Our Battery light and Electric Power steering went out Sunday night and by morning the car wouldnt even start. With some knowledge we suspected it was the alternator. Called around and Complete Auto had the best quote and were able to take us that day. We got a tow and had our car back by 4:30pm that same day and so far so good!! Great customer service and nice people. Will definitely keep them in mind next time we need em!

I have used Complete Auto Service in Andover regularly for 5 years since moving to Andover.Most recently we had my wife’s car in for a brake inspection. We brought the car in an hour before the scheduled drop off time. They called me back and said they had the inspection done within an hour.Turns out the brakes were fine this time. The woman at the front desk who called was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She even recommended some tires since those were worn. I will continue bringing my cars to Complete Auto because the service is great and fair. Thanks!

We had our vehicle towed to your location on the weekend. Mitchell called us Monday morning and told us the engine was shot. He didn’t try to scam us into replacing the timing belt to see what would happen. He said in his experience with this engine, that when the timing belt breaks on this engine, we would be taking a gamble that the engine would more than likely need replacement, . We appreciate his honesty and integrity. We highly recommend this business.

They serviced my truck and put a new engine in, very responsive and took time to get me the best price and more bang for my buck than my other options. They also have courtesy car to loan you while repair is taking place - Chris was awesome in helping me figure out the best course of action and explaining the differences in each option, and very responsive to my questions- Joe is wonderful - you can feel that he is genuine and personable - and they have a 3 year warranty- brought my truck back today after their was a couple codes relating to the new manifold and can’t wait to get it back and driving again- I like these guys and one of the best decisions I have made was to bring them my business - thank you again

Complete crooks. Spent $500 to get my tie rods replaced and all of a sudden my car starts making a noise and when I go back they tell me it will be a $1,000 to replace a broken sway bar. I call around to other Auto body places and they say they charge around $500 and inform me I dont really need a sway bar and for a smaller charge they will just take it out. Never will be back!

I was in the area and had a low tire pressure message come up on my dashboard I called their number and spoke to somebody in the service department and they told me to come right over- a young man named Josiah helped me by filling my tires and even grabbed me caps for two of my tires that were missing them without charge and said we do this just to take care of our customers! WOW!

Very terrible service. They start off with a base price and then gradually tell you they ran into a hiccup and Jack the price up by hundreds. Not to mention they took my car for a joyride at least 3 times and did a pull all the way to third gear beating the piss out of it... if you care about your car and the condition it’s in DO NOT GO HERE! Bring it to a PROFESSIONAL as these guys are NOT in the ballpark of having any kind of professionalism..

Great service. I planned on doing work on my own A/C system. These guys had no issue evacuating the freon from my vehicle and recharging the system on a different day. I didnt feel judged for doing the work myself rather than having them do it. The guys here are awesome and do their best to fit you in right away. Ill definitely be coming back for more work.

A good shop. The guys are fast and efficient and get the job done. They will be open and up front on the requirements needed. Allow you to make the decision if repair has multiple steps, and even send a picture to another person (if you ask) to have a second opinion. The parts installed are quality parts, the work is thorough and done right. Nick calls you if things change... Really great to work with and I HIGHLY recommend them...

Had a check engine light on and brought vehicle in. Price to check code and diagnose was a little higher than I expected, but not extremely unreasonable and based on others reviews, felt comfortable getting an honest answer. After waiting for about an hour for them to check out my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by the answer given. Code was for a condition that was not currently happening. Despite their best efforts, they could not replicate error conditions. Nothing to fix or replace at this time. Keep an eye on it and bring back if it returns. Given the reputation of the auto repair industry, it was refreshing for them to not make up something that had to be replaced and charge me an exorbitant amount for it. Based solely on this one experience, I would trust these guys to give an honest answer.

We thought my sons brakes were needing to be replaced and we brought the vehicle into Complete Auto. They looked at the brakes and said they were just fine and to come back in a year. They cleaned up the pads and the Invoice Amount was $0.00 How often does that happen? Not too often in my world! Thank you Complete Auto of Andover!

I have a service station for life!!! My transmission had failed and Nick gave me a bid along with a loaner car. Later that day he called me with information that he had contacted the Nissan dealer where I had bought my car and researched all the angles for me to submit a claim to Nissan Corporate. I was granted 80% coverage from Nissan saving me thousands of $$$$. I would have never thought that this was even possible. They went above and beyond with integrity and honesty and I am SOLD for ever and will tell all my friends and family!!!!

In and out with great tires and rebate slips

Had a piece of my 4x4 system replaced with a part that was basically brand new and the part made it a year and 9 months and then went out again and the repair is close too 2,000$. So the second time now it is not going back to them because they won’t cover it on a basis of a 12 month warranty only when a t case should never really go out!

Recently went in for an oil change, not long after I started smelling something strong in my car which I thought was an exhaust leak, turns out they forgot to put my oil cap back on. When I brought my car to a different repair shop I was told if I wouldve waited another week my engine wouldve blown. How can something so simple be missed when they do oil changes so often? Seems like they dont care. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had taken my care in there for a diagnostic when it started acting up and running loud and rough. I paid quite a bit for them to tell me my catalytic converter needed to be replaced and got a very high estimate to have the work done. The guy told me that driving my vehicle would not hurt anything and it would just be a little loud.I decided that I still probably should not drive it very much because frankly it didnt sound safe.My car completely died on the way to the dealer to get another opinion.The conclusion is my engine is completely shot and needs to be replaced. The catalytic converters are fine and I was told if the proper thing, the timing chain, had been replaced right away and not driven I would have saved myself the need for a whole new engine.This is my second attempt at going here since they are so close to my house. Each time I have received incorrect information. Now I am blaming the fact that I need a new engine on their mechanics incompetence to diagnose, but, their customer service was great lol

5 days and $460 to replace a $6 part !!!!They dont know the difference between a ignition problem and a fuel problem, even after being told on two separate visits it was a fuel problem.Sorry but Jr high shop class tought me that stuff .They are nothing more than parts replacement people. And you better tell them what part !!!No mechanics working here !!!!!

Chris and Bruce were very accommodating. I brought my sons Acura TL to another area shop for a timing belt issue. I was told by the other shop the fix would be about $3,000 for a rebuild is the timing belt breaking causing damage to the valves. In search of a second opinion I brought the TL to Chris at Complete Auto Service and he suggested taking a step-by-step approach to the repair to see how extensive the damage was. In addition he also offered worst case scenario advice which was much more reasonably priced than the competitor. Once the assessment was complete it was found the valves were not damaged at all and all I needed was a water pump and timing belt . All said and done Chriss idea but taking step-by-step approach to the repair save me over $2,200. Needless to say Complete Auto Service will be getting my business in the future. Even now as I write this review theyre working on the AC unit in my 2010 Nissan.
