This place is amazing. Their variety for Cigars is really great and the staff are always helpful. The bar section is a marvelous touch to accompany the Cigars, truly a hidden gem of a place.

Clean, friendly, helpful! Variety of cigars and drinks, as well as the original 20 minute brand. Three TVs with different programs on each, enough to occupy but not distract from a good time with friends. Great ventilation, very clean space, and Jenna was extremely helpful with cigars and pairing with drinks.

Great selection and the staff has an incredible understanding of premeum cigars. The customer base is engaging, you really feel like you have come home in their lounge.

Excellent selection. The manager, Calvin, is very knowledgeable about the product. The recommendations are spot on every time. The recent add on of the bar makes this business one of a kind in Ann Arbor. The best cigar lounge I have been to, excluding ones I would need to drive 5 hours away to visit... But of course, if I lived 5 hours away, I would still make a trip here occasionally.Would recommend this lounge to anyone looking for drinks, smokes, or both.

Nice humidor and lounge. Staff was fantastic. We held our monthly herf here for August of 2018. The facilities were amazing and the staff did a fantastic job. Prices were very fair. I will be back and I highly recommend you swing in here as well.

Absolutely the best in the area. I admit a few staffers have been rude, but that has not happened in the last year (maybe she was fired!).Theyve always had good selection of cigars and drinks. Spot on prices (neither low or high) and an impeccably neat interior. Its always a treat to stop here.My only warning: most evenings the TV is REALLY loud, which is a shame because the best seating is right in front of the TV.Otherwise, there are cards and a few board games, really comfortable and attractive furniture, and local artists perform during the summer.Really amazing lounge.

My favorite cigar place in Michigan, I make a point to go every time Im in the state. Great selection, from boutique to big brands. Friendly and helpful staff, theyre knowlesgable, welcoming and take care of their regulars. Highly recommend.

This place is a cigar shop staffed by knowledgeable people who care a lot about matching your tastes to the right cigar. Pricing is reasonable to good with a good selection. There is a lounge where you can relax, watch a game, have a drink. Since I this is Ann Arbor, you can wind up in a conversation with many different kinds of people, if thats what you want. They need to improve/repair the ventilation, but thats not worth nicking a star.

The ambiance is terrible. The humidors are way too dry. If you like flavor dont go here.

First week was good the falwoing week One lady the first i walking with my mom and two brother and sister that lady look like she is manager or owner wife she had very bad attitude and she almost Android my brother a butt took too long stick order the waiter very nice lady I didnt know if the owner knows what can a woman do servers over there the food very good food these people they dont know how they smile you paid their dont know how they say thank you came in today at a restaurant again the food what is a good food I hope the owner carried or can talk to the customer do you know where is a problem there that are throwing clean nice too small and very tight

Fantastic lounge and service

Ive been there a couple of times. The selection is good from a novice/intermediate perspective and the smoking room looks intesting. However, Im pretty sure that patrons shouldnt feel insulted by an arrogant overweight hipster that felt the need to humiliate me and my group with his condescension and pseudo expertise. I just wanted some help choosing some cigars for after dinner celebration. Choose your employees better?

Cigars from other local shops have been shelved for a while and typically end up dry. I make the trip here because their humidor is pristine and the stoggies are always fresh. Also a very chill lounge with curtious staff.

Expensive on the liquor. I know the cost on the other side. They do not carry Amy Rocky Patel at all. Nice venue otherwise

This is a great place for a cigar, drink and conversation. Can get a little loud. Smoke eaters work great here. Downside is A2 taxes.

I was in town working in the area and stopped in to pick up a couple cigars. I wanted to sit and have one while there. I grabbed 5 cigars there and even tried their house blend that was called 20 minutes in Detroit, not so impressed for the price as it got harsh about the 1/2 way point and then the wrapper blew up on all three of us in my party. I was disappointed to find that the lounge(2 people in there) that the door was open to, was off limits to the public($100/MTH ON A 12MTH CONTRACT!!) and even if you did just buy $50+ worth of cigars I was asked to step up to the front. But you could sit in the crowded front room(8 men smoking) where the chairs are against the displays and the smoke mitigation equipment is broken. If you need the restroom you must go through the private lounge but are not allowed to stay. But the young guy working proceeded to tell us that we could come back in a month and enjoy the back as they are putting a full service bar in and we would be allowed back there then. I obviously do not care for the exclusivity of a private lounge because cigar smoking in a shop is a social activity. I will not be going back for the remainder of my stay here in Ann Arbor. Too bad, he has a decent selection of cigars, and I would have been there every night i was in town. Go to Tobacco Rose instead!!

Its place. The staff are friendly, I have a favorite corner spot where I can sit, have a stick, work on my dissertation or talk with friends. Its also one of the few places that carry Gran Habono Corojo #5 6x60 Imperiales. My favorite stick. Thanks George Rico!
