster outfits, clothes and costumes. I bought my happen outfit here. And their swimsuits are cool too. Good size range of clothes, and decent quality. Service is nice :)

Great service! Its my daughters favorite store and they always have up to date tends. I used to shop there almost twenty years ago when it was in another location in the mall. Its moved from leaning more towards the Gothic subculture to whats generally more trendy. We always have great service in there as well.

The customer service is amazing, everyones so nice. And the rewards card adds lots of discounts, even though everything is low priced to begin with. And its just wonderful in general to see people who you can relate to so much, it reminds me that Im not just a weirdo, theres other people like me. Overall stellar experience!

Ask for Kelsey. Great customer service from her. My husband and I were looking for TV series Archer bobble heads. We’ve bought it from them before and went back for more. We were Initially told they were gone and on our way exiting the mall Kelsey chased us down and found a bunch of them in one of those bottom shelves in a corner. We bought everything they had. Not only did she make an extra effort to get to us. She made our day. Now that’s customer service. Three cheers !

I went in looking for a specific item. They didnt have it so I browsed around. I ended up finding aome earings I loved. While checking out I was informed or the sale on them and purchased more. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not as good as they used to be, but still a decent selection of pop culture clothes and accessories. They used to he way more into the music scene which was cool, but it seems like theyre moving further away from that, more like Spencers, but less interesting.

Mystery Mini boxes have been searched through so you will not get any RARE hits. They dont have much to choose from and didnt give the correct deals on the receipt so we have to go back. Worst location we have been to in Michigan. Sad bc its local

I called in about some shirts I had found online and was wondering if they had them in stock at the A2 location. They only had one of the items in stock. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Gana (sp?), was so helpful! She let me know that I could come in get the one shirt they had in stock and that they would order the other ones to the store for free. She also got me the in-store and online sale prices! I ended up saving $15!!! I was so happy to deal with someone so knowledgable and helpful. Thank you!!! I usually dont leave reviews but I felt I should because this experience was so great.
