My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I saw how much it was going to cost to get my hair done (she did show me the cost beforehand, which was nice), I always thought Fantastic Sam’s was the cheap place.. Price will be the only thing stopping me from coming back. My stylist was great and my hair looks nice and healthy again. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits and all the other customers seemed to like their hair as they left as well.

They were able to squeeze me in short notice! The lady (sorry I didnt get her name) did a great job. Quick and easy! Thanks so much! Will be back for sure!

Called to book an appointment at 9 am - called to see if i could come in like 5 minutes later because i was running behind only to find out the appointment never actually booked. I tried to book another appointment at 3pm but the receptionist didnt even ask me what i wanted so i ended up going to the salon to try and book because i thought maybe the phones had bad audio but when i was speaking to the front desk in person she clearly wasnt listening to me and i had to repeat myself like 6 times for her to understand. Ended up walking out because there was no time for a color. Would appreciate a more professional approach when booking appointments - and to not be spoken over repeatedly. Wasted an entire day because of this.

This was by far the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. Thank you Kyla for an actual relaxing and enjoyable experience. I bleached my own hair at home (whoops) and came in for help. Not once did she shame me, my hair, or my decisions. I’ve been in many chairs that I’ve wanted to walk out of before the process even started and kylas was the first that made me feel welcomed. My stylist spent over an hour on my hair, missing another appt. but she did a fantastic job! I am never disappointed with this location. I pass 2 others to go here because they listen to what I want and never talk me out of it!

I know this hair cut was going to be a big mess because theres issues with booking the appointment. I called to make an appointment for my daughter to have her hair cut...spoke with Nicole told her that my daughter have very very frizzy hair. Was told that they will wash her hair first then cut, and she have recommended Jerilyn and then like 20 mins later they called back left a massage that moved my appointment with Kyla because Jeriyln was booked. Then Katy the supervisor called me back. Explained to me why it got moved to someone else. Unprofessional and very discrimination. Katy promised me that I will be happy with Kyla. Kyla cut her hair way too short, didnt even wash her hair first. I was not happy about it I told Kyla I dont want her to cut anymore. Not like the picture we showed and length I showed her. Then at the end Jerilyn end up re-cutting and clean it up! Will never go to this place again. They dont have many experiences working with diversity people. I was told that I will not be charged for the hair cut then Jerilyn was like OH NO! I DID A WHOLE HAIR CUT!...all she did was cut the front because Kyla didnt cut and fix the bottom because Kyla didnt cut it right, then again...the length got way too short. I even tip her too! Im expecting a call from Katy. Promised failed!

I called to schedule a haircut for my 5 year old tonight, and they were able to fit her in. Our stylist, April, did a great job and was very kind/professional! She even braided my daughters hair before we left :)Thanks for such a positive experience, we will be back to see you!!

Unbelievably disrespectful and hurtful personally to myself and my family who have been customers there for years. Unbelievable the way the manager Allie behaved towards me yesterday. Definitely will not be returning. Its not nice to hurt individuals feelings that are struggling daily and no one should have to tell their staff personal business indicating they dont have any idea what its like to be familiar with interpersonal Communications.. Upsetting and disappointing to say the least.

Great staff! I have seen many different stylists at many of their locations around the Twin Cities and every one of them did a wonderful job cutting my hair, really listened to what I wanted, and were very nice. Highly recommend!

I will not let ANYONE but Shae touch my hair, she is the absolute BEST!!!! I will say that the remodel of the store is pretty but its the worst thing to happen to the store. Its so loud with all the talking you cannot even have a conversation, it needs walls or acoustic foam in the ceiling or something, very difficult to be in. Still will go back to see Shae....

Called to get in for a color. They said they dont take appointments, but to come in before 6 PM and they could do it. Got a sitter and got there by 5:30. One person in front of me and the staff said they wouldnt do my color. I explained I had called and was told it wouldnt be a problem. She pretended like she never would say that...

I asked for shoulder length, got chin length! Paid for and sat through highlights. I showed her TWO different pictures of what I wanted my color to look like - 4 shades lighter and streaky. After a half day at work with no one commenting, I started asking people. No one could even tell!!! She asked me THREE times how I wear my hair. Paying attention is essential in this business! I wish I could get my tip back!!!

This is the best fantastic Sams Ive ever been too. The girls are so nice. Sometimes theres a long wait but its worth it. Ive had almost all the girls do my hair and they all rock!

This was my first time coming to this fantastic sams and I can tell you that its one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. I love the color also and thats saying alot because Im a hairstylist at a mens shop. Kelsey is such a talented women. My hair has never layed so nice. I will differently be back!

Horrible experience. Went in with a pic of below there shoulder length hair with longer layers. Came out with my hair being above my shoulder. I hate short hair and I told her that. I also told her that I wanted it cut just below the shoulder. She clearly didnt care what I wanted. Just kept making comments about how she hopped I was the last cut and no one else came. I was there an hour before closing. HORRIBLE CUT AND SERVICE! I cant even go somewhere else to have it fixed because its so short I wwouldnt want to go any sshorte. Looking into getting extensions now:(

This place should be very ashamed of how they treated my friends son who happens to have special needs and in a wheel chair! !!!!! I will never set foot into this place and will be making sure i let everyone know how rude they were and how uncomfortable they made my friend feel. Shame on you.
