Its a wonderful store with an excellent product, but very irregular business hours. If a brick-and-mortar store is what you have, at a minimum you must follow basic retail hours, from 10 to 5, Monday through Saturday; you can close on Sunday and even close for lunch, but you must stick to the basic store hours that that by now have become customary in retail business. If the reason for early closing is about staffing, then it behooves the owner at the very least to take up the slack and not just close the store. Nothing can be more frustrating than to drive to a business, expecting it to be open like must other stores (including the ones in the same shopping plaza), only to find it closed unreasonably early. In that case, what is the point of keeping an actual retail space for a product, moreover, in high demand? At the customer is left with no choice but having to settle for some nasty alternative like Juuls, that if nothing else, it is at least reliable -and reliability is the barest condition to meet for a good reputation in retail.

I stopped in to by a couple of breeze desposeables and the gentleman that helped me was super nice. He informed me about the high nicotine levels of breeze pens and offered me a free version of their disposable e-cigs with a lower nicotine level. Which is pretty decent.not as flavorful as a breeze pen but tastes good nonetheless. I could tell he was really passionate about their products and really knowledgeable. Its a beautiful clean store and I really enjoy it. Thanks I will definitely shop here again.

I went in to buy a coil for my vaporizer, which they dont actually sell, but the owner was really nice and pointed me to another shop that did sell them. looks like they have a really good selection of consumables though.

This Clean Cigarette location is the best location in the state. I started coming to this location in 2010, and I was a one pack smoker a day with cigarettes. But what changed me forever was when my older brother had a major heart attack and it scared the daylights out of me and I decided to quit smoking. I started smoking when I was 15.When I was 35 my husband came home from the mall with the A Clean Cigarette starter kit. I was very leery about smoking a “cigarette” that I had to plug in. I love A Clean Cigarette. Ive been smoking their electronic cigarette for almost two years and theyve really helped me quit smoking regular cigarettes. It took me a month or so before I was able to make the switch fully but now its all I smoke. The health benefits are great, I dont cough and I can run just fine without my lungs hurting anymore.The customer service is phenomenal, both Fahad and Rita are really nice. I was a very long time smoker. Over three years ago I as very motivated to quit. I found A Clean Cigarette in Ann Arbor, and with their help, I was able to quit smoking burning cigarettes in about two weeks.My husband was also a smoker, and very stubborn about trying to quit. When we decided to move, the work we had to do to sell our home, because we were heavy smokers, was an education for my husband.When we moved to a new house, he became a dual user, using A Clean Cigarette in our home, but still smoking burning cigarettes outside our home.About eight months after we moved, my husband had a stroke. He spent two days in ICU, and two more days in the hospital. Two weeks later he was back in the hospital having vascular surgery.My husband has not smoked a burning cigarette since he had a stroke. Find this a game changer! Over 60 yrs old, I retain the lung capacity to remain active. For instance: 8 day backpack trip +50lb pack at altitude this year- 12000 ft is plenty high for a Michigan flatlander. And I vape less than I used to smoke. I smoke the traditional menthol 18s that is like Marlboro menthols and I find it still satisfying my urge to smoke the real cigarette.As a disable Vet I get my 10 percent discount there, and if I ever have a problem, they have exchanged it or swapped it with no questions or a wrinkle on their foreheads.As far I Am concerned ANYONE with complaints for the store in Ann Arbor has not had a bowel movements for at least a week in my opinion. :)Go for it!!! It was during a chance food shopping trip when I found them. Tobacco-free for 3.5 years now!!!AAs ACCs management and staff - well, Fahad & Rita; its a small team - spent time with me (a lot of time). It was kinda like an eye exam: Try this dose. OK. Now, try this flavor Better or worse? And so on. They wanted to get it right. They answered all my questions clearly and smartly and their answers matched what I later dug up on the internet.They have been great ever since. Now I come in and we chat, about our lives and the world, across the counter for a few minutes each visit. They know me - and my order without asking.The product itself is wonderful. Tasty choices. Adjustable dosing - I believe the nicotine doses range from 36 mg down to 0 mg. I started at the highest dose and now down to the second-to-lowest. Easy and clean (clean for my lungs and for my home & car). I do have a favorite flavor (natural), but also try others every so often to mix it up.Advise: If you do change to this product... at some point you will want to buy an extra battery (or two) and maybe a second battery charger. As an initial e-cigarette user, I tried everything I could find, aside from mods. I ordered an Ego and various types of prefilled and fillable cartridges. I tried any flavor that took my fancy. Ultimately what I came back to, for convenience and quality, is my locally owned Clean Cigarette. They sell a variety of good flavors, and small but long lasting batteries.Although there are hundreds of flavors of juice available online, I found that constantly refilling my own cartridges was time consuming, distracting and inconvenient. I have found Clean Cigarette cartomizers come in flavors I like, and dont need to be fussed with all day. They also last longer and taste better than any other prefilled cartomizer Ive tried.As for the Clean Cigarette batteries, I love the size and convenience. They have a good pull, giving a nice vaping experience. They last for hours, and a spare can be easily carried in a purse or pocket. I like the small ones because they can be used hands free, but a larger, button style battery is also available, which provides a pull as strong as any Ego I have tried.For quality, convenience, and a friendly staff who will greet you like an old friend, I strongly recommend A Clean Cigarette.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY SALES PITCH.THIS COMPANY IS MADE UP OF LIARS AND THIEVES!

I have been using the product for most of two years and I can report I no longer have any desire to use conventional burning tobacco. The last time I tried real cigs, when I was out of cartridges and the store was closed, I felt nauseous, as if I had never smoked. A Clean Cigarette is also cheaper than conventional tobacco. The product has a safety feature in that the batteries are designed to turn off in case they start to heat up, which should avoid the two main safety risks that have been associated with e-cigarettes, namely 1) propylene glycol, the main ingredient in the vape can turn into harmful formaldehyde if overheated (but, from what Ive read, even if this happens e-cigs are safer than tobacco smoke) and 2) in rare cases, in brands without safety features, the battery can explode or start a fire. My only complaint turns out to be that when the e-cig cartidge is new, it is very satisying to puff on, but as you continue to use it, it delivers less nicotine. So you are tempted to switch out the cartridge before it is actually finished. I am advised you can sidestep this by packing the e-cig: hold it vertically with the battery facing down and tap it a few times on the table or countertop.
