Ive been coming to this Quick Trip for years and, as is part of my routine, buying my lottery tickets at this location. I buy 2 quick picks per drawing and 2 Manual Entry tickets per drawing using numbers my son picked out when he was 3 years old. The staff here are always willing to punch the numbers in on the terminal whereas other lotto retailers complain and tell me I have to use a slip to pick my own numbers. This is inconvenient for me because of my poor vision. But I was amazed when Brent N. didnt need to ask my numbers one day because he had written them down, taken them home, and memorized them so hed be ready the next time I came in to buy tickets! That is EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and explains how they just won the Exceptional Customer Service award. Thank you Brent N and congratulations to you and your fellow employees!

Youre along the highway but you dont require masks or at least have your employees wear them. Chose not to buy anything because I didnt want to walk up to the register. Still the old store style. Bathroom is small and dirty. Same price as the Kum & go and Caseys for gas. Better yet just get your gas in Des Moines.

Best quick trip I have been to. Always clean,fast and friendly! I have never had any issues here and if I ever need help iam helped right away with a smile!

Solid gas station with a larger than normal offering of food and drinks.Gas prices here are always right in line with other stations. Pumps are a little older I think, but no signs of any issues with them.Inside has a large amount of hot food/snacks, sizeable drink selection, and other basic needs. My favorite gas station for breakfast due to the large selection. They carry some alcohol along with hard liquor behind the counter.Service is always friendly and they havent been super busy most times Ive been there.

Fantastic. Always in and out in no time. They have frozen cappuccino. They mop constantly in the winter, so it’s incredibly clean.

Great gas station! Clean restrooms and store, very friendly staff, and above all the cheapest gas in town! One item from the kitchen that I enjoy is the pretzels, definitely recommend.

How are your employees not required to wear masks?

Very snobby!!! Asked why they quit carrying bitiPie buttermilk pie and was told not to worry about it!!! I since have canceled my fleet credit cards through qt will not do business with them anymore!

Staff at this store are very friendly. Its easily my favorite gas station in town. The location is always clean, well organized, and with the friendly staff it makes stopping in a pleasure rather than just an exercise in redundancy.

VERY impressed with this store and especially with Mike! We dont have a QuickTrip in Ames (I frequent Kum & Go), but decided to switch it up when visiting Ankeny. The three meat pizza slices are AMAZING and I love that they have 24oz bottles of soda for the same price as the 20oz ones. Mike was super friendly and seemed to really care about his job and his customers!
