This starbucks is hit or miss for me. I only get the Pink Drink from starbucks. And unfortunately they are not consistent. However the people are very nice. So I keep going back. More good drinks than bad.

Was called out and bullied for standing mere feet away from the circle on the floor. Once I compliantly ambulated 2.5ft WNW from my illegal locus the employee was satisfied and discontinued badgering me.

The drinks and food are good, its Starbucks. The place is small and could use more seating areas (for non-pandemic times). But the employees are incredibly kind and work quickly.

They don’t pay attention to mobile orders. Don’t have ready. Even in 25 min.

Workers work hard, and even though they mess up my drink, they try to repair it. Very polite employees, which I appreciate.

Today and the day before my cousins and I went to this Starbucks and some of the employees were rude and discriminated us because of our age. We should not have to wait 35 minutes for two drinks when multiple adults who ordered after us got their drink first. Today the employee was rude and was not convivial when we were clarifying our order. I do not appreciate the distasteful attitude from the employees.

If you frequent Starbucks, you find a vast difference between some locations. Sometime the espresso tastes more burnt and bitter (they probably are lax on cleaning the machine or timing) and sometimes it tastes like a local, one-off coffee house where the baristas are coffee nerds and all you get is the savory cocoa flavor.This place tends to be the latter with delicious pulls of espresso. Highly recommended.

Reopened, and good mobile ordering process to accommodate COVID-19 concerns. Location always gets my order right.

Service is usually good here, but it gets loud when its crowded.

Handling all the problems of being asked not to allow folks to stay and hang out as well as any other place Ive been to. Also doing great on working around issues of what to keep people from touching - straws, stirrers, milk and sweeteners, etc.

A little over priced but good quality

Starbucks is a great place to have coffee. It has great service and the food comes quickly. It has an inviting environment and the baristas are friendly. They even have newspapers that you can read while you enjoy your food.

I love Starbucks, and I love the location of this one, but its so tiny and always too crowded. The staff if great, and its fun to fun into locals always. Im glad they redid the design a year or two ago - at least were can wait in line without standing out in the cold now...

I am still so impressed with the Starbucks Corporation. The credit card machine was temporarily not working and I didnt have cash. Starbucks gave my three year old a complimentary organic chocolate milk and cake pop! Thats great public relations & keeps me a loyal customer. Great customer service!!!

I paid to park and walked in the rain only to walk up and see that they were closed, it says they’re open online but apparently not. They need to update that.

I go every morning and they never mess up my order and they are very personable

Ive been going to this location for at least 2 years. But, recently Ive been very unsatisfied with my visits. For example whenever I ordered my drink with 6 pumps of vanilla. And theyd only put 2 or 3. It was incredibly irritating and inconvient in the mornings. More recently I took a trip to Starbucks before a sporting event. I walked in at 5:05 and ordered my drink at 5:07. There was only 2 people in there, including me and I finally got my drink at 5:33. Would not recommend this location.

Gone from pretty good to ok to whatever over the last 4-5 years. Service is typically decent but the drinks are hit or miss. Coffee is burnt more and more often and coffee drinks are all over the place probably due constant staff turnover. Sad as this was a 5 star review a year ago.

Its ok. The two times Ive been there they got my orders wrong. One was a plain hot chocolate and one was a plain black iced tea. However they quickly fixed the orders when I pointed this out to them. They can get pretty busy at certain times of the day.

We went during a rush. Staff were friendly and courteous. Triple checked our order before starting to make drinks so we got exactly what we wanted.

Went inside for a Hot Coffee on this Cool Chilled evening, only to ask for a Hot Coffee? Went back up to get a reheat if it.. Only to find out it wasnt?Not a Happy Mojo Drinker..

Awesome Starbucks to visit and have a drink. Lots of space to sit and study or just chat with friends.

This Starbucks is above average. The store is not big, but quite cozy. I buy coffee here regularly.

Long lines and not so good service, I got a caramel frappe and I wasnt as good as other Starbucks. The only pros is the staff is very nice and friendly.

The usual Starbucks atmosphere but filled with younger people from Phillips Andover working on their laptops and NEVER leaving. It makes it hard to find a seat during the colder months. Service can be spotty.

My favorite starbucks, partially due to the fact i’m here once a week. The baristas are always so nice and helpful even though I imagine it’s extremely stressful.

Good baristas, generally. Small location. Not many outlets, not much seating. Can get VERY CROWDED. Fills up with young people, in particular, because it is a downtown location near numerous schools, including Philips Andover (those kids need coffee - i dont fault them when there are lots of philips students. Its the public school kids who are ridiculous) Wait time here can be ABSURD. Popular to use the online order feature on your phone for this location. IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, make sure you select the Andover main street location and not the north Andover location.

Its nice but a small Starbucks in my opinion and very busy. Still has great Starbucks foodies, drinks and more. Prices are similar or same as other Starbucks but less foodies selections.Is accessible, like many places in This area The bldgs are Grandfathered in from ADA requirements, its so cool just to enjoy the incredible architecture, Starbucks has the coolest view of this inside and outside, its part of a large bldg. ADA only new businesses are required to be accessible. Many have steps Starbucks does not have Steps. I enjoy Starbucks wish it were bigger and had button to open door but i still can enjoy a nice Latte and a Scone.Overall I Highly recommend this Starbucks.AcessibilityLocation is in, Old Downtown Andover. I love this town. Can be pricy but for wheelchair users the residents in this area are very nice and the stores, banks, almost all are accessible but not like they are in a big newer ie. city. I dont know if there are any rest rooms. Ramp in is not very steep though. I can do when my bidy is stronger not on days not strong I appreciate people who hold doors. If no button.

So i used to come here alot but one day i placed an order on my phone, went to pick it up i was waiting and the worker who said when peoples orders are ready sais to me um can you stop ordering ahead and actually wait in line and oder hear like the other people do
