Not only did the Auto Zone employ help clarify what type of oil I needed and the amount, he checked my car and recommended the appropriate maintenance. He was friendly, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely purchase from this store again.

Great experience. I went to another AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts and they couldnt conclusively test my battery, and suggested that I take it to a service center. I knew it was the battery, so I just came to this location and the store manager, Tom, was courteous and prompt and replaced my battery with no issues. Best AutoZone store Ive visited.

Went to get a couple car parts and left with nothing as the help could not answer all my questions. Prices quoted were good prices, just wished I could have had someone to tell me what to buy.

Stopped in this morning for a headlight bulb, staff member came out to remove the dead bulb, found what I needed in stock, put in the new bulb, fast and friendly with a smile and a thank you. Asked if I wanted to start the car and make sure it was working properly. Great service - my new go to! Wish I would have gotten his name - THANK YOU!

I love the jackson road autozone. They always help you out and willing too, i really like the staff and Tom, the older Tom, good old fashion nice guy who just gives 150%. They have some other manager that are also good and knowledgeable. They always seem to ha e the parts i need like serpentine belt, heater and seal. EGR ensor, they also can get it. This could just be the jackson road autozone, idk, but still my favorite one. Thanks guys for always helping me even when I dont exactly know myself.

This AutoZone was wonderful! I was able to call ahead and check to see if they had the battery I needed. Upon arrival I was immediately helped by getting my battery checked. Next, they were helpful in finding me the best battery for my needs. They installed it for me with no charge! It was excellent service. It was particularly great as a college student with limited knowledge of cars. Steve was the technician that helped me out, he was amazingly helpful and very nice. You should ask for him! Thank you again!

Went into autozone on Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor. I think Gilbert was the only one working in the store. I needed a new battery. He had it installed in less than 10 min. He was so professional and courteous. The world of business has a lot to learn from that man

Great friendly staff, had a problem with a break line and they were very, very helpful. Jeff went out of his way to help even offering up his own tools. They helped us out of jam and got us back on the road in no time!

Sons vehicle broke down 2 miles from the store while going to a Rugby match. Had to take a 2nd vehicle from Portage (90 miles) to see what could be done. Employees could have not done any better. Huge help and we are very appreciative. Great to see this kind of service and help.

There is nothing more frustrating than being told that a part is in stock, so you get to the store when it it s supposed to open and find it closed . When you do get in they tell you that they have it in the warehouse but can have it in store for you 6 hours later. A total waste of my time.

Nice new store with good parts and prices. They have an impressive inventory on site, but Ive occasionally needed parts they cant find in the computer (that their competitors have).

I had a terrible experience here and will not go back. The employee who helped me test my battery didnt really seem to care and just wanted to sell me a charger. I asked him if we could check my alternator and the starter, but my car wouldnt start. He took the equipment to head inside the store. I asked him what he was doing and why couldnt we try a second time. He said I was being rude and that he wasnt a mechanic. He was the one being rude and unhelpful! He didnt even want to explain the options around using a charger. Advance Auto Parts is 1,000 time better! They are professional, helpful and they dont treat you like a nuisance the way AutoZone does.

New guy at the counter was clearly struggling and the manager didnt come out to help him. I watched several people leave in frustration while the poor guy did his best to help me find a part for my truck.

Ended up being sold a bad part twice in a row. The manager tried to argue with me that the mechanic was wrong and ripping me off so he could make more money from having to continue to reinstall the part.Problem with that theory was that:A.The mechanic in question was a long time friend who wasnt charging me for the repairB. The part was an alternator and when your car starts up but then slowly dies within an hr, that is not faking car trouble.I ended up just returning the part after number two and going to OReillys.

Decent inventory. As usual with Autozone, the prices are fairly high.

They let you rent tools for FREE as long as you work on your vehicle in their parking lot!

Management needs to do something to get good workers to stay there.

Very patient,very, helpful even if one doesnt know a brake part {calliper) from a measuring tool: (spelled caliper or calliper). Very polite and gracious to females. They even do some minor, (minor, only because mean people = liability/supreme jerks). I dont know if they sell engines but it wouldnt be surprising if staff could get what you need in one way or another The only other parts and tools store that compares is one whom is still mourned: Viking Motors, (RIP). May AutoZone Thrive Forever!!!Your pardon for forgetting to mention excellent prices on quality components and tools.

Autozone has a new customer FOR LIFE! My car was having problems starting so I went to Autozone so they could check the battery. Gil was AMAZING!!! I will be coming back to this Autozone in the future and will ask for Gil. Everyone should ask for Gil. He was funny, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He checked my battery and told me that I needed a new one. He talked me through the various battery options available to me, giving me the pros and cons of each. After I picked, he replaced the battery for me. No upselling, no pressure to waiting, no fuss! He was quick, the whole thing took less than 30 mins! Very pleasant experience.
