At self check, lady who was taking care of there, her attitude was very bad. Price of material was wrong price so, I asked her to double check, but she didn’t, I offer her to take a pic of price, after I was back from that she told me, I already change price, but it was also wrong. I told her again, this price is wrong, then she get so mad at me, act, attitude way of talk, that is not right. I never had this kind of experience in here. I guess I will take a picture and report it.Also it was only 2 customers at that time. If it busy I could forgive her but not busy at all. Hope it’s not discrimination, coz to American customer, she was smiling and talk nice. It was nov/1 around 4pm

I’m alllllll about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been to this location multiple times, I have never had an issue with feeling disregarded at this target location. Unfortunately today was the day. As I walked up with my daughter behind another customer I overheard the cashier, Victor speak to them and asked how their experience was today etc… but as soon as I walked up, nothing… I kinda paused within myself like, wait?!? Maybe I’m tripping. Well he rings me up, doesn’t say a word, passes me my gift card, I say “thank you”, and still not a word. As I’m putting my bags in the cart the next customer comes up, and he politely says hello and proceeded to ask them how their experience was etc….. that was enough confirmation for me. All customers should receive the same treatment no matter what.

Very busy place but the staff is cool and helpful. Also, they keep restocking often so even if you don’t find it once you may be able to find it later. This store has a large variety of products.

Convenience of my local Target. I love that they will ship things if not available at my store in a reasonable shipping time frame.

I really like to shop here but they run out of items so fast and it seems like they can’t stock the shelves very well. Could someone be assigned to keeping the shelves better organized? Other than that the staff is always nice and friendly and they discounts are great.

Target might think this is a nice note, but its not. After a long day and I dont always remember to mark that Im on the way. If I have to wait a little longer, so be it. I was there only car in they pickup area. I dont need to be scolded like Im a child.

Ok ok don’t get me wrong but like everything is overpriced and that’s one thing you should know at target lmaoo, but one of the cashiers i met her name was Mia and literally I love her she should def get a raise. She was so SO nice, she started a whole conversation and kinda made me wanna go there again ahahaha I’m young and I was with my bestiee and she was super helpful and was the most nicest out of all of them there.

On my last trip to Target, when I checked out my Target debit card was rejected after three tries. I was informed I would have to call the number on the back of the card--I wouldnt be able to get any help in the store. I had to use another credit card to check out. A line was beginning to form behind me--very embarrassing. When I called the number I was told there wasnt anything wrong with the card. I spent almost an hour getting this taken care of.

I go to this target a few times a month or more and have only ever had one bad experience. The staff is always on top of sanitizing the carts and registers after being used, and are always friendly and helpful when I have questions.

Just had THE BEST pick-up experience. Super fast and kind, with staff double-checking that I got everything I needed.

In my opinion, Target is over-priced. The only reason I made the purchase was for a requested Christmas gift. My pick-up order ( four stoneware kitchen canisters ) was wrapped in plastic shopping bags to protect them. Hardly the method I would expect. Plus side ? At least the order was ready when I arrived, and this location is better kept ( staff, layout, and cleanliness ) than the location on the other side of town.

Hit or miss, love myself a clean Target. Half of the times the store is running properly, other times its very very VERY dirty and unorganized. Either or, no in between.

Seriously the best. The employees at Target are so kind even in the midst of a pandemic. I obviously can’t see anyone’s faces behind their masks but I just know the employees at this Target are greeting me with a smile. The selection is kinda meh at this location, but the same is usually true of Target locations in close proximity to a university who don’t carry as full of a selection. If something I try to purchase online is out of stock in store, more often than not I’m given the option to have it shipped timely through the app... for free. I’m so grateful for the employees who work drive up services- it’s been such a blessing during the pandemic, day to day life with a little one, and during bad weather. Target gets my order right, my order is prepared in a timely order, the price is decent, the customer service is unparalleled- Target is reliably the best.

Big target, lots of choices for everything and a kind staff. Only improvement could be how small the bathrooms are and how the bathrooms are secluded in a corner.

I love shopping at Target. Since I dont want to risk going in I use the drive up option. I experience the prices are more reasonable then most of the popular ecommerce websites. Wish for frozen items in the list to pickup but I understand it may be vary hard to manage since we have a flexible window of two days to pick up. I rather wanted a window of time to pick up the pickup immediately.

The location is great, most items you need are always here. Great place to stop by and pick household items at, the staff is not the best.

Target, Ann Arbor location: while checking out we were enlightened by the existence of an employee with the name Dimitri. we had a nice conversation about Hamilton and sleepovers. he is and will forever be the best part of my target experience. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

It was way to crowded in Target. I thought there was a limit to the number of people allowed in the store with COVID restrictions from the health department. No one was at the door monitoring people if they had masks on, etc. Very disappointed. I just went in for package pick-up and assumed that it should be right at the entrance. I had to go past all the people crowded together at the check-out and then all the employees and customers at the service desk. The person who came up to me and asked for my information to get my package did not even follow the 6ft rule, nor did the other employees in the area.

It was easy to find the pickup location, the app worked, and I was VERY impressed how quick someone came out to bring my order. What a great experience!

Target drive up service was amazing. They had everything I needed in stock and I was able to pick it up within 2 hours, even during this particularly challenging time. It was fast, easy and didn’t even require me to leave my car. Absolutely recommend it.

Terrible experience. Had to wait for 10+ minutes for assistance at the electronics section, 4 people were waiting with me by the time someone showed. Meanwhile, a group of employees stood in a nearby aisle chit-chatting, but they didnt work in that section. The grocery didnt carry several items advertised on Circle (not out of, literally did not carry). Checkout was a mess -- everyone was crowded together, no one was managing the lanes at all. Apparently this store is only good if you dont actually enter it and get things taken to your car. Ill stick to the one on Carpenter - its 10x better.

I love the Target up&up products. Their quality is amazing for the price and bring me back to Target regularly. That and the quality/cuteness of Cat&Jack for my kiddos.

I needed fabric for masks and Joanns was only preorder and curbside pick up. I hopped over to target and bought sheets to use instead. Probably ended up getting more fabric for the amount I spent and in and out quickly. Staff was friendly. I am so glad Target is open as an essential business.

My experience was awesome and it was because of the amazing cashier I had. She was super fast and knew answers to all the questions I had. Jade definitely made the store warm and welcoming and I hope to get her again when I have to check out.

They had the product I was looking for and once I went into the store to pick it up, I ended up shopping for cleaning items I wanted that I could not find at other stores.

I cannot say enough good things about this Target’s contactless pick-up; incredibly quick and everyone is so friendly.

This is a well stocked target. It is also very clean. I think they could have a slightly larger selection of baby accessories like shoes, hats, and glasses, but over all the selection is good. I love the cat and jack cloths.

Lets start with the positive- Great selection of items.Maybe 1 out of 8 employees are good. Leslie in tech was awesome and Ashanti at the guest service desk.I asked an employee three times for help looking for glow sticks. The first two times because I thought she couldnt hear me... after the third time she was obviously ignoring me.I returned an item 01/02/2020. I asked the lady for my return receipt and I did not get it because she told me I did not need it. I called corporate and recieved a case number since I didnt get my money back. Coperate couldnt help me get my money back. The returned item was a mix of my fault and the store. I had a gift card and I thought I purchased it on my main card. I then had a worker throw out the gift card after I purchased the item. The returned balance went onto the gift card. The lead helped me retrieve my money back, which I was SUPER thankful for. It would have been much easier if the lady would have gave me my return receipt, but all in all I was satisfied with the Lead and the woman who assisted with getting me my money back. Thanks customer service!

Staff doesnt know about their products, and after walking the store employee through how to look something up in their own system I was told that they cant accept any returns on video games due to copyright issues. When I explained and pointed to their storewide police published online, they were clueless as to their own policies and still refused to follow their own policy for exchanges. On top of that the guest services staff member made no attempt to be personable, and was rather rude on the phone.

Everything is always so organized in this store. I tried to shop with a kid in the cart today and we couldnt fit in any section of the clothing department. theres so much packed into the womens section that its impossible to bring a cart in there. Bummed because I like their clothes but itll be easier to get online :(

Came here during the Great Target Network Outage of 2019. Never forget. The staff handled it with grace. Employees fielded concerns with smiles. Oh, and they sent some Starbucks samples around.

Usually pretty satisfied with the store. However, I was using the restroom the other day and got walked in on twice. Also overheard someone say that their stall door wouldn’t stay closed. Please fix your locks so this doesn’t happen again.

Lines get crazy, staff blocks aisles mid-day stocking just chatting away, Starbucks I swear is closed every other time I try to get a drink...back in 20 or will open again in...etc super annoying...but its Target, how can we not love it...I just think they need to do a bit better,ESPECIALLY Starbucks!Update...definitely not improving Starbucks, twice in past 2 weeks SB closed for over a half hour. Not blowing smoke...Oct 16 10:55...will open again at 11:25, its simply ridiculous!

My favorite store! They have nice clothes that fit a small hard-to-find person, cosmetics and some groceries now. They have their own brand of food Archer Farms, Market Pantry which are very high quality.

The in-store pick up for on-line orders is very convenient and quick. Also Target has a great selection of items and good prices.

My card declined due to me being from out of state and asked them to hold my bags of items until I got back from lifting the hold and 30 minutes later, I came back in and the employee told me he already put all my items back. Im taking my business elsewhere :/ the only reason the rating isnt lower is because the manager was very nice when I addressed her about it.

It was a nice target. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I was returning a recalled item without a receipt. I have only been here once so I cant give it 5 stars.

A disappointing online purchase experience for me. First, no notification that it was ready for pickup, by email or text message. Second, no message with a barcode in it that the store could scan easily. Most important, a very long wait in line for pickup in the store, behind two people who had lots of things to return in a complicated way. Overall, not happy!

Clean store, friendly staff, usually have shelves stocked.

Currently there are 4 people stocking shelves at noon on a Sunday. 5 aisles are shut down, employees are throwing boxes across the isles, blocking an entire wall of another aisle, cutting in front of customers trying. Very rude and unprofessional. Theres plenty of other times to do this, and I gave plenty of other places to shop.I recommend the Meijer across the street, or the target on carpenter if you absolutely need to go to Target. Very disappointed.

One of the worst Targets Ive ever visited.They have a small selection, and seem to be pricier than normal Target stores.The staff wasnt very friendly, which was different than most any other Target Ive frequented.I love Target and I enjoy supporting them, however I havent had enjoyable experiences at this Target.My advice: Go to Walmart over this Target.

How I was treated at this store last week, I contacted customer care since I was not getting this site to work, nothing after giving my name and email...and could only give a partial story before the person I was chatting with wanted to push it out to the store..nothing as I predicted.

Typical Target. Im used to shopping at Kohls and having loads of coupons and Kohls cash. It felt strange to pay for my items without a discount. But the store was nice, and I like that theres a cafe there.

This store is well organized and very clean. They have a wide selection of groceries, home goods, clothing and seasonal decorations.

Phone customer service is a maze. Waste of time. Ill go to Costco.
