Worst service ever.The old guy said small size cups can only have one flavor. But I saw the reviews and it turned out to be not true.Also, he was rude, saying he had a bad ear.Last, The taste was not as good as the one next door so I have no reason to visit again.

The service is great! Everyone is extremely kind and patient. Though pricey, the food is great!

We’ve been getting birthday cakes from this location for years. They have the perfect amount of actual cake, meaning none!They are always very accommodating and have quick turnaround when I forget to place an order timely. This is the only place in Ann Arbor we go to for celebrations and come into the shop when we are downtown. Their ice cream is so good.Can’t recommend them enough.

Came in today with my granddaughter and the man who said he owned the shop was extremely rude. Pushing useless on me. I know what I want and what size I want. Horrible experience 5.50 for 2 small scoops of ice cream that they call a small. Next door its 4.89 for 3 scoops which is a small. Ben & Jerrys thinks they are the best but not when you have a rude owner operating a shop. The girl that was there just shook her head at him and his actions. I will be calling corporate with my displeasure and treatment.

Absolutely one of the best ice cream you can have in this area

Had an amazing experience at this location! Matt, the owner of the store, was very kind and super helpful with helping me get a delicious ice cream cake to my best friend for her birthday. He helped coordinate to ensure that everything was done perfectly prior to handing it over to the Uber eats delivery person (Im not in the area, so appreciated the extra support and care). Thank you Matt!!

Stopped in for ice cream before the start of school for our daughter and had some great ice cream and service!

When you check the Ben and Jerrys store online on Google, it says No-Contact Delivery and Curbside pickup. I call the store and they say that they cannot take orders on the phone. I asked them then why do they have curbside pickup. The lady who answered the phone (who said she was the manager) said that the website to order is a2benjerry.com or benjerrya2.com or bena2jerry.com and that she is not exactly sure. I asked for the manager and the lady said that she was the manager. It is ridiculous that the manager does not know the website to put in an online order for curbside pickup. If you do not have curbside pickup, do not advertise as much on google and mislead customers. I will be contacting the Ben and Jerrys corporate office regarding this false advertising and callous disregard for safety protocols during Covid. If the local law does not mandate that you offer curbside pickup, I understand that but then do not advertise that you have No-contact delivery and Curbside pickup.

The Service at this store has become worst in past couple days- rude & not enough portion size.

The wait was a little long and they seemed understaffed but thats not unusual everyone has help wanted signs up in this city. Ice cream was great but the restaurant needed cleaning. Again they seemed understaffed. Service was polite and respectful not to mention helpful they just need more employees. I recommend stopping in after some shopping if you have the time.

A tad bit overpriced, but their original flavors make up for some of the cost. Been there a few times, but my last time, the teenager working the counter gave me the wrong flavor of ice cream and by the time I noticed I was already too far away to go back and ask for the correct flavor. I was really excited to try the Boots on the Mooon flavor.

Hi everyone my friend lost her small pearl earring here, just ONE SMALL, PEARL earring, so if you see it let me know. Its not real pearl so its not worth taking for yourself. It is actually real pearl but still would like it back what are you even gonna do with a real pearl anyway

Total value for money. Their small scoop is so huge that it takes ages to finish! A lot of flavor, you gotta try them all. Their window seats are awesome, you can sit there and look at people passing by the shops while you eat your ice cream. Its right opposite to the M-Den and thus you get a nice view of the Street too. 5 on 7 would visit again.

If oreos are placed in a shake apparently the employee will get fired; they worked there 10 years so they should know.Maybe the Dairy Queen has a sniper scoped in to eliminate the nearest threat of blizzards and they dont want the liability.

Their was alot of air in the bag of chips I bought, and the ice cream was not dairy free, it was also very expensive for two items.the ice cream was also not the right flavor.

If youre in Ann Arbor, you need to stop downtown at Ben and Jerrys. Ive known the owner for 30 years and he runs a good, honest business. The ice cream is high-quality and my favorite by far is Phish Food! I highly recommend this place!

Ben and Jerrys has the best ice cream. I go here because it is one of the only ice cream places in the Ann Arbor area that serves almond milk based ice cream. It tastes amazing and they usually have at least 2 different non-dairy flavors to pick from. Service is usually pretty fast and they have chocolate dipped ice cream cones. Whats not to love?

The guy working the counter was really cool. He let my little one sample some flavors because she seemed unsure of what she wanted. Of course their ice cream treats are awesome too. I like their brownie dish.

We got the sundae bar for my daughters birthday party. Everyone loved it! Matt was friendly and awesome. The only con was that it was so hard to choose only four flavors because they are all amazing!

Dairy free ice cream!!!!! This is the only place in Ann arbor my daughter can go that has good dairy free choices that arent sorbet. The 2 flavors (currently) are PB & Cookies and Caramel Almond Brittle. The latter is my favorite.

Hands down the best ice cream shop in Ann Arbor! Me and my family absolutely love coming down here for ice cream. It never gets old.

This used to be a pretty good place. The last time I went, last week, it was empty next to the other ice cream store right next to it.The person who was working at the shop took no time to notice us or acknowledge our existence. When we came to try things out and asked questions, he just did not answer. When we were talking between us and he was waiting, he just opened his phone and started using it. We said thanks and goodbye, he just turned around and left.
