Adam helped me over at the 907 N. Main location. My car was in an accident and written off as a total loss by my insurance company, but Adam worked on it until it was in better shape than before for over $3k less than my insurance estimate. Great value, great communication, and everyone there was super willing to work with me through the whole process. Cant recommend enough!

I live in Alabama. I traveled to Michigan for Thanksgiving and ended up with a flat tire on a Sunday when no shops were open. The guys at A2 auto center saved me. They came in on their day off, drove to another place to get the tire I needed, and charged me as little as humanly possible which was a miracle because I had my five kids with me. They saved me and made me feel like I was a valuable customer even though they knew I lived out of state. Ive been meaning to write this review forever but never remembered. I guess this is better late than never but these guys were absolutely amazing. Ill never forget the kindness they showed me.

Theyre ok if you micro manage them. Customer service is down the drain. This place is no different. It should be be run more professionally. Im on the fence whether to return in the future.

Had my car towed here after it broke down on the other side of town. These guys are straight shooters- they looked over everything that afternoon, and provided an honest and thorough inspection that day. Provided a very affordable repair as well. Was told my multiple people that A2 Auto was good, and they were right! They picked up my car from my office and picked me up at the end of the day! Car runs better and my muffler was fixed. Price was fair too. Definitely becoming a regular.

Majed is a true soul that will go out of his way to help you out. Price was steep, though the part was expensive. (Car was a ford fusion 2011 power steering error. Complete electric power steering unit replaced.) He gave me his personal number. Sent a tow service for free. Gave 2 of us a ride back to the shop. He takes you in personally to show you exactly what is wrong. He also sent my car to another location for free. And had it back by the end of the day. The whole process took roughly 7 hours. A good heart that helped me in a true emergency.

He works until the job is done and not when the clock tells him he should be done. He’s not going to rip you off because he’s extremely reasonable. So this guy AJ tried to sell me a car! it Kelly blue booked for 500 top.price and wanted 2700 i told him I Kelly blue booked it and he said i dont use kelly blue book, right after he used kelly blue book to figure out the price of my car! the car he was trying to sell was a 2009 accent no power window or seats it was a stick shift no air conditioning and it had 113000 miles! what a rip off stay away!!

They solved a problem with my car that no other shop could find. I knew the problem was there because of the way the car acted some times,A2 found it and fixed it as well as some problems the hidden issues had caused.great car diagnostic work, the real issue was not obvious.

Fixed my car in a pinch. I had another shop replace my thermostat incorrectly and it failed 45 minutes into my move to Utah. These guys did a great job and replaced it and my timing belt quickly and correctly. Very impressed. Drove it all the way to Utah the next day with no problems.

Ive gone here multiple times to either ask advice on what to do with my car and have numerous things fixed. They are ALWAYS willing to help you out and have more than reasonable prices. These guys genuinely want to help you be safe on the road and to do so at an affordable price. Honestly, if this place werent here in Ann Arbor I might be relying on public transportation or my two feet. I dont know where my car would be without these guys! They are more than great - HIGHLY recommended :)

A gentleman who works here helped me fix my driver window, which conveniently broke and slid all the way into the door on a day that was pouring rain! I only drove there with the purpose to ask if I could borrow a pair of pliers to pull it back out myself, but he insisted on helping. We worked for about 20 minutes to get the window back up and he grabbed some duck tape to temporarily hold it up. Im very grateful for him, I wish I remember his name!

It is my boyfriends favorite auto center in Ann Arbor, so I end up going there, too.It is a very awesome auto care center. Staff are very friendly, honest and helpful. The price is quite reasonable (even better than I had imagined). I chatted with other customers while waiting, and they also give very high recommendations for this center. I also get to see how things were fixed and it is pretty cool to actually observe them at work. I would highly recommend them to my friends and others.

Had my Chevrolet Malibu 2005 taken here after the PCM failed to work. I was charged as though I was getting brand new work done and the total was near $400. Upon inspection my car was fixed, but the parts that were used were salvaged. The mechanic may assume that you know nothing about car repair and use these parts without your consent so if you dont know enough about your vehicle take it somewhere else where you will be informed of the type of work about to be done.

Went here for a front end alignment. Top end wasnt tightened down properly and the front end was badly damaged before I realized it. Cost me $500 to get repaired. A2 also refused to give me a receipt because I paid in cash. So of course, when I went to talk to them about it, they claimed they never did the work.

I went there to repair the body of my car. It is a nightmare for me.When I got my car, the interior was contaminated by painting which I guess was a mistake they made. They did not give discount to me on their poor work.Whats more crazy? When I got my car, the air conditioner was broken which was good before I dropped off my car. However, they did not acknowledge that. I spend 700$ to have it fixed at another place. I will never take this kind of risk to do business with them.

I am grateful for Majed and A2 Auto. We live an hour from Ann Arbor and my daughter had just driven in for a Saturday afternoon commencement when her cars water pump failed. When I received the Dad, help! call, I called Majed and he assured me he would not only get the car repaired before closing, but would get her the rest of the way to the commencement. With some terrible past experiences with other auto shops, I was admittedly skeptical of their tiny “waiting area” inside the gas station side of the shop (two chairs in the doorway) as well as their pricing/labor costs. Subsequently, I looked up cost averages online to verify their price ranges for the services they suggested for my little car’s needs. I’ve come to find that unlike the others, the mechanics here have been extremely transparent with me about exactly what is going on with the car, and they don’t try to up-sell or swindle you like many other auto care centers I’ve worked with. I’ve been here twice now for car repairs + oil changes and each time they’ve been awesome. They’re always willing to work with me for the best deal and their prices are very reasonable, not to mention their professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service. My most recent experience was even better than the first:I called first to make sure they would be able to fit me in, and Katie was so professional and helpful over the phone. Even though I came in much earlier than I told Katie I would over the phone, they were able to help me within less than 5 minutes (I had previously called other auto shops in the area, closer to my house, and none of them were available to service my car that same day). I’m very glad I came back to A2. Majed explained to me exactly why the engine light was on based on the printed report from the machine that they hooked up to my engine. He told me that the coolant thermostat should be flushed and replaced as soon as possible and told me the cost; I didn’t have quite enough in my bank account. Majed was super accommodating and offered many different options. Because of A2’s convenient location, I decided to walk across the street to Chase Bank to buy a sheet of checks - Majed offered to cash the check the next day and told me to simply call if the money wouldn’t be in the account by then. After just one hour, they were done with both the oil change and the replacement! Also, because he hadn’t mentioned it before, they replaced my faulty gas cap free of charge. Upon leaving, my car has never driven smoother!I will absolutely be coming back, and would highly recommend A2 Auto Center Inc. to anyone and everyone.

This is by far the best auto repair place I’ve come across. Honest people charging very fair prices. I’ll give you an example of how they’ve treated me. Yesterday (sunday) I texted AJ to see if he can look at my car on Monday. He responded immediately, on a Sunday, and told me I can bring it in as soon as they open. I take it in on Monday and in 2 hrs they looked at it, told me I needed a battery, and then replaced it. I could never get that kind of fast and honest service anywhere else. When I needed a brake job it was he same story, fast and good prices. They don’t have that polished corporate atmosphere and that makes it better, because they dont have to pay a multimillionaire CEO. Just great guys doing great work. I’m not going anywhere else.

My car broke down on a Saturday night, the night before Easter Sunday. The friendly guys at A2 Auto Center stayed over an hour beyond closing time to fix my car, which needed a fuel pump. They not only charged a reasonable price, they did not even seem put out that it was a Saturday night. Anywhere else I would have had to wait until Monday.Three cheers for A2 Auto Center!

I ran out of gas in front of the driveway. When I asked about borrowing a gas can they came out and pushed my car into the station.

Service is fast, they don’t charge much (if anything) for labor, and they’re very knowledgeable. I take my car here for everything.
