We stopped by to have our car battery checked, but one terminal was loose, so they could not get a good reading. They pointed out that our battery was still under warranty instead of trying to sell us a new one. Great service!

I needed a battery replaced (a big 12v lead acid one), and brought it into this store. The attendant pulled out a multimeter, figured out exactly what the battery was, walked right to the correct shelf, and handed me a replacement. Havent seen this level of expert service in a long time. Fantastic place.Ill have to go back and try their bulb selection next...

I had very nice experience there. They checked my car battery for free, took about 20 minutes to help me figure out issues with my car and set up a Zus device in my phone. Stuff are very helpful and professional. I would recommend this place!

I recently had a phone back repaired here on my first visit to this store after a different individual at a different business attempted a horrible repair on it and actually made it worse. They did not currently have my preferred color of phone back in stock but were able to quickly order it for me with no issues. In fact I cant believe how prompt the response was when they realized I was looking for that specific color. Everyone in the store I interacted with was wonderful; professional, friendly, and explained the process thoroughly. I felt like I was appreciated as a customer as well as a fellow human being. That seems rare these days. I would gladly refer anyone to this place of business and will be returning with anything I ever need in the future.

My experience getting a key copy at Batteries Plus was a pretty disappointing one to say the least.Earlier in the month I headed in to get a key copy for my 2002 Lexus Es300. The associate headed into my car, claimed he needed to reset the car for new programming to take effect, and my new copy would be ready.During the next day, my Mom tries to start the car and her key no longer works. Having never experienced or heard of any keys being invalidated due to acquiring a key copy, I buy a new $200 battery thinking its the cold weather draining the original battery. After installing the battery and having an appointment missed due to this issue, the car still no longer works and I make an appoint at a mechanic.They have no problems starting the car but the internal electronics are giving them a code that says theres an invalid key being used. My local mechanic was nice enough to see that this issue was frustrating and waived a $150 inspection fee for dealing with this mess. Thinking its the key copy, I talk to what I presume was a manager at Batteries Plus on the phone to refund the key and instead of handling the transaction smoothly, he attempted to argue about the fact that I used the word clone instead of key copy, which was pretty unwarranted. I pop over to the store and finish the refund after a re-stocking fee and I thought itd be over.In the following 2 days I realize both the original key fob AND the backup key I have are now invalid and will not start the car. Due to getting a key copy at this Batteries Plus location I now have to go to the local Lexus dealership to re-program or fix two of my original keys which will most likely cost around $400, potentially more; this is after a mechanics inspection and a $200 battery which couldve made this whole endeavor cost north of $600 all because I wanted to save some money for a key copy at Batteries Plus.Perhaps I wouldve tried to be more understanding if I signed a waiver informing me this was a possibility or if one the associates talked to me about this beforehand. Neither was accomplished and one small visit has ended up being a big regrettable headache.

Ive gone into this particular B+B store many times, sometimes for normal things, but sometimes for super weird things, and they are always friendly and willing to help with everything. It is like an old-fashioned hardware store where the employees are knowledgable and helpful and will spend a lot of time with you. It is rare these days to get that kind of service, and it is greatly appreciated.The most recent time I brought in an old APC UPS whose battery no longer held a charge. Kyle extracted the old battery that had swollen and took some time and effort (and some handy suction cups) to get out, then recommended replacement options suited to my need, and put the new battery in. All of that for only the cost of the battery.If you have something with a battery in it, no matter what it is, it’s worth a phone call or trip to this store - they’ll likely be able to help you right away, and if not, will guide you in the right direction.

Scheduled a charge port replacement on their website, which was easy to navigate. I went in and the reception staff asked details about my issue and offered to do a quick diagnostic and tried to clean the port out first. Apparently, that was the main issue and I didn’t need a new port to seat the wire properly. They saved me time and money. Overall, very pleasant experience that I would not have otherwise thought about.

I always get my watch battery change there because they know how to do it. It met sound like no big deal, but my watch requires special tool to close it. Once l took it somewhere else, and the person damaged the seel.Its nice to go there knowing that you will be served with smile.Thanks guys.

My contact with store personnel was great. The online order system sucked. I ordered online after talking with the store on what I needed and if it was in stock. Once ordered it took two hours to get my order confirmation which said to wait for another e-mail before going to the store. I never received the second e-mail. Calls to the help number went to recording since it was the weekend. At about 4 hours since ordering and needing to finish the repair, I went to the store without the second e-mail. Thankfully they were able to complete my order. I wasted a Saturday afternoon waiting on Batteries Plus Bulbs e-mails.

Staff was very helpful. Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Its a good deal for replacing and iPhone broken screen. Saves me a lot of time and I know the screen will work.

After a false start with a defective key fob he made everything right, in my driveway with their most excellent mobile service. He programmed my key fob, cut the key and voila I was in business. Had been buying value batteries. They never seem to work. So have finally made Batteries Plus my go to store for bulbs and batteries.On top of that their service and knowledge is great. Today went in for some batteries and bulbs. On a whim had them look at my cell phone, Older SE. The earpiece was very muted to a point that I had to use the speaker function of the phone or a headset to hear anything.Andrew took a look at it. Cleaned what he could. Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable. I had a bulb for a sewing lamp that I couldn’t figure out how to insert. They figured it out in about two minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. I will definitely start trading here from now on.

The location is just same as any other location. You would expect to get almost every type of batteries including most automotive batteries. Apart from selling batteries they do replace cellphone batteries, laptop batteries and even repair cellphones. Some Led lights, flash lights and other accessories are for sale too.Store associates are very friendly and helpful. Access is from Packard, parking is available and shared with other businesses.

Quick and easy place to get a new car battery. If you buy online, there will often be a 10-20% coupon code you can use. Then, drive your car in and theyll install it for free! The store seemed to have all sorts of batteries. They can also repair a bunch of things (phones/laptops). Cool spot.

Our local Batteries Plus Bulbs on Packard have always been great. Great customer service, items in stock and competent repair service.

Only had one experience here but it was great. I needed a new battery for my car. I bought one on their website using a coupon, drove there to pick it up, and they installed it in the parking lot free of charge. It only took him a minute, which was really surprising as previous people have had difficulty with my battery change. Have recommended several people to this place and will gladly go here again when needed.

I was helped by Andrew Bartlett. He did a great job changing my car battery. I had to be at work in 45 min when I arrived. He checked my car to see if the install could be done at the store, found the battery, removed the old battery and installed the replacement, all in about 20 minutes. I made it to work on time with no problem thanks to his quick work. Professionalism was top notch as well.

I cant possibly recommend this Batteries Plus Bulbs location highly enough. Gabriel was incredibly helpful today diagnosing an issue with the battery in my wifes car. Even in the midst of a pretty gnarly thunderstorm today, he happily checked out the battery and then helped me locate/install the new one. I honestly didnt even realize Batteries Plus Bulbs carried car batteries until my wife told me she purchased her last one there in 2013. Id definitely go back in the future.

I purchased a new upgraded battery for my Scion. The website was very easy to navigate and made choosing a specific new battery easy. There was no wait at the Ann Arbor location for installation, which was done promptly and efficiently. Overall, this is a much better experience than buying a battery at Walmart or Sams Club, and I am very pleased.

Overall, the experience was decent. Despite the fact there is a sign on the door *requiring* customers to wear face coverings, the only other customer in the store was not wearing one. No one on staff said anything to this man. Very disappointing.
