Very rude cashier. Also, when I got my drink they had given it to me without mixing it so all the flavor was on the bottom. It was a nitro with whipped cream so very difficult to mix once it was made. I asked for a water which they denied me due to a national plastic shortage (I know is untrue because I also work in a coffee shop). BUT its caribou so I cant give less than 3 stars considering this was only one bad experience in comparison to the hundreds of good ones Ive previously experienced.

Arrived at 8:30pm w/a friend for coffee and conversation. Store closes at 9:00pm. There were two other groups of people in the dining/seating area as well. Right at 9:00pm, the lights were abruptly turned off. It felt very passive aggressive. Another patron shared that last month when they were there an employee nicely gave them a 10 minute heads up they would be closing.

Coffee was OKI could have made a better one at home I had the chicken egg wrap a graph I think it was like it came from the gas station it was not quality food or coffee that I would think caribou would have

Usually a good Caribou. Sometimes the ladies here give me attitude but its ok because they always make my drink well.

I only come here because its convenient. The kids working here ALWAYS seem annoyed and act as if IM bothering them. My drinks usually dont taste very good, my cup is sticky with caramel sauce and I always have to ask them to get my perks. This never happens at other caribou. Do BETTER Andover Caribou!!

We got to this location a little after 5 on 9/18/20. Outside area was clean. Inside was clean. However, the older woman that waited on us was a bit rude..facial expressions and choice of words goes very far in face-to-face interactions. We ordered a drink that had a salt/sugar mix..there was 0 added. Not a big deal to add some ourselves. Went back in side and asked to have some in a little cup and she asked in a very snotty voice um, you want what? Need to train her on how customer service is suppose to be given.Overall, nice place and would visit again.

I celebrated my graduation last night in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a fabulous evening and the venue was unquestionably one of the reasons for the outstanding gathering. The waiters contributed in a gorgeous way, the cuisine was great and my guests were extremely thrilled. We shall definitely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

Consistently have negative experiences at this location. Moved to the area over a year ago and have come many many times as I figured it was just a bad day each time I had a bad experience, but it was consistently poor. There are several caribou coffee locations in the area so I normally avoid it but do end up coming here on occasion as it is the most convenient caribou to my home. Usually experience young staff with lots of attitude and I consistently get incorrect drinks and no apology when confronted. You know it’s bad when you’re 10/11 year old child notices how rude the staff are when we come here. Drive thru is worse than going in. customer service is lacking for sure. It appears confident knowledgeable leadership is needed in store.

Super friendly staff! Cheerful without being obnoxious. Quick service too. Yes its spendy, but, thats expected if youre sleepy and on the run and dont feel like making something at home! Love it!!!

Caribou is best for sugary drinks, light food and espresso. Its hard to get portions right with an Americano or Cappuccino so its best to bring your own mug. Unlike trendy coffee shops, Caribou espresso is always consistent and isnt sour.This Caribou location doesnt have anything unique but its a decent location to study. Its not usually too busy but it isnt dead either.

Honestly the coffee was extremely good like always but the customer service was extremely poor, if you are an employee getting rude with a customer it shows poor professionalism please change your attitudes or i will stop coming here completely

Horrible for anything but expresso...thats pretty good there if you have no other coffee house options. Not sure why Minnesotans love Caribou so much. Maybe because they are too ignorant to know any better? To know of quality or depth of taste? Probably.

I always go through the drive thru and I am always pleased with my drink. I usually get two iced vanilla crafted presses and they always get my order right on spot! The staff is super friendly and they look like they know what they are doing and that they like their jobs! Im always greeted with a smile and my name. I will have to admit that I would go out of my way just to go to the Andover Caribou! I would definitely recommend this location! 😊😁☕

Caribou Coffee is to Minnesota what Walmart is to the US: theyre everywhere. I cant say that I am a fan of the coffee but thats not on Caribou. It is my own coffee pallette. However, the bakery items are hard to resist and my granddaughter makes a point of getting in some Nana and Papa time there. The shop is clean, the service is just fine and each time weve been there the workers have been friendly.

The coffee is always good at this location however, I havent had the best experience when it comes to the baristas. Specifically, this morning, the lady was very unfriendly...didnt smile, didnt ask about Perks, was annoyed when I gave my perks number, was angered when I asked to update my order...I wanted to take my revenue elsewhere...I guess Ill continue to go down the street to Coon Rapids because of the high quality of service offered.

The employees were all so nice! They were mildly busy but still got everyones order out in a orderly fashion.

Super nice staff. I accidentally ordered a sugar-free drink and didnt like it and the Baristas let me trade it in for a drink I did like and even hooked up my pup with a treat both times through the drive-thru. Great customer service. Thanks.

Fire Anna g: I have been a caribou traditionalist and this is BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have had. Arguing with customers ( campfire mocha with no whole milk? Really ? ), attitude, security violation (think someone is not listening when they call outhit ENTIRE name, think again) delays 10/28/2017 3:24 pm . To top it off even crappier attitude when you drive up. Nice way to test a customers patience when they have kids and waiting ...

I frequent this Caribou almost daily but my coffee never seems to be consistent Im a turtle mocha Drinker which is handcrafted and never is the same. Some days are delicious and others I have to dump out

Wednesday July 3, 2019, Craving some campfire mocha (white choc) super hard... arrived at the drive through at 8:55 PM, sat there for what felt like an eternity (approx. 1.5 minutes.lol) Are you closed? I asked eagerly into the speaker. No from the inside. I drove up to the window and waved my hand trying to get someone attention. Finally an employee comes to the window, Sorry, we close at 9:00. I quickly check the time, Its 8:57, which is before 9:00, isnt it? I asked sarcastically. Yeaahh, sorry were closed, and begins shutting the window. Just before the window is fully closed I belt out another question, Are you serious?! The window shuts, and I drive away. I understand it was basically 9:00. I e worked at restaurant before, and I know how irritating it is to have a customer come in just before closing and cause the crew members to stay longer and re-clean all the equipment and/or balance the tills. But for whatever reason, this really bothered me. I felt like they team working couldnt care less about me and did not even try to explain maybe why they couldnt fulfill my order, just, Yeaahh, sorry were closed. Well thats my rant. I would like to add that I have had good service in my previous visits, but this evenings experience very much changed my overall perspective of the Andover, MN Caribou.

I stopped by this Caribou and ordered a small coffee and two bags of coffee totaling $22 and change. I am a rewards member and frequent several Caribou Coffee shops.After the female attendant handed me the coffee I asked “aren’t you going to take my phone number for the rewards program?” She laughed and said “.. oh I didn’t think you had a phone.” (Which I thought was weird and a little demeaning) I then asked “is it still possible to get my points?” Of which she said “it’s too late now” and then closed the window.We have lived in this area for many years and I have frequented this shop for as many. I would guess I have spent $5 -$10 a week over the past 8 years or so. So, on the low side $400 a year multiplied by 8 years equaling in the vicinity of 3-4K. So how would I rate customer service on this visit (5 = best / 1= worst)? I’d say a “1.” I will be looking into Dunn Bros or Starbucks to see how they value their return customers.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND! The manager refused to sell me a smoothie for my 3 year old son before realizing there was actually a child in my vehicle and when I asked why and gestured to my little one the manager slammed the window shut and sent a new, young girl to refund my money instead of acknowledging their error or so much as offering me a different item which I would gladly have paid for along with a friendly, appropriate attidude. My son doesnt understand why his favorite caribou didnt give him his smoothie and he keeps asking me to bring him there so he can just talk to them. I have been a long time repeat customer as have many of my family members (one of which happened to be in the drive thru at the same time and witnessed the event first hand!) but we will all be going out of our way to bring our business to Starbucks after this unbelievable fiasco with Caribou Coffee.

They mishandled my credit card information with NO apology. In this day and age, thats unacceptable.STILL no apology.

I thought it was way overpriced for a coffee and a bagel came to $12 I could go to Chipotle and get to burritos the size of my head for the same price or I could just go to Dunkin and get a coffee and two bagels for $6 come on who are we joking copy doesnt cost that much to make plus they couldnt even layer my caramel macchiato right

I was really disappointed with my experience at Caribou. I used to tutor and study and this location frequently in the past and had nothing but good experiences. However, I used to be in the restaurant industry and if what happened to me today happened at my restaurant I would want to know. I pulled up in the drive through in the afternoom and placed my order and pulled around and there were three cars ahead of me. It took about 10 minutes to get to the window which was disapointing, but I understand things happen. The barista offered me the wrong drink twice and then asked me what my order was cause they were unsure. I told them my drink order and then waited five more minutes, and a different barista came and said make sure next time you order at the monitor. I told her I did place my order with a gentlemen at the monitor and have been waiting in the line for 15 minutes and she responded thanks for that and shut the window. As a manager I would want to know this information. A simple sorry and my drink would have not made me think twice, but to tell me it was my fault and treat me with such disrespect was not okay. I go to a coffee shop in the area at least once a day and I am not going to be coming back to this location to be treated like this.

Dont try to go through the drive-thru a minute earlier than their posted opening time. They will stand inside and not say a word to you over the speaker nor at the drive-thru window. Will most likely not return to this location. Certain employees are also quite rude. Im just trying to get my coffe, man.

I usually love this caribou but was a little disappointed when I just tried to get coffee and they closed 5 mins before closing.... boo.... if you’re hours say you’re open till 9, well then you should stay open!!!!
