Went to AR Welding this morning with a 30 second welding job. I asked if I could wait for it. The answer was no; you will have to come get it tomorrow. I live 20 miles from this business. As I drove out,; I thought, I’m not going to drive back here tomorrow. So I went back 10 minutes later, and asked for my parts back. Told the zero personality guy at the desk it was too far to drive back. He then reached behind a cabinet, and pulled out the already completed job. So I took the piece, asked him how much do I owe you, and he stated $20.00. I ran a pipe fabrication shop for 20 years, so I know a bit about welding. If someone would have come into my shop with that job, I would have done the job and sent them on their way free of charge. My bad for not walking out the door when he told me I’d have to come back tomorrow. Customer service= ZERO. What I paid for the job he did was highway robbery.

A.R Welding, I never heard of this company before last Monday July 12th 2021. My pontoon got a 4 holes in one of the tunes. Its a long story :-). A.R.Welding works on boats on Thursdays. Called to make sure they could fit my boat into their schedule. Brought the boat in on Wednesday, was done Thursday. The price was super competitive, and we are very happy with the outcome and service!

Dropped utility trailer off for some minor welding on drop gate. They said they would call when it is completed. Called at the end of the work day to see if it was done. They said oh no..... we are out 3 weeks. Very poor communication. I went back to pick up the trailer before closing, glad to get it back, and good riddance to AR Welding.

They did some repairs on my snowmobile trailer for me. Nice repairs, done in the timeframe given. Overall very happy.

Todd and his crew did a fantastic job fixing my bent ice shack pivot points, poorly installed spindle and trailer sway (above 55mph), all at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend talking with Todd before going anywhere else.

Honestly this shop is probably the cheapest around and does fantastic work and knows customer service...I may have burned the bridge with them by getting upset but they did fix the problem and it seemed to be just mis communication. I will still recommend to anyone who needs welding done. My apologies to the owner and a huge thank you for fixing my fish house

No frills. Just great work. Installed my hitch within a half hour. Honest. Quoted a higher price over the phone,(which was cheaper than any competitor), paid $60 less, since it took less time.

Todd sanded, welded, and painted part of my wakeboard boat tower. He got it done on time at a price that was far lower than I expected. I will use A R Welding again when the time comes.

These guys have the best and fastest service in town. I have used them 3 times now, and I will go no where else. They make everything easy and come up with the best solutions every-time.

Welded a swing tongue on my trailer and did a awesome job! Reasonable price and quick turn around. Will use again for sure.
