Constant delay on medication. Last one was supposed to be ready on Friday, went to pick up again today and had to wait 30+ minutes because it still wasnt ready... (we had called Friday, Saturday, and sunday) this prescription is an antibiotic for a 4yr old.. pharmacist was rude and lacking in customer interaction when we were upset.Overall disappointed

Very bad service especially the African American guy he does not like to work and refused to take my reference number to give me my money back from money gram, I do not like their prices always expensive, and I do not like their customer service, their employee are not professional and they are not helpful and even they are evil

Had a health emergency with a type 1 diabetic with a dangerously low blood sugar. Tried to go in and get some M & Ms, but clerk wouldnt let us in the door due to no mask. I understood the rules and clearly explained the situation, so asked if he could through me a bag if I left $2 sitting there. Still would not cooperate so had to search for some where else. Very disappointed in the customer service and understanding of a health emergency.

I have numerous prescriptions and was in between insurance and cobra trying to use GoodRx. The pharmacist went above and beyond to get all of my prescriptions filled at the most affordable price, even transferring one to another chain. All this during COVID! I can’t say enough about their pleasant attitudes under pressure and ability to work with their customers no matter what their circumstances.

Great store in a great neighborhood. Well stocked with the most needed and in demand items. Well lit and safe to shop at. They carry beer, wine, & spirits. NO tobacco products. Open till 10pm most nights....call to confirm hours as subject to change.

The best decision I ever made was switching to cvs pharmacy. I pay a fraction of the cost I used to pay at my old pharmacy and they give me 90 day supplies! Theyre always friendly and its 10x faster than my old one.

I just want to say thank and good job to the staff here. They are always cheerful and nice to see. Im not sure if CVS is always like this but I only go to this store because of them.

Always a slow experience. Constantly not having prescriptions ready on time. Sometimes by a day or more. Go to Walgreens if you can. Much better service.

They do a poor job of helping people with getting prescriptions from the doctors office. They also are not willing to answer questions you may have regarding prescriptions. I am under the impression that Iowa law requires a pharmacist to explain all new prescriptions which they most definitely have not yet done in the 5 I have gotten from them. Also when i was trying to ask a question in the drive through, the tec closed the window with a less than complete answer.

After surgery I had prescriptions called in. 6 hours later my wife went to pick them up and they werent ready and made her wait for 45 minutes. A refill was called in 4 days later. 4 hours after it was called in I was told it wasnt ready and to wait 30 minutes. I go back, they said 15 more minutes. Really? Worst pharmacy ever

This has to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Twice now, we have driven to the pharmacy for a prescription after a sick visit to the doctor for our daughter. Both times, the script wasnt there when we arrived (both times I called the doctor who confirmed they were sent) and then took forever to fill. The staff is less than helpful and almost comes off as rude during the transaction. We will be switching pharmacies and going back to Walgreens.

Russ in the pharmacy was very generous with his time when I needed a second round of Tamiflu for my little girl after a late night at the doctor’s office. Thank you!

Friendly staff and fun selection of things to look at. However the store seems a little small and there were some bare looking shelves which doesnt look good in retail. Some of the cosmetics had been opened and were still on the shelves.

Worst photo experience ever. Terrible customer service. Couldnt find my order, reordered, then they didnt have time to change paper on the day I was scheduled to pick up. After all the waiting around it turns out they didnt have the right supplies to make my order anyways.

Worthless pharmacy. Rude interns, non-existent customer service, scripts are rarely ready when they are supposed to be- despite the fact that they call multiple times a day to remind you to pick up said scripts (even after being asked specifically to stop calling). Cant count the times Ive gone during listed pharmacy hours to see that theyve closed early. Extremely disappointing compared to what the service was years ago.

I ordered photos yesterday for today pick up. Instead of calling me yesterday or even today to tell me they did not have the supplies they just waited until I went to pick them up to tell me they didnt have what I ordered

Always made it very difficult to get my meds and never followed through with what they said they were going to do Im never going there again.
