Worst place Ive evr bought shoes in my life. Paid over 200$ for a pair of Jordans..over 45days ago so they wont fix it.. their is a loud squeak in the left shoe. Ive only worn em at inside events n only a few times. Shoes are in great condition. Im never buying Jordans again n im never shopping at footlocker again. Especially the annarbor Briarwood mall footlocker

The staff is great but the store manager is rude I dont know why they dont move her to another store because she has become to comfortable like she owns the store. She talks about employees to other employees which isnt what a manager is suppose to do. She is to old and needs to take management skills classes. I will never shop at this store again . I will be looking to talk to her boss. She is taking advantage of the young men and women thatworks at his store.

Gone are the days when you can go to Foot Locker to get knowledge and advice about athletic shoes. I asked for a shoe that has extra arch support, if there was a brand that was known for that. The young gentleman who worked there said this is a nice shoe and showed me one on the wall right next to us. I said Ok, thanks. I walked across the aisle and realized he had shown me a mans shoe. I started looking in the womans section, and he happened to be right next to me a few moments later. I asked him if the shoe he had just shown me was for men. Oh, yes... did you want a womens shoe? Well yes, in fact I did, because I am a female. I again asked if he had a shoe that had more arch support and got the same answer - This is a nice shoe and he motioned to the one that happened to be next to us on the wall. I felt inside that shoe and commented that it felt pretty flat inside, like it didnt have much arch support. I again asked for a brand with more arch support. He stammered and didnt really say anything. He didnt offer to find someone who could help me. I came on a mission to buy shoes today, and left disappointed in my experience at Foot Locker.

Wouldnt give me my money back on a pair of unworn shoes. First excuse was it was past 45 days, it was not. Second they had been worn. Assistant manager, who initially claimed to be the store manager, said there was grass stains and gum on the sole. No grass stain, just off white plastic soles. No gum, it was dark gray carpeting which I am assuming matches the store carpet perfectly.

I come all the way from Detroit just to shop here. The team members and management ALWAYS make me feel welcomed as a paying customer and sizes are for the most part always in stock. I wish it was more stars to give.

Very courteous and friendly. Looking for a certain kind of shoe and the employee was very helpful and found them immediately. Didnt have the size I needed but understandable because of Christmas. Ill go back.

The manager has bad attitude and rude .he didn’t cover his face he put the musk for decoration only . He doesn’t take the safety, he try to spreed COVID 19.I don’t know why . I try to buy from the store but I feel nasty.

Had to return a pair of shoes 5 Minutes’s after the purchase because I found exactly what I was looking for at Journeys a moment later.The manager was absolutely rude and mean and talked down on me, had an attitude and didn’t even say goodby when I left even though she was super fake nice to other customers, probably because she saw them as walking $ bills.Will never step a foot at this store, nor my family or friends. Your trashy and rude manager kills your business.

Awesome store always have loved footlocker. Staff was awesome friendly and very helpful.

Incredibly slow. The people kept only serving one person who got there about 20mins after I arrived. Took 2hrs (literally) to try on 5 pairs of shoes. They were out of about 1/2 of the shoes I asked to try on.

Rudest staff ever. Went it to drop 300$ or so on my kids shoes. All I got was attitude from staff and manager. Waited for them to finish conversation. Then just walked out. All should be fired. Manors apparently never taught. I never go again. Grab my Jordans online.

Never order shoes online from this location. They sent me used scratched, dented, white marked shoes and my shoes are a purple wine color. I bought new shoes not used shoes, the shoe box was even beat up with holes. Never again!

Very rude staff! They help who they want to help. I ask for a size in a shoe I wanted and the young gentleman said we don’t have that size. How would you know without going to check?

Ordered shoes online, when I called the store they told me they had no way to tell me where my order was. I called back 3days later and called customer service only to find that they never had the shoes that I had already paid for. Terrible. I waited 7 days to find out that they never had my order and didnt call to refund it.
